We tried to cancel our subscription and it has been terrible. Calls and emails to customer service. You can not just cancel online, they have to review. And after several months, no reply. There are several other options with better pricing. I would not recommend at all. read more

The car wash itself and the empolyees there are great. Just be careful when you try to cancel and/or have the charge reversed after cancelling a week prior. They charged my card a week after I cancelled so I emailed immediately (my charge was still pending when I emailed). They immediately emailed back. I was told that my card was expired and needed to renew my card online. HOW can the charge go through it the card had expired? and the charge went through! I've been to this car wash 3 times and I've always had a great experience! I'm surprised at some of the reviews in regards to customer service - I just went to wash my car and the gentleman that assisted me in making my purchase was friendly, welcoming and professional. My car was decently cleaned and the vacuums did a perfect job cleaning up my messy carpets. Plenty of clean microfiber towels to use and cleaning solution on the carts. Plenty of available stations to park and vacuum. They have a few options and pricing for a good car wash and even a membership with a free first month. read more

Washes are not that good and if you notice that it is still dirty they will not allow you to rewash even if you have a monthly membership (they keep raising the price) stay clear. Then at random points of the afternoon they close for "maintenance" which happens fairly often. Not worth the money as there are so so many more reliable places...Big Peach on Cherokee is much better and less expensive for better quality. read more

Poor customer service. Took car that was very dirty. Saw two attendants (cashier and pre-scrubber), neither mentioned that car would likely not come clean, in that case we would have taken it and done a preliminary self-wash before bringing it. Paid for 26.00 package. Car went through and was extremely dirty upon exit. We took rags and scrubbed much of dirt off ourselves. Talked to team leader/ manager about running it for free through cheapest wash again to make it sure it was now very clean. Instead was told I could pay for another wash and they would pre-scrub it, which didn't work the first time. I paid 26.00 to still have a dirty car and then basically scrubbed much of the dirt off the car by myself. So easy to have run it through again and have a happy customer. Instead they have now lost four people customers from a family. 4 car washes monthly x 21.00-26.00 dollars lost as compared to one free 12.00 wash. SMH read more

Caused deep scratches to the paint on my vehicle and are refusing to take responsibility even though I filed a claim within minutes of hearing something strike my vehicle inside the tunnel. They are also refusing to provide a prorated refund on my 12 month prepaid membership. The rep who took our payment informed us we could cancel at anytime. He also provided us with a flyer confirming this. The rep did not mention nor did the flyer state that no refunds were given after canceling. I have used Tidal Wave for about a year and they are a good car wash until their is an issue. Then do not expect any help from the people who are on site as they do not care if they retain your business or not. They did not mine charging my account and service should have gone through the 21st of August but their solution is to back up in their narrow lanes and try the other side............ Car wash did a good job and the vacuums have really good suction, too good. They actually will suck up your phone cords and any plastic pieces that are for your truck. The reason I'm giving five stars is because of the store manager helping me retrieve these items from the vacuum system. This was a really good car wash. We always wash our cars at home but we saw this car wash and wanted to give it a try. When we entered the gate, we were welcome by a very nice gentleman asking if we needed help and thank us for coming by :). Then we proceed to the car wash part and another gentleman soap the front and rear windshield. We really like the automatic drive through part bc it didn't seem to be cheap quality like a lot of the drive through car wash places. Our car was definitely clean after the wash so we proceed to go to the vacuum station and was pleasantly surprise by the towels they offer there with glass cleaner on top of just vacuum. So we hand drive our car and it's amazingly shiny, we didn't even use the glass cleaner. We just used the towels to dry a few some areas that still had a bit of water on ( trunk, side mirrors, car handles), no big deal. We both agree this is our new go to spot! read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever visited. Their defective wash equipment severely damaged one of my mirrors, and it took 3 months and untold hours of my time to reach a solution. I never got compensated for the time I lost "working" for these clowns to help them fix the damage they caused, and their "customer service" are in cahoots to lie and manipulate the customers/victims of their crappy car wash to make sweep issues under the rug. The "site manager" changed every time I spoke to someone from corporate, I kid you not. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who has been done dirty by this place. Employee lied about a 2 month deal special going on. He never told me that I would be joining a unlimited wash program. I asked about this when I bought the 2 month deal since I was not interested in being locked into unlimited programs. He assured me that it wasn't. Now I receive a charge on my bank account for an unlimited wash. I have sent in the cancellation notice, but I am sure that it will take alot of arguing to get them to cancel me off this program I never paid for. I was stupid to think that this deal was not a coy to get me on an unlimited var wash program, and it reminds me again why I should never pay for something from an employee for a service. If you want an unlimited program, use the company website so you know you are the one buying it and not some employee that scammed you. read more

The employees are amazing and outgoing especially Jason. They explain everything to you so that you pick the right service for your needs. They really scrub and get the dirt off car before you even go through the car wash. I like the extra effort that's put forth some car washes just spray the soap on and that's it. My recent car was was ok except the tires. The extra tire spraying I had to pay $2 more for, only covered about 10 inches across the bottom of the tires. I usually don't get the tire treatment because all the car washes in this area now have the same problem. Then I have to go home and do it over. Sooo, don't get the extra tire spray. read more

I am a Tidal Wave Auto Spa member. I had been using the location close to my home (2 hours away from the Jiles Way location) for the past couple of years and loved it! Initially, I was going to cancel my membership, since I was moving and wasn't sure about the service at the Kennesaw location. My first visit to the Kennesaw location was about 3 weeks ago and it was FANTASTIC! The guy/employee who greets you at the entrance is A+ in friendliness, helpful, professional and kind. I don't know his name, but I'll update this review later to include his name. The Kennesaw matched the service of the Evans, GA location! Pros: Friendly staff at entry gate Car Wash drying area is quite large Clean Organized Cons: For whatever reason, the guys/employees, in the actual car washing entrance where you vehicle goes onto the rails, those guys/employees are not nice at all; it is a stark contrast to the kindness of the employee who greets customers at the entrance. They actually seem angry. I experienced this twice. Not sure what the deal is. read more

This place does an ok job cleaning. Unfortunately, they are never open at 8 am, as the website indicates.

Great car wash service. Just down the street from my home, and also just down from where I get my oil changes done. Convenient for an after work wash, or late night wash, as I believe they are open until 9:00pm. Only thing else I would say is that the menu to pick your car wash option, is a little jumbled/busy, at least to my eyes. Other than that, I would recommend you give them your business, and try them for yourself! read more

we have a larger, lifted, toyota tundra but we were still under the 7'2" sign so naturally you would think we were good. Not to mention, we've been through plenty of car washes in the same vehicle with the 7'2" max height and have had no issues. The employees turned us away and said we could not fit - even tho we were under 7'2". The employee even went on to saying "our clearance is actually 7'4" but you're too close to the sign so we can't send you through". Ultimately we had to continue on and go to a different car wash that had a 7'2" max height and we had no issues going through it. just bad business. read more

Do not go to this car wash. They do not value your patronage at all. I told an employee that my car wasn't actually washed, and I thought there may be a malfunction with the system since this was the second time that my car wasn't washed right. The guy walked over to my car and agreed that it wasn't washed. He then stated to me that you can go back through or just cancel your membership. He then proceeded to walk away in the middle of our conversation. I shouted out to him to make sure I heard him right. He reiterated that I can just cancel my membership. I was shocked since I never suggested that as my objective. I reached out to customer service and told them about the ordeal. The phone representative was equally as rude, as she continued to heavily yawn in my ear. It seemed as though I was bothering her. At that point, I did actually cancel my membership. I don't expect perfection from a car wash service, but I do expect them to at least pretend like they value their customers. Good customer service seems to no longer exist. read more

I got my car washed at your auto wash. After the wash, I went over to the vacuums and started vacuuming out my car and cleaning the interior. As I walked around my car focusing mostly on the interior, I happen to notice quite a terrible job that you're machine did on the wash of my car. It looked like it hadn't really been done at all. But I continued cleaning the inside of my car assuming perhaps my car was just extremely dirty upon my wash. After working on my car for about 30 minutes, I needed to use the restroom. I went to the worker and was informed that the bathroom was out of order broken some time ago and now it is employee use only. I had much more to do but was not able to complete my car wash and vacuum due to the fact that I simply had to use the restroom and could not wait. I had to leave with my car only marginally done. Customer service dictates there should be a restroom for people to use. I don't plan on returning as there are many car wash locations for you to choose from. read more
