honestly... i love arcades... and your money will go far here! $10 and we, a group of two, played so many different games and claw machines for about an hour. it was a great end to our visit to the mall. we got really close on some claw machines and got to play some racing games. what is awesome is they rotate the games available. our first game was a whack-a-mole spongebob themed game which wasn't here on our last visit... it was so fun!!! there's also the classic air hockey which was awesome for a max of 4 players. it had a long time limit so we got a while playing it. i don't have any experience interacting with the staff, the card machines take tap to pay and credit card, and i'm trying to rack up tickets for the big prizes. in my experience most machines are functional, there was one water machine game that had low water pressure for one of the dispensers so i actually beat my boyfriend hehe i would recommend for families and adults who want a little bit of entertainment on a budget. read more

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this arcade while exploring the West Covina Plaza. Both of us love claw machines and this arcade had a bunch of them spread across the bigger side of the arcade. The smaller side had games like basketball and ticket games as well I think; didn't fully explore that side lolz The machines took quarters, so we ended up breaking down our bills as well as using spare quarters we found. Between the 2 of us, we spent $15.00 and got 4 licensed plushies that were great quality. The claw mechanics were either payout or skill, which provided a good challenge for us to win things. We definitely want to come back again when we have more time since we were only able to be there 20 to 30 minutes when we visited hehe read more

If i can give it half a star i would. The claws dont even work theyre all rigged . The staff there is awful for all the money we spent they wouldnt give my niece a lolipop because she was 10 points off. Who does that. Worst kid friendly expensive arcade i have ever been to. The vw claw machines don't grab even a bit unless its time to pay out. the other claw machines where you push 1 button to go forward and another to go right do grab but most of the prizes are stacked pretty tight. It comes out to about a dollar a play for the normal sized claw machines. Don't expect to win much lol. read more

This arcade is a scam. We came in to play one of the new machines that mimicked the water gun game at fairs and amusement parks. Every winner between at least two players got a "Big Prize Ticket." We were aiming for the Pokemon Psyduck that cost 4 of these tickets. We reloaded the play card $35 to play four times between 2 people in order to get the 4 tickets. When we went to the prize booth, the attendant told us that they were out of Pokemon and that there was a sign on the machine. So, I went back to check because I hadn't seen the sign. The "sign" in question was a sticker printed through one of those Dyamo label makers stating "OUT" (about a centimeter in height and an inch wide). When I spoke to the manager about him opening the machine to get the last plush, he refused and said he couldn't, even though I saw him restocking plushies as we walked in. When asked to get a different prize from a claw machine that resembled the one we wanted, but smaller, he said we had to play to get it, refusing to open that machine as well. I explained we spent $35 already to get some tickets and the original Pokemon since his joke of a sign was not visible (it was printed on yellow labels and placed right in front of all the yellow plushies), but he said no. I told him that they should put a larger sign if they weren't trying to scam people. He smiled and replied, "Thank you." This place ran better when the Asian man was running it. This middle eastern dude is a scam artist. I will be saving my big prize tickets for use at another arcade. read more

My review got deleted so I guess I have to go again. Deleting reviews is the most cowardly thing a company can do, and this company fits the bill completely. We went with my entire family, all of ky aunts uncles and children and we ordered things that never came. We tried to fix the machines ourself after one of the managers said "yeah it does that." The water situation is bizarre, they don't even bring you any. The pasta dish was lackluster at best and didn't have any marinara, and the AC was broken. This place just opened yet for some reason they don't have any toilet paper? Honestly atrocious, will not be back for at least 2 weeks and I'll be bringing my own plates! There are some good games here, but the arcade itself is really outdated in my opinion. If I were to make a suggestion, they should move the arcade to jump n jammin's current spot and the store next to it, and move jump n jammin to the arcade's current location. That way, they can turn both of those spots into a Tilt Studio, which is the bigger version of this arcade chain. That way, the mall could have a very great arcade. read more

Came to this arcade so my granddaughter could play some games. The girl at the counter was rude!!! Did say anything to us no high or how can I help you. She's seen us standing there we were waiting to get a prize and she just looked at us turned around walked away into the back room came out my son had to tell her I want to cash in my points and she just looked at him didn't say nothing just took her hand out for the card. You need to get better people to run this place cuz this is ridiculous I don't come to bring my granddaughter somewhere and spend money to have to get customer service like this. Won't be back. Horrible arcade. Everything is old and out dated. I stopped by for a few minutes with my daughter to play a few games really quick since I was in a rush. One of the dollar machines ate my money and game got stuck immediately. I called the owner to tell him about the issue and that the machine ate my money. He saw the game was clearly stuck on the start screen and I didn't get a chance to play anything. I told him I was in a rush and had to leave and to just refund me my dollar. He made me wait for him to fix the machine and said he would only let me play the turn and refused to give me my dollar back. I told him I had no more time and had to leave and he still refused to give me my dollar back. Such a petty owner. Never coming back or supporting this place. read more

This place is as good as it gets (for some machines). One of the biggest problems I had was the lack of employees. A claw machine was not functioning properly and I had to ask the only employee working there to fix it. Because it was moderately busy and lots of people redeeming ticket, it took about 30 minutes to fix a problem that would have been solved quicker. But, once the problem was solved, I started winning a bunch of prizes. In total, I won eight fidget spinners, an emoji stuffed toy, and several other prizes for only about 10 bucks. Overall, I highly recommend this place, however some of the higher end prizes are hard to get such as the key master, stacker, and other prize redemption games. read more

Last year, I took my two children to this arcade, called TILT. The kids had fun, played about $20.00 worth of games, and walked out with a few plush toys and plastic items. That was fair, and to be expected. That has all changed. There ought to be a sign at all entrances to this establishment now, in 2014, that reads, "Our sole purpose here is to separate your money from your children." I went there again last month, and both of my kids came out with NOTHING! All of the claw machines, without exception, are rigged, with absolutely no-grip to the claws. You can land the claw, completely surround the item you want to win, and the claw will not pick it up, even after 40 tries. We spent a total of $60.00 in about twenty minutes, and didn't walk out of there with even a miniature Domo. The employees are atrocious. Even when trying to redeem a few tickets for a piece of candy, they act as if you are the plague, taking them away from their texting activities, They only roll their eyes in disgust, and be surly and acidic when confronted about the rip-off machines that they operate. I didn't see anyone, children, teens or adults, win anything, out of the 50 or so claw machines that are there, and everyone of the machines is full of unwinnable merchandise. If you really want to have fun with the kids at an arcade, avoid this place at all costs. Your kids won't win anything, and no one that works there cares about it. Better off to go to Santa Monica Pier, or your local bowling alley. All area TILTS are just as bad, this one in West Covina, and the other one in Santa Clarita is just as bad, with claw machines that are so rigged, maybe if you spent $100.00 you could win one of the $2.00 plush toys, but I doubt it.. Tilt is an arcade located near the western end of Westfield West Covina mall, right next to Sears. It takes up a relatively large amount of space and does have a somewhat wide variety of games. I grew up going to Time-Out (located a little further east from Tilt's current spot) in the late 80's and early 90's. Tilt would have been excellent for that era, but nowadays feels wanting to competitors like the all-out family fun to be had at Dave & Busters or the specialized sub-culture gaming of Round 1. Generally, I find price per play a bit high, especially the newer games up front which feature a time limit. Their shooting gallery and overall look of the arcade seems under-maintained and could use a style overhaul. Most egregiously, the prize redemption area is small and selection limited. This gets bumped up to 3 stars instead of 2 due to the lack of arcades in the area. This arcade is good for families roaming around the mall and looking to play a couple of games with kids, but doesn't offer much more than that. I'd suggest for a better overall gaming experience to go to Dave and Busters, Round 1, or Nickel Nickel. read more

I like arcades as much as the next overgrown kid my age. But since being introduced to huge places like Sega City, Dave & Busters, and Boomers, I realized I, like most people nowadays, have become spoiled and expect more from my game-playing experiences. The games seem to be more than a little rigged, and once you accrue enough tickets and go to the prize section, it's enough to make you want to weep in despair at the cheapness of them all. However, I prefer to look at the bright side in every situation, and I didn't go there expecting to win an iPad. That being said, this arcade has the old school feel of when I was a child, and simply wanted to have a little fun, win some tickets, and maybe walk away with a paddle-ball, a superball, and a few tattoos at the end. Which is exactly what I did today. And if you have young children, you can bet they'll have a blast. So, go ahead. Live a little. read more

An all American arcade. This did not fail to blow me away. West Covina is blessed to have a marvelous attraction such as this. If you're looking for heart racing thrills this is the place to be. Truly deserves 5 stars in presentation, however, it does not have the technological advancement to allow customers of all cash/coin types, thus stopping our enjoyment prematurely. The only arcade better that should be rated higher than this is the local Chuck E. Cheese. The smells did not disappoint. Hands down best maintenance I've witnessed dealing with a vomit spill. Excellent service, fantastic attractions, and an atmosphere that leaves you breathless and wanting more. Definitely will be coming back but next time with more coins. read more

Place is kinda dated and definatley needs some attention with updating. I did like the the Deal or No Deal game and of coaurse my suit case had the number 1 at the end haha. But if I would have taken the deal I would have gotten 100 tickets! Doesent really matter cause I didnt see anyone there at all to award you prizes. Just think this place could try a little harder.
