I would go check in with him from time to time to gauge the progress. And he had indicated to me that this was more complicated than he expected. In the end, the camera and mirror worked. But the camera was installed sideways and the back tailgate panel was not put back properly. He told me that whoever took that panel off before left it that way. My car is brand new with 4500 miles on it. No one touched it before him. I had to go home and adjust the camera manually, I also had to look for the clips he lost during the install. I wished I double checked his work prior to leaving, but I was not expecting 3.5 hours when I was quoted one. Overall a very sloppy job.
