Great experience! I sent them my ticket and that's it, they took care of everything. I was pulled over for turning left when the sign was not visible yet he gave me a ticket for improper stopping which is a maximum fine! I was pissed and the cop was a jerk for that. My 3rd time using his service he charged me the full amount and failed to appear in court. I was found guilty and he never gave me a refund. While he did explain he was having issues in his personal al life, the right thing to do would have been to tell me he can't take my case at the moment or provide a refund or at least a percentage of the fee for missing my court date. My previous experience with him was the reason I did not reach out to the Florida bar. While I understand that mistakes happen, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Very misleading, rude, condescending people/person. I emailed them two tickets in one email. From the beginning they told me the price would be $149.00, which I thought was great so I even asked in another email to clarify that there would be no other hidden fees or anything. They tell me no, just $149 and I have to reinstate my own license after which is about $60 which was completely fine, I was excited even. I email one time cause its been two weeks without hearing back after I sent payment. They tell me that its normal and its because they are waiting on a court date. Cool I understand that, I just did not know and you'd think that's something they should say in the beginning to make their job easier and to avoid people like me emailing them asking. I'm not sure how much time later exactly; but weeks later I have not heard back so instead of reaching out I just go on the DMV portal to see if my tickets have been closed yet. I see that only one is closed and I assume that they are still working on the second because MIND YOU nobody even told me or bothered to update me on my own case. I then reach out to ticketfit via email and they basically say that they have been done with my stuff and if I want help with the other case I sent in the same email to let them know. I have no problem paying more but I was mislead from the beginning and when I spoke up was rudely dismissed by a MISLEADING attorney. "Only one came in and quoted for one. Instead of calling and attorney "misleading" perhaps kindly and respectfully for clarification." I tried to be kind and respectful from the beginning but me calling you misleading is what struck a nerve? How about you do your job. Even if this happened to me over a misunderstanding like two people handling my case and missing something like me asking for clarification and me sending both cases from the very beginning, the way they handled the situation after is very unprofessional and nasty. I regret giving them my $149 for real. Should have done more research and gave my hard earned dollars to a business that cares about their clients and doesn't see them as a quick buck. I never write reviews but they are so wrong I had to. I can post screenshots of the emails as well. Even after showing them literal proof (forwarding our email thread back to them) that they're wrong af they don't care. Their defense is that I should have kindly & respectfully asked for clarification instead of calling an attorney misleading. And they said one ticket "came in" so that's what they worked on. The only time I sent these people my license # and ticket case numbers was in ONE short and sweet email with literally only that information on it so I don't see how you can miss one but not the other. I forwarded them the email as well where I asked for clarification like they said I should have. Now I have been ghosted. Was never even looking for a refund or anything of that sort but this is not how you treat people that chose to spend their money with you out of every other person they could have chose. I got pulled over for doing 15mph over the speed limit and the cop gave me a second ticket in the same stop because a video was playing on my phone - one that I was not watching - when he pulled me over! Long story short, both tickets were going to add up to an arm and a leg. Frank is the real deal. I did a great deal of research before choosing a traffic attorney to handle a couple of tickets I received and the impersonal nature of the huge ticket clinic companies didn't appeal to me. I felt as though they wouldn't have my best interests in mind and wouldn't work as hard as the right attorney would because they deal in quantity, not quality. Plus, you get what you pay for - the other companies might be negligibly cheaper but I was confident from the first moment I consulted with Frank that my case would have a positive outcome. Long story short, I had received a red light ticket in the mail from when a friend had borrowed my car. However, I never received the ticket and didn't know my license was suspended until I was pulled over for an issue with my tags. The next thing I know, I'm being issued a ticket for driving with a suspended license and I couldn't even clear my license until I paid the absurd collections fee for the red light ticket (which at that point was well in excess of $400). Frank went to work and in a matter of days informed me that my license was clear, court requirements met, and I could go and reinstate it. I didn't have to pay a single fine for the red light ticket. On top of that, the suspended license ticket was dismissed - no fines, no points. I couldn't have imagined a better outcome; I had been able to reinstate my license and the end result was no fine for anything and no points. I didn't have to do a thing, all I did was call him and he took care of all the rest. He got the ticket dismissed with no points and no court fees. Unfortunately, I got another ticket soon thereafter and he took care of that one too with no points and no fines. I hired Frank based on all the great reviews here. I got my first speeding ticket ever in my life by a Broward motorcycle cop that set up a speed trap behind a large bush on a desolate no-school zone side street. I figured this would be an easy case for a Frank to get dismissed with no ticket fees, no court costs, no points and no school since my driving record was squeaky clean. The ticket was $255. I ended up having to pay Frank's $99 fee plus court costs which totaled almost $500 due to the court's disposition of Convicted by Plea - Adjudication Withheld. I feel I could have represented myself for free and had the same outcome.
