So. Let's start by saying that my procrastination regarding getting my licence renewed really bit me in the behind. I blame the DMV/State of NV for starting this 'Real ID' chaos! Because I opted to get the 'Real ID' upon my renewal, I had to bring in a proof of residence, ID, Marriage license, divorce decree, birth certificate, my first born child, and any and all other documentation that showed who I was with each different last name that I have had (my last name changed twice). Because of this, I visited the DMV THREE TIMES, waited in line THREE TIMES, only to not have enough documentation to renew my license. My license expired and that was that. So here I am, driving South on the I-15 toward CA, when an NHP officer pulls me over. It turns out, my vehicle matched a stolen car description, and because the tint on my windows are so dark, the Officer was unable to see who was driving and he pulled me over. Of course, my explanation of why my license was expired didn't mean anything (the process was draining me of life!) , and my explanation for my dark tint didn't mean anything (I purchased the vehicle like this, I had no idea the tint was 'illegal'.) I got a $353 ticket for an expired license. I called Ticket Busters because my idea of fun is NOT going to the LV Justice Court for a traffic ticket. I made an inquiry on the Ticket Buster website, and a representative called me within 12 hours. They also contacted me by email to follow up and see if I were still interested in their services. I gave them the requested information regarding my case (my RENEWED license, etc). They appeared in court for me and my case was dismissed, with no points on my record and not having to take traffic school online. I called to get more information regarding my husbands traffic ticket. I spoke with a nice guy who explained the process. He asked me his name and what it was for. I explained it was a traffic ticket on the freeway in a construction zone. He told me he couldn't find the ticket in the system and to call back with a citation number. He also explained to me their cost is between 75-120.00 for them to take care of it and they can also do everything over the phone. I later called back and spoked with a very rude employee and I told her I had the citation number so they can quote me approximately how much the ticket would be. She asked me what it was for etc. and I explained the situation to her just like I did with the person I spoke with not even 5 minutes before her. She informed me the ticket would NOT be 75.00-120.00 but it would be between 300-400 dollars! She also said that we would have to EMAIL our ticket over and they would e-mail us a contract back. This is a classic example of two employees not knowing what the hell they're doing. I don't care who was right and who was wrong someone should not call into a business to get TWO completely different stories within 5 minutes of each other. The amount she quoted me wouldn't even save me any money it would actually be about the same in court if we did it on our own! I received a ticket for being on my phone while driving. My partner had used the office before to get a ticket removed before and suggested that I give them a try as well. They were completely professional and let me know each step of the way with emails and letters in the mail. Ticket Busters blew my mind! I highly highly recommend this business!! Not only did they stop the cell phone ticket from going on my driving record, they actually had it 100% DISMISSED so that I didn't have to pay any fines or have follow up with the court what-so-ever. I had missed my original court date 20 days before calling them and was scared I may have a warrant out for my arrest. They took care of everything and the TOTAL attorney fee was only $50 which is absolutely incredible! The cell phone violation alone would have been around $200. It takes about 2 months for the court date for them to review the issue with the court (they have these set with the court far in advance), but don't let this worry you! You're able to check online with your customer # anytime to see updates or the status on your ticket. Everything is thoroughly documented in their system and in their email updates to you. The funny part is that my screen was BROKEN at the time I was pulled over. I was simply HOLDING my phone in my hand. When I told the officer this, they told me it was illegal to even touch your phone in the state of Nevada! I was so upset. Though this fact alone should have gotten me out of the ticket, I didn't even tell Ticket Busters this because I knew it was a standard mass process with multiple clients at once. They didn't do anything anyone else couldn't go in and do themselves at court. They didn't adequately represent me, negotiate a reduction in fees or provide me with any solace other than to pay some astonishing fees to the courts on top of their service fees, whatever service they did other than act as the messenger. They asked for documents and information that I sent them and yet they did not forward it to the courts to help my case after that. Frustrating to hire someone you assumed knew how to help your situation only to make it worse by accruing fees on top of your ticket. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I filled out the in-take form in March of 2023. I never received a response. I called to inquire about the status over 8x. I was told to text the ticket to number. I received failed to deliver messages, therefore I was told to email the ticket again with no response. When I called to inquire about the status, I was told I had to wait for 48-72 hours. Well, I guess filling out the intake form two months ago does not count. After debating with the woman, I was transferred to another agent who said "We texted you to send us a copy of the ticket" "What number did you text?" They texted a landline but never received a response. They also had my correct email address however never used it to contact me to follow-up. When I was trying to text them a copy of the ticket, I sent a .pdf file. When I called for the fifth time to ask, they said "Oh you can't text a .pdf file, it has to be a picture." In all of this back and forth, no one offered to take payment and assure me that this was being worked on. Now I am stuck trying to hire a firm the day before the ticket is due. Terrible customer service. With the use of technology, I would assume there are multiple ways to contact a prospective customer. I validated they had all the proper contact information. I am very disappointed with this service given I have had success in the past with this firm. I guess they are so busy now they don't need my money. read more

Great outcome of the case but wasn't pleased with the lack of communication between myself and the firm. My case got delayed and I was never informed by any staff and I had to call and inquire about what was going on. Upon calling I was rudely greeted by the receptionist of the firm (unsure of her name) I inquired about what had happened and she answered me as if my call was ruining her day. Then after my case got solved I had to find out for myself what had happened to my case, no one called me or followed up it was only after I made a payment on my ticket they sent out an email stating my case was resolved.
