I purchased a Duraboost lithium battery for over $200, someone made a mistake and didn't spell the name right on the account and when it failed, I had to go through days of back n forth eventually the store manager, Brian, did replace it under warranty, which I appreciate. However, I was then sarcasticly told me the replacement battery has no warranty at all. That doesn't make sense to me. What if this one fails!? If the original battery had warranty time remaining, I believe the replacement should be covered for the remainder of that original warranty period--not lose all warranty coverage the moment it's exchanged. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed . I hope Cycle Gear reviews this because it's not what most customers would expect after spending over $200 on a premium battery. Be careful!

I was told, in a rather abrupt tone, that no one was available and the call was ended. I called back to understand what had happened, and when I asked why the call had been disconnected, I was again told, somewhat rudely, that there was nobody who speaks Spanish. I then said I would try to explain what I needed in English, but the response I received -- "Ok, so what do you want?" -- was delivered in a tone that clearly conveyed annoyance and impatience. At that point, noticing the discomfort and lack of willingness to help, I chose to end the conversation politely and wished her a good day. I believe customer service is extremely important. Even when language barriers exist, professionalism, patience, and courtesy should always remain priorities. If someone is not comfortable interacting respectfully with customers, it may be worth reconsidering whether they are suited for a customer-facing role. My intention is simply to provide constructive feedback so future interactions can reflect the level of service customers expect and deserve.

I don't care…read morehow good you think your past motorcycle guy was or how good your buddy's friend is or your cousin or whatever.. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS JERRY AT SYNDICATE CYCLES!!! I assure you of that. I've been through several motorcycles over the last decade and have dealt with numerous shops in South FL including Harley dealerships and I can tell you with 100% certainty there is absolutely NO other place I'd take my bike in the future after my experience with Jerry! Jerry is a great dude and is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in his work. He does things the right way and does not cut corners! He's extremely meticulous and genuinely CARES how the work comes out unlike most shops who just rush your bike in and out to get the next bike in. He will take his time with you to explain what he needs to do and why, or even give you a rundown on how a certain install works etc. He's also a straight shooter and will advise you truthfully on what's necessary and what's not. I learned so much in my brief time with him in the shop!! I got new handlebars (apes) new wiring, foot peg extenders, a full speaker system, and several other things completed on my bike my first visit. Jerry texted me progress pictures throughout the process and kept me up to date on where he was at which I greatly appreciated!! He even took my bike for a thorough test ride to make sure everything was perfect before I came to pick it up! He's extremely resourceful with getting parts as well. He has most parts delivered to his shop the NEXT DAY if he doesn't have it in stock already. He's also very reasonable and fair with pricing unlike Harley who charges $139 an hour to have 20 year old kids work on your bike!! No thanks!!!!! But seriously, quit googling local bike shops. Call Jerry and get your bike in!! I'll be recommending every biker buddy I have to Jerry in the future. And no, I'm not a family member or personal friend writing this review. This is a real experience from a real customer. This is my 98' Fatboy that Jerry did all that work on for me. Let's start with having my motorcycle for approximately 2 months. $1600 in labor and parts were…read more$850. Bought the bike for $400. Finally I get the bike and hit the road. The first thing I thought after taking off on the motorcycle was he never test road it. Not only did the bike hesitate it's air intake from the exhaust was like fire crackers. $2500 in parts and labor the following day my bike doesn't start and my battery is dead, so after I bring it back to my mechanic he says he will trickle charge it and run tests to see if the charging system is failing. So not only does he tell me that I must've left the motorcycle on and the battery is dead. So after 2 months of having my MC he puts a new battery in and don't check the charging system. so I asked the mechanic for his multi meter reading and yet have gotten the video . So I'm going to put this brand new battery . Which I just bought from my over compensated mechanic. Walah it starts right up. So I drive it to work, then beach side. Total of about 2 hrs. The next day I took a ride low and behold it dies. So I get it home. Order regulator, rectifier and stator. The parts cost me $60. Time 3 hrs to change them and it runs great. The mechanic wanted another $700 after I paid him $2600.

Amazed they had it, I ordered it. After a brief misstep / delay in their shipping department, I called to question Kristall on the status of my order. She immediately reassured me that she had my order and to make up for the delay, would ship it out next day. She did exactly what she said she would do. I received it the next day and my faith has been restored in their excellent service. Thank you very much for help keeping what many consider an "old bike" on the road!
