No one else would touch it. Others told me it would take months to get parts from overseas or that it was just going to be totaled. I took it to a local bodyshop who took it in and said they had a PDR guy that could handle it. Two weeks later it was returned. At the time of pickup/checkout, it was noted that the trim on the right rear passenger window was misaligned. A technician attempted to correct the issue; however, the alignment problem persisted and, during the attempt, the trim piece was damaged. Additionally, the window has not functioned properly since that time. I was advised that a replacement trim piece would be ordered, but I have not received any updates regarding this matter. I have since visited the location on four separate occasions and, each time, was assured that the issue would be addressed promptly and that the necessary part would be ordered. To date, I have not received any follow-up communication. I have also made multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone, including speaking directly with a manager.
