I've attended to some of their classes through my agency; specifically a class called "babies's first tastes",which discusses the introduction of food to infants through baby lead weaning. On their website, they offer services that you can pay for that may or may not be covered by insurance. They offer classes that are free to the public for new moms and their babies, including a breast-feeding support class on Fridays. Look at their calendar to confirm availability. They offer other classes too to help support moms.

However, my experience at milk and honey was not great. We saw ceit blue, she had unrealistic expectations and basically shamed me for supplementing with formula. She kept pushing breast milk banks and wanted me to bring my less than a week old daughter to a myofascial specialist. Not offering better techniques or exercises for us to try at home first. She also immediately went to selling us different nipple sizes for bottles which my daughter made a noise as if she was not latching well on, but still recommended to buy it. Almost $500 later, I was left feeling even more lost and back to square 1. Would recommend barrio babies Angelica is amazing and actually listens to your concerns and HELPS you and provides exercises if needed.

Colleen is a truly a genius when it comes to babies, lactation, family dynamics, mental health, and anything else that could possibly come up post-baby. We love that we can text her and get instant answers - Google has nothing on her! She was also an amazing health advocate for me because of her background as an RN (even joining in doc apts) as I had complex postpartum complications and our family will always be so grateful for her guidance and positivity. We also hired Colleen for her sleep specialist program/sleep training and her custom schedule, coaching, and tips made it so easy. Our son has been sleeping through the night and taking 4 naps a day since 3.5 months old. (Now he's a pretty chill baby, but Colleen is magic.) Working with her is worth every penny, whether it's for a first baby or navigating multiples. I'm writing a long review because I'm so passionate about Colleen's work and I hope others hire her to make their postpartum journeys a million times better than you can possibly imagine. Thank you, Colleen!!!!

This saved my breastfeeding relationship with my baby. I worked with Aliceann, who was incredibly helpful. TMC lactation services are usually covered by insurance, but if not, they are covered by grant funding, so you will not be charged (FREE). During an outpatient visit, the consultant evaluates your baby's overall well-being, looks at your positioning and latch, and does a weighted feed, so you know how much your baby is drinking. It's in a comfortable private room and doesn't feel like a hospital. My baby struggled with her latch from the beginning. After a miserable 2 months of pumping, attempting to breastfeed through extreme pain, and supplementing, Aliceann gave me a solid plan. She wrote down for me when to try breastfeeding, when and how much bottle feeding my baby needed, and when to pump. It was such a relief to have a plan! I borrowed a hospital pump and used that along with tips from Aliceann to increase my production levels. She referred me to a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in infant feeding, as well as a physical therapist for treatment of a milk bleb, and a breastfeeding medicine doctor. With Aliceann's help and the help of these specialists, my baby was diagnosed with a posterior tongue tie, which was clipped. Two weeks later she was latching like a pro, and we've been exclusively breastfeeding ever since! Aliceann truly made the difference in my breastfeeding journey and I am so lucky to have met her. She was always responsive to my questions and concerns through email, even though she stays very busy with moms needing help like I did. I highly recommend visiting TMC lactation services if you are struggling with breastfeeding. I also highly recommend the TMC breastfeeding support group on Mondays. While you won't get the individual attention of an outpatient visit, the support from other moms struggling with breastfeeding is totally worth it.

She provided us with invaluable support before, during, and after my birth. In short, Kelsey is an exceptional doula-don't hesitate to hire her! Before meeting Kelsey, I didn't know a lot about doulas; I just knew I wanted all the expert support I could get going through my first pregnancy and labor. My understanding of Doula meant home birth with a midwife, but I planned to give birth at TMC with my OB.  I first contacted Kelsey through her website (after thoroughly stalking her Instagram hygge.birth.services) when I was about three months pregnant; we scheduled a video call meeting to get to know her. After our initial call, Kelsey left her email and phone open for any follow-up questions we might have while deciding whether to become her client. Kelsey's service offerings are comprehensive, and we opted for her Complete Birth and Postpartum Support Package. While I was Kelsey's primary client, my husband also benefitted greatly from her support. We had a group text throughout the pregnancy to address any questions or concerns, ensuring we were both well-informed and prepared. Kelsey's support was instrumental in keeping us on the same page, especially when I went into labor and was unable to communicate as effectively.  Even if you're not interested in a doula for your entire pregnancy journey, I highly recommend taking Kelsey's Childbirth Education Course (CBE). She offers private sessions in your home. She is offering a reduced rate as she is in training, which is a fantastic deal. I wish we had started her CBE course when we were family planning; there is so much information that would've been really helpful in the early days of our pregnancy. Even starting when we did, around 6 months, there was still an abundance of information we took away from it. Taking her course would also be a great way to get to know Kelsey if you're not sure you need a Doula yet. On our second night home with our baby girl, she wouldn't stop crying, and my husband and I were at our wit's end. The "5 S's" weren't working. I sent Kelsey a frantic text at 11 p.m., and to my surprise, she quickly responded with encouragement and guidance. I'm sure that isn't always possible, but that's just one example of how Kelsey goes above and beyond to support her clients. Kelsey is also an amazing Mama. With a toddler and infant, she's in the thick of parenthood, which is just an added bonus. She is also very organized, which was helpful for my very disorganized personality. Although our formal package with Kelsey has ended, we will stay in touch. I plan to hire her for additional postpartum support visits. She's kind, caring, compassionate, and a great advocate. I'm very grateful she was a part of our birth journey.

During our first appointment Naty did some head measurements and exercises and determined our little one had a slight neck preference, not quite on the torticollis scale, but she had a very flat back of her head, high on the brachycephaly scale. Naty spent quality time with us at each visit. It never felt rushed, she is very patient and understands babies need to eat etc. She has a toddler herself. Took about six visits before our little ones head got to a point she didn't medically need a helmet. At each visit Naty thoroughly examined through exercises and measurements to check up on progress. She also provided guidance and support for how we could continue to improve our little ones head at home. Naty's office is in a nice location, not too extremely far from us in Rita Ranch. Her office space is welcoming and very clean. She has great manipulatives to use, offers a private space for nursing moms as well. Highly recommend Naty if you need PT support for your little one.
