It was so yummy, the oooy gooey ness of the rice and mozzarella was exquisite, they also served it with marinara meat sauce! Great combination! The lamb chops were super tender and marinated to perfection. The mashed potatoes were also a hit for us, they use fresh potatoes and whipped it enough to be the perfect amount of creaminess. My hubby bear got the surf and turf, that was exceptional, the lobster and butter just melt in your mouth & the steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) ;) the only thing was we wished his dish had more meat haha because who wouldn't want more of that yummy goodness. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. Everyone there was super attentive and sweet. One thing that we were a little bummed about was the igloo was a bit cold my toes and fingers were pretty cold. Especially the single cheese platter, for which we paid $247.50 (for 45 people) contained the usual array of cubed and sliced cheeses. Only the little bit of brie would count as a more specialty cheese. So anything but gourmet! In short, pricy for what you get.

Everything was absolutely delicious, piping hot and even the veggies were still perfectly crunchy. We had the Chicken Kristina (sundried tomato and basil cream sauce), Palomino pasta (creamy marinara), Bourbon-Maple meatballs, Herb Roasted Redskins, and the Seasonal Vegetable Medley (also salad, dressing and rolls). Staff was absolutely fantastic and the manager was nothing but friendly and hospitable. We ordered cheese sticks two kids meals, as well as a cheeseburger and a Reuben. Everything came out as expected. The chicken tenders were way better than we thought that they would be and we recommend getting those. The adult cheeseburger leaves a little bit to be desired. The patty was very thin and left a bit to be desired but the fries and friendly service definitely made up for that. The Ruben was good and the girls loved the tenders and grilled cheese and the cheese sticks. We were greeted as soon as we came in, felt well taken care of, and we will definitely be back.
