I chose the premium wash and it was super fast but maybe too fast as the suv was very wet even after going through the super dry process so I spent a lot of time drying it off. Second, the tire shine was somewhat dull and missed the edges all the way around and the undercarriage wash didn't even clean the mud flaps. But the vacuum was good and there's plenty of stalls but this just didn't do it for me so I'll keep looking.

Due to my location here in Mauldin, I ended up at the Butler car wash. Being a person of habit, I stayed with them for nearly 2 years. I could not regret it more! Waves is less $$ for SO MUCH MORE!!! The monthly packages are the way to go for sure. For the ultimate package, I pay more than $6 a month, less than at the Butler car wash and it includes double the advantages. The actual wash system is FAR superior! My vehicle comes through the wash much cleaner, much easier to wipe down due to less residual water, and the tire shine is no joke!! + They offer a tire shine done by hand after your wash to ensure you get that sexy lookin shine. On top of that, the tire shine from other wash places locally fades out to nothing in an hour or two. The tire shine I get at Wash ls still looks great 2 days later! Frankly, the 3-mile drive is quiet and peaceful, so I have come to really enjoy heading into Waves at the end of my shift. Dial my vehicle in with free vacuum, a high-pressure air hose to knock the water out of those sticky places, then a quick calming drive home for the night. I can not recommend this location more! Alex, Jason, and Lovina went out of their way to make my first few visits especially welcoming. I was pretty overwhelmed by the example of outstanding customer service. Especially in this time when our customer service expectations are becoming lower and lower. It is a wonderful change of pace to get this kind of customer service after being on the phone with an AI bot to get a simple task handled.

I love when car washes have 'stations' set up for you to continue to wash the interior of your vehicle once you go through the primary wash. This place has it. Complete with rags, vacuums, interior spray, hoses for mat cleaning, and even high powered air compressor hoses. The wash itself has three different tiers of washes that you can do, and it is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for, and what's great is if you feel the first one was insufficient, they'll let you go through again at no extra charge. I'll definitely be back!

She has had a very difficult time trying to find and hire staff members who are mechanical and work constantly providing clean towels that are rolled up, having a hose that works to clean off the cars and many other mechanical issues with the car wash, and employees who know what their doing etc. Now I'm happy to write: everything has CHANGED! I can not give enough compliments to CURTIS who is always making sure everything is working smoothly from trying to fix a chain in the car wash on a very hot Sunday afternoon, blowing leaves off the premises making sure there enough neatly folded towels etc. They stay open exactly until 7 pm with no excuses. CURTIS is always gives his customers a great smile and he works very hard dedicating himself to make this location #1. TINA had a tremendous amount of pressure in the beginning but she finally has found a great crew. AIDEN is also an exceptionally nice and hardworking employee as well. He brings a car into the wash as he was directing a jet for take off! Love it! Just today I saw that TINA and CURTIS put in a work order to FINALLY get the pavement paved. It was very bad with a huge holes right behind the vacuum station. For 6 years I had to navigate that space and finally the job is Done. Thank You Very Much TINA and CURTIS and anyone else who was instrumental in getting the pavement paved! My car is being cleaned with filled up wax dispensers or better cleaning products because I saw a real difference in the wash quality at the highest tier. All the lights are working now to show the customers what wax is being applied. Also the dryer is working now! Thank You All of You for a job very well done. Zips should give bonuses to ALL managers and employees who give outstanding service to give their employees an incentive to be a first class car wash.

Recently the Zips membership system converted from a barcode reader to a license plate reader (concurrently while the entire country is rebelling against Flock for goodness sakes). It took me three separate visits to the car wash and 30 minutes on the phone with someone apparently in India to transfer my family membership to the new system. If Zips didn't have a monopoly on the car wash business in Asheville I would drop my membership yesterday. It's another example of corporate disregard for the value of customers' time coupled with a user hateful app.
