My roommate drove us to this location while I was trying to provide CPR. She passed away in the car enroute. Panicked I walked in to get help to possibly revive her or just so I wouldn't have to carry my dead dog. When I got to the front desk they told me simply that there was nothing that would do and that in order to keep guests calm I was to go to their back entrance and a nurse would come and collect the body. When the nurse arrived at the vehicle she was a petite lady upon looking at my 70 pound dog she quickly says "oh she's to big for me I'll need you to carry her in". I bring my dog through the back door in to what appears to be a broom closet. The nurse then grabs a black trash bag and asks me to place my dog in the bag while she held it open. While I'm still holding my deceased dog in a black trash bag she begins clearly clutter from the top of what would be the freezer I would now be placing my dog in. She patted my shoulder and said "sorry you had to do this but you can't stay back here you can back around through the front to decide what do to do with her body". Truly this is most disgusting and traumatizing thing I have EVER had to endure. The lack of professionalism and sympathy deeply disturbs me and it's been 4 years. Below I'll attach a picture of the beautiful soul that I had to place in a trash bag. Who ever oversees this location needs a wake up call immediately and anyone that was working on May 23 2022; you should be ashamed of what you put me through.

I have a small rescue who has severe anxiety that was treated very poorly during her dental cleaning they made her wait from 7 AM till 1030 to have her done. They knocked out a tooth. none of her teeth were that loose since I brushed and I am in the profession rather than they did intubation they insist the tooth was that loose, which was a lie they released the hospital half an hour after the procedure she could barely stand up. They didn't even allow her to recuperate. I think they were afraid she would die there. she came home severe wheeze that lasted for a couple days. Her appetite didn't come back for three days. And she's still not the same and this happened on August 30. She's been isolating and depressed. I feel so bad that I sent her to this horrible be closed and their should have her license taken away. It was clear she didn't care what happened to my and she was supporting the negligent staff. their wellness plan is a lie you're not getting anything at a discount. I'm so upset and sometimes I go up and check on my little girl to make sure she didn't die. I don't know what they did to her, but it wasn't good she whimpers in her sleep their said to me oh my dog has bite me before that's a red flag. I knew this I rescued and I helped her heal quite a bit however they her back severely. They won't close my contract without forcing me to pay some exorbitant amount of money. As they told me, I got a call today - from the doc himself - about our Jack's urine test results (he was peeing BLOOD) and am picking up his meds tonight - he has some inflammation. The waiting area was bright, clean and had cute little things to buy like tee shirts and compact mini poopie bags in dog shaped holders. We definitely found ourselves a new vet :)
