Mood- Speeding Hey lets be honest, sometimes your in a rush, sometimes your not paying attention to the limit that is posted, and sometimes well you just like to drive at a higher pace when the road is clear of traffic- dont judge ( however this particular moment wasnt mine) Appointments are welcome walk-ins are accepted. Upon entering the doors are locked so you ring the door bell and await to be let in. There is a QR code on the table in the reception area for you to scan you check in or you can wait for the front desk staff. Interior is very clean, complimentary bottled water is given. Television was playing. There are several meeting rooms for the bigger ticket issues. Once called to the counter, you give the staff your ticket, they tell you the retainer fee for the lawyers to go to bat for you, then voile. You wait for the information that lets you know how much it is reduced to and what all is involved. However for this situation today it was simple, no points will be taken, small fee paid for something that was causing grief. Would recommend for simple things - pricing depends on what you may deem as reasonable. For us to not have points, or attend driving school, this was considered reasonable. Everything is handled via email and phone calls. Now sometimes things dont always go smooth and easy peasy - they let you know it is not guaranteed. However if you havent had a ticket for the same thing, or issues with the law, it is usually smooth. Location is 4th & Hoover - Ample parking ( they have their own lot )

Great expectation management! The process and dates were thoroughly explained on my initial call. I was never wondering what was next. The best part is they reduced my ticket to a parking ticket with no traffic school required for less money including their fee. Very happy with the service they provided. read more

Went to ticket busters to take my brothers ticket in. He lives out of town and couldn't handle the ticket himself. They made the process so easy and were extremely friendly. I knew I didn't have to worry about the course of the citation as they had it handled. A couple months later I received a letter via email, as well as through USPS, and they were even able to dismiss one of the violation on the citation and reduce the other violation to no points!! Overall the staff is awesome and completely competent and although I hope to never use their services again I'm glad to know there is a business out there who cares for their customers! read more

Great service! I got a ticket for failing to use a turn signal and went to Ticket Busters. I expected to get it reduced to a parking ticket and still a large fine but instead my failure to use my turn signal was dismissed! Very happy and saved about $400! Thank you! read more

This place is awesome, got a speeding ticket..."allegedly" had these guys handle it, $100 for them to take your case, they do military discount also...thank you ticket busters. So it was $75, about a month or so later I got the letter stating my court results, $150 parking ticket with no points and no insurance, so $225 total for a speeding ticket with no points, pretty good deal. Called like 2-3 days before the court date and they still were able to take care of everything. And we did it all over phone/email. I didn't even have to go in. Turned speeding tickets into parking tickets for only $75. Very pleased. read more

I received 3 citations in one stop (from a state trooper of course). Ticket Busters was able to get 2 of the citations dismissed and 1 dropped down to a lesser charge and a much lesser fine. This was done with no hassle and a reasonable fee. I will definitely refer Ticket Busters to anyone I know who needs help. Hopefully I'll never need then again!!! read more

Very professionally handled my car accident and subsequent ticket(s) from the Henderson Police Dept. While I believed these tickets were unfairly given to me, Ticket Busters successfully negotiated both of them to lesser infractions, with no "points" to my driving record, nor any need to take an on-line class. While the overall ticket fees weren't reduced, the small fee I paid to Ticket Busters was well-worth the investment. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if an issue comes up, I would in a heartbeat! read more

I contacted Ticket Busters 3 days before my fine was due, they went to court for me and reduced my speeding ticket (10 mph over posted limited) to a parking violation, with no points. My initial fine was $198, they were able to get the fine reduced to $150. They also extended the due date for the fine for 30 days. Their fee for my case was $100, I have used other firms for quite less specifically $25 however the other unnamed firm was unable to reduce my fine or extend the due date. Ticket Busters was fast, efficient and very professional. read more

I have been with what use to be half price lawyers for almost 3 years without any issue, complaints or problems with communication until the new company TICKET BUSTERS took over. The receptionist does not do anything to help you. She will tell you a lawyer will call back and never does. My ticket went into warrant and they still are giving me the run around. Thanks a lot for no help. The old company and staff I wish they were back. read more

When they said they were going to clear my warrants, they failed to mention that I would still have to pay for them. I had medical documentation showing why I missed my court date, and I had a good chance of getting those fees waived. The only reason I paid the $200 was because I thought it was a pretty good deal. I had $85 per citation, totaling over $400. But at the end of the day, I could've done everything they did myself - and may be more, although I'll never know..... So I just really paid the $200 on top of everything else and I'm devastated. The people were nice, though. read more

The original payment I was suppose to make at the municipal Court was $308 for my traffic ticket. Went here to see how they could help, played them $120 for they're service and the bill for the court was $245 so in total I ended up paying $365 higher than my original payment..... Guys just do to court the judge will help you work out something even pay in payments and not just pay the complete money straight forward which is what I had to do. read more

UPDATE 3/15/26: "Traffic Ticket Guy" eventually responded to my 1-star review that they don't handle our type of case. That's a curious limitation for a business with that name. More puzzling was the complete lack of communication. If a case isn't something you handle, a simple message explaining that would take about ten seconds. Instead, the refund appeared without explanation and all calls and texts went unanswered. Fortunately, after being ghosted we contacted Chong Law. They responded immediately, explained the process clearly, and handled the matter professionally. I left them a five-star review. Anyone curious about the difference between being ignored and being represented can read that review for comparison. Turns out the only ticket they handled efficiently was refunding the deposit. .

My review is that they did what they said, the agents over the phone were mostly professional. The…read moreproblem came when I saw their charge as "Luchini Blakesley Co" come over as a charge on my credit card. I disputed it because I couldn't recognize the charge. They had some tough sounding guy call me threatening me because I "was taking food from their families", and was threatening me to reverse the warrant, and how could I after they drove all the way out to court. I was like, I didn't mean to dispute your charge, and after further review, I put that the unrecognized charge was Vegas Ticket Fix. I called them back and repaid the balance, but how they handled a simple misunderstanding is something like out of the movie "Casino" or something. Everyone except the guy who called me up regarding the payment was professional. That dude sounded like he wanted to be in mafia movies as a bad actor. Maybe that's who they hire in their debt section. 3 stars because they do what they say, but it's weird dealing with them if there is a problem. They need to change their merchant's name so people aren't confused. When I told one of their agents about the chargeback, it seems like they have done this a few times before so I am not the only one confused. Anyways, lose the tough guy attitude, it's not needed. I had a speeding ticket, they changed it to a rural speeding ticket, which I guess in Nevada is a non moving violation. The fine wasn't reduced or anything and they said that up front, just so it's clear to everyone.

They're HORRIBLE. Don't ever go to them. I wasted $100. I got a ticket for driving in the HOV lane. When I got the ticket it was $355. & when they went to court for me the ticket was still $355. I spoke with the manager Robert over the phone and asked him why the price wasn't reduced and he said it's hard to get the price down on a HOV ticket. And that he had it changed to a parking violation instead of a moving violation. What kind of excuse is that? What am I paying you for? If he would've told me that from the beginning I would've never paid the $100 to have them go to court for me. So all together i ended up paying $455. Next time I will go to Craig P. Kenny. They only charge $50 to go to court for you and they got my friend's ticket reduced from $400 to $98. And she was speeding in a school zone. read more

I emailed Ticket Busters to get a quote about a traffic violation that was requiring a high fee and an appearance in court. I was able to scan a copy of the ticket over, without an office visit (which is a big plus in my opinion). Ticket Busters provided me with a moderate quote, in which I agreed to pay. They kept me up-to-date about the rescheduled hearing date and answered each question that I had through email, in a very courteous manner. I then received an email yesterday in regards to the outcome of the court proceedings, stating that my violation had been dismissed. I am unable to give an accurate review at this time and will update later. But my ticket was scheduled early August and nothing has changed. No extension and counsel not even listed on the case. Now I am driving around worried if I get pulled over for something I will have issues or what kinds of fees I might be facing which I don't feel I should be responsible for. I've emailed them numerous times for an update with no response. Will update when something is actually done. I paid $75 so I am unsure of why everyone states $100. Also my ticket is under 10 and it states I am required to do traffic school. Mixed information in reviews but the same item is terrible communication. read more

They are awesome. I went into the office the day before my appearance date. Robert explained the process and the "Possible" outcomes that could follow. My ticket was for "Failure to use Due Care" resulting in a collision which could carry demerit points of 4 to max 6 points on my driving record that would last 3 years. They got it reduced to a parking violation with guilty plea BUT no demerit points on my record, and no driving school required to attend. My fine is $98 due early October. I paid $125 for their services And it was well worth it. Thank you all for helping me. This was definitely a "Win" for me from my initial charge. read more

Complete SCAM ; after you pay them so much to fight your case , they do nothing and give you a worst deal than what you woulda got with a public defender , they won't take your case to trial , is like they work for the da instead of the client , now I'm paying thousands in fines because they did absolutely nothing , specially Ryan helmick ,; my DUI test came out negative and he still didn't want to take my case to trial , now I'm paying thousands in fines for something I didnt do because he didn't want to fight it , plus the 3,500$ I paid him to do absolutely nothing !!! read more

I hired Dave as my attorney and so glad I did! I was very hesitant to start the process of sealing my records, due to the price but he assured me that he has the lowest price and he put it in writing that he will work with me as he works with all of his clients. Thank goodness for this place! No one can afford insurance these days but even less so if you have a speeding ticket on your record! The service they offer is reasonably priced and well worth it! All I had to do was give them my ticket and payment information and they took care of it from there. The charge was reduced to a non-moving violation, no points on my insurance and zero hassle of having to go to court myself! Thank you Ticketbusters! Walked in and was immediately greeted and taken care of by Robert who quickly looked up my tickets and told me one of them I could handle myself and then helped me with the other. He was extremely detailed and fast. He explained the process and what they would do for me and what to expect after the court date. They also gave me $5 off their services for checking into yelp. We called 5-10 minutes before the close of business regarding two traffic tickets - one of which would go into warrant for missing court earlier that day. Your staff provided us with immediate assistance, provided us with a retainer remotely, addressed the tickets, and kept the ticket from going into warrant, and made sure to keep us informed through the dismissal of the tickets. Thanks to the amazing attorneys at Ticket Busters, I got my 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone speeding ticket reduced to a simple parking violation. Forgot to mention before. After my attorney pleaded no contest to my speeding ticket and the agreement is I have to pay 500 dollar fine and take a coroners dui class which cost 150 dollars. (I didnt get DUI I got a speeding ticket ). So 650 dollars for this speeding ticket. It could be just me but I think the prosecutor won in this plea agreement. Especially since my driving record is good. read more

These guys only made my situation worse! I do not recommend. Lack of communication, they will never call you to give status on your case. After trying to negotiate my case they made me pay more for a ticket that was suppose to be cheaper. In other words, I paid for their service and paid more for the court, so they could get me a more expensive ticket, then it was originally. Total scam! read more

Ticket busters provide great service for traffic citations. My recent service was great. Due to the pandemic, Instead of visiting the their office I made a phone call. The representative send me a text message with upload link for my citations and it took them about 1 business to review and get me the price. It's bit pricy because I had a accident not just a citation. Great service. read more
