He was available to come over the next day, and took a thorough look both inside and outside the basement, as well as the first floor to see if they had breached the kitchen and everyday living areas. He pointed out vulnerabilities and was also able to assess what prior work was done to seal the home against mice. He then walked me through the options of remedying the (bait vs traps). He was very knowledgeable, and also answered a few questions about an abandoned wasp nest that I also saw near a tree on our property. He definitely knows his pests. Their service was reasonably priced, and comes with a six-month guarantee. He also offered to come back in 6 weeks to check the stations to get a better sense of the level of infestation and a more specific location of point of entry. Aside from the mice, if I do find that I have other issues (ants, chipmunks, bees), I will definitely reach out to Bill again!

I'd been dealing with mice and trapping them myself for many, many years, and hated having them get in the basement. Toni was professional and efficient. I still cannot believe that I have NO MICE, where ordinarily I would start seeing (or hearing) mice activity by mid-October, or when I turned the heat on. I am thrilled beyond words. I'm really doing a happy dance. Toni's service is far, far better than paying overpriced services that bait and poison mice, but do nothing to deal with the problem on a permanent basis.

I was pretty upset about this whole situation and they kept reassuring me that they would all be caught, and they did. Reid also surveyed the whole third floor and was able to find the general area where the squirrels ran amok. Now I wait for the solar company to get the panels off so hole can be found and fixed, then reinstalled. All About Bats & Wildlife also took care of a bat situation I had in the attic way back in 2008 before the attic was renovated. Again, they got the job done and are always responsive! And we knew we needed to take care of it before a few ants became a lot of ants! We used Bethwood last year and this year we were a repeat customer. Al from Bethwood is smart, capable, and in just a short time the house was ready for a spring, summer and fall without ants! While we don't look forward to having more ants in the future, next spring we'll be ready to call Al at Bethwood to get it taken care of!
