They're HORRIBLE. Don't ever go to them. I wasted $100. I got a ticket for driving in the HOV lane. When I got the ticket it was $355. & when they went to court for me the ticket was still $355. I spoke with the manager Robert over the phone and asked him why the price wasn't reduced and he said it's hard to get the price down on a HOV ticket. And that he had it changed to a parking violation instead of a moving violation. What kind of excuse is that? What am I paying you for? If he would've told me that from the beginning I would've never paid the $100 to have them go to court for me. So all together i ended up paying $455. Next time I will go to Craig P. Kenny. They only charge $50 to go to court for you and they got my friend's ticket reduced from $400 to $98. And she was speeding in a school zone. read more

I emailed Ticket Busters to get a quote about a traffic violation that was requiring a high fee and an appearance in court. I was able to scan a copy of the ticket over, without an office visit (which is a big plus in my opinion). Ticket Busters provided me with a moderate quote, in which I agreed to pay. They kept me up-to-date about the rescheduled hearing date and answered each question that I had through email, in a very courteous manner. I then received an email yesterday in regards to the outcome of the court proceedings, stating that my violation had been dismissed. I am unable to give an accurate review at this time and will update later. But my ticket was scheduled early August and nothing has changed. No extension and counsel not even listed on the case. Now I am driving around worried if I get pulled over for something I will have issues or what kinds of fees I might be facing which I don't feel I should be responsible for. I've emailed them numerous times for an update with no response. Will update when something is actually done. I paid $75 so I am unsure of why everyone states $100. Also my ticket is under 10 and it states I am required to do traffic school. Mixed information in reviews but the same item is terrible communication. read more

They are awesome. I went into the office the day before my appearance date. Robert explained the process and the "Possible" outcomes that could follow. My ticket was for "Failure to use Due Care" resulting in a collision which could carry demerit points of 4 to max 6 points on my driving record that would last 3 years. They got it reduced to a parking violation with guilty plea BUT no demerit points on my record, and no driving school required to attend. My fine is $98 due early October. Forgot to mention before. After my attorney pleaded no contest to my speeding ticket and the agreement is I have to pay 500 dollar fine and take a coroners dui class which cost 150 dollars. (I didnt get DUI I got a speeding ticket ). So 650 dollars for this speeding ticket. It could be just me but I think the prosecutor won in this plea agreement. These guys only made my situation worse! I do not recommend. Lack of communication, they will never call you to give status on your case. After trying to negotiate my case they made me pay more for a ticket that was suppose to be cheaper. Ticket busters provide great service for traffic citations. My recent service was great. Due to the pandemic, Instead of visiting the their office I made a phone call. The representative send me a text message with upload link for my citations and it took them about 1 business to review and get me the price.
