When it comes to injuries and fixing my sciatica, an issue I have had over the past five years, I recommend seeing Hope. UFC Fit definitely takes pride in hiring passionate and considerate trainers. Hope has done nothing but ensure that my priorities are met and always takes the time to hear me out and make me feel a lot better! As for their customer service, I always go to Chris for an issue, one of the operations manager of the gym. I have had concerns this past year in regards to the cleanliness of the establishment and he has always made sure my needs are met. And if anyone is interested in getting a membership, Chris is the man to go to! Love this gym and would never imagine myself switching!

I was intimidated at first but have come to deeply enjoy this gym. I've been a "light" runner for 20 years, but never truly enjoyed the process...until now. The OTF program and the Wayne coaches (Lucas, Enrico, Steven, Cara, Dan) are encouraging, fun, genuine and incredibly upbeat. Not only do I enjoy running, but I've experienced gains in my pace and my endurance that I have not experienced (as a runner) since I was much younger. They put you on a treadmill for 20 minutes and leave you there! Why would I pay for someone to do that when I can walk by myself... Anyway, this is a really cool place, I did get a free training session out of the chat and can't wait to see what is in store next week. As far as the gym, it is very dirty with the locker room being the worst. The locker room had a very bad odor for several months. It may not be the gym as much as the manager Ryan that needs fixing.
