I have been to this car wash probably 4 times. I have purchased different levels of wash (basic, mid grade, and upgrade) and the car looks the same. Wheels are filthy, hood is filthy, and front bumper is filthy. Also, the vacuums do not have enough suction. I plan to use the tunnel car wash down the street in the future. read more

So rude!! I pay my money, pull up to Frodo who clicks my reward ticket and he says, "how are you?" I said, "I'm doing well, thanks." He then says, "I'm good too. Thanks for asking. Oh I'm sorry, you didn't ask? I must be hearing things." My wife and I just give him a confused look and snidely, he says, "sorry. Didn't mean to be rude." And hands me back my ticket and walks away. Well, he was very rude. I'm sorry you only make $8 an hour, but don't take it out on me. Kid's lucky I didn't sit there with a line behind me and waited for management. I just moved to Georgia about 6 months ago, and have really been trying to find a place to get my oil changed. I recognize that a lot of places usually try to sell you everything that you don't need, and so I'm careful about where I go. Finally, I decided to go check this place out, and I am so thankful that I did! Marcus greeted us when we first pulled in, and he was truly professional and gregarious. He got us signed in, and showed us to the front waiting area. The very first thing I notice is that it is exceptionally clean and it looks very modern! The second thing I noticed is that they offer free sodas! That is so awesome! Especially because I had my 4 year old with me and she loves having a soda! Then, my daughter actually noticed that they offer free coffee for the big kids! When Gracie and I noticed there were no orange sodas, Marcus actually stepped in and went and got her one from the back on his own without even having us ask him. When my car was finished, and it only took about 15 minutes, Michaels greeted us and helped us check out. I think my favorite part about the checkout process is the fact that Michael didn't sit there and try to sell me a hundred things that I don't need. He basically explain to me that my front alignment is a little bit off balance about 1%, but he only told me that after I asked about it, and he didn't try to sell it, he just said what it cost and that if I want to I can schedule at a later time. That really made me feel good because there was many pressure. I like places like that. This is a good place to go! I trust these guys! Highly recommended! read more

Ive come to this car wash twice and had no issues. Unfortunately the employee who has the job of guiding the driver onto the track apparently had more important matters to attend to than his job! He waived me forward as usual until i heard a loud scrapping noise. He then apathetically waived me to the right. After exiting the car wash i checked my wheel and of course i received a large gash to the edge of the wheel. I called the car warsh to see about a resolution and there was no answer. Left a message and i have not received a call back. Obviously it was not smart to visit this car wash and if this issue isnt resolved quickly ill make sure i avoid this business and warn everyone who values their vehicle to do the same. Update: Truly the definition of a business completely apathetic to their customers. I haven't heard back from anyone at the company after leaving a message to discuss a resolution. read more

Family was frequent visitors. Horrible service ever since the "updates". Paid for an emissions/carwash package at the wash location. Asked the attendant where to get emissions done. I was told across the street. After the subpar "works" carwash that left a greasy residue all across the side of my vehicle I drove to have my emissions completed. They would not complete my emissions because I didn't have a punch card from the carwash attendant. I showed them proof my receipt (pictured) of a JUST PURCHASED washed/emissions service. They still wouldn't do it. They asked me to go back to the wash attendant to get a punch card. What a waste of time and what a horrible system they are running. Will find elsewhere to go. My review isn't regarding the quality or smell of water, it pertains to their membership cancellation requirements. I've spent $180 alone just on my $30/mo membership fees, but I've actually used them for over 5 years on an as needed basis, not only with my personal vehicle, but three commercial ones as well. That all ended on the 13th this month. "No Contract - No Hassle" isn't quite an accurate policy of Mr unKleen, it rather borders on False Advertising. In my case, the 13th of each month was my billing cycle date, I called 3 days early to inquire about ending my No Contract membership. Forced to leave a voicemail (since no one seemed able to answer or return calls during business hours) I was astonished to find, three days later, a $30 debit from the "No Contract" car wash business. I called yet a 2nd time, during business hours, but again with no live person answering, I left a detailed message. Lo and behold, minutes later I'm called by a Chandler Williams, quickly spouting "I'm the General Manager, our cancellation policy is stated in writing on "the contract" you signed, requiring you to cancel IN PERSON (which they give you 30 seconds to read & sign before the car behind you starts honking. They keep the "contract", leaving you with no written reminder of your "Contract") Long story, short version: I did not get a refund of my NO CONTRACT - No Hassle membership fee of $30, because the CONTRACT you sign on Day One states you must do so in person. If I hadn't wrecked my car, I could've. If I hadn't moved (I had been just a half mile away) i could've just walked on over. I took the "phone call route". After all, doesn't "No Contract" mean no contract? P.S. also disappointing was the reply given when asking for the business owners contact information. I was abruptly told "per his request I cannot give you that information". Hopefully this business owner reads his own reviews and takes a serious look at ALL. Losing just my monthly business alone annually with four vehicles, cost you $1,224, and over what? a silly but apparently a binding "No Contract" contract. read more

I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I read all the rest, and I'm wondering if I went to the right place. However, I double checked the address, and yep- this was the place. I had a great experience here! First though, the issue- hence the star deduction. Their monthly prices are waaay over the top too expensive, and prohibitive. Who can afford that? Further, $13 for a good car wash where I have to clean the interior myself is too much. I can't afford this very often, and that is what will keep me from being a regular here. If I could afford this place, I'd be here every week. Ok, on with the story/review. I've passed this place a million times. Never been inclined to stop. There are so many other car washes that advertise a $5 quick wash that are closer to my house. Yesterday, I was in a super hurry and really needed to jump on 75, but get a quick wash beforehand. I swung in here. I wanted my car to look really nice with the tires all sexy/shiny, and the only package plan up from the $5 one that had tire shine was the $13 package (clever of them, right?). Not a happy camper, but being sorta stuck, I did it. Courteous and prompt attendant came out when I pulled in. I appreciated him being nice. Then. It happened. BANG!!! When I tell you my car hasn't looked this pretty since I bought it, I would not be exaggerating! What sold me on this place wasn't quite that because I figured heck, had I quit being cheapo and getting $5 washes and spent a bit more for some wax and stuff, any place probably would've had it looking this nice, the cake topper was- those VACUUMS SUCK!! They SUCK like no vacuum I've tried at any diy car wash in town. I didn't have to break a sweat to get my interior vaccumed out, and I was done in 6 minutes. Amazing suckers! Obviously certain people are going around trashing this place because of one negative experience. This place is awesome and deserves more positive reviews in order to give people the correct impression. Me and my friends all go here because they have the best washes for the best prices. One visit, I went through and noticed a couple of tough spots that weren't 100% cleaned enough and the attendant had no problem letting me go through the wash again at no charge. So, I definitely would not bash them by saying they have no customer service skills. They treat everyone I know great. They also give you loyalty cards and you get a free wash after purchasing 9. Even if you purchase 9 $5 washes, you can use the voucher for their top-priced wash. They also offer unlimited washes at different levels for a set price. He did apologize and called the owner who said I was out of luck and they would not pay to replace the key. They just lost a very loyal customer. This is my favorite car wash for when I'm lazy. I've been enough times to the point where I'm on my "Free Wash!" The machine does a great job and the vacuums are spot on. **Tip: before you run it through the wash, spray some "Mean Green Degreaser" or some other wheel cleaner on there before drive up and pay. The car wash itself was pretty good for $5. I really didn't need the wash, but to pay that price for free vacuum was well worth it. The comment about "all the crap in the back of the pick up" was probably unnecessary, and no, I'm not dumb, but a reminder to clean out my truck bed BEFORE I paid and was in line would have been a nice idea. The vacuums didn't suck very well and the pretzels and goldfish that I was there specifically to remove from the floor and seats of my truck clogged the vacuum after only a few minutes. I had to wait for someone to unclog it. They had a fabric rug cleaner, but I had to put my not so clean rubber mats back in my truck after vacuuming. The vanilla spray smell...the only option...smelled pretty good. Worth the $5, but nothing to write home about. read more

This rating is for the two shops: the oil change place and the car wash. My first visit was phenomenal! I started on the Oil & Lube/Car Repair side which is next door. My car had a check engine light on and I need it checked quickly. I was greeted by Brandon right away. He was friendly and knowledgable throughout the whole transaction. Mike, super mechanic, diagnosed the warning light, explained the problem, and cleared the light with ease. The oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and checkout went lightening fast. Even though it was a little stuffy in the waiting room, the wait was so short, I can overlook the stuffy room, especially since a worker turned on the AC just before I left. On to the car wash... The place is well organized. It looks like they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Since this was my first visit, I was overwhelmed by all the signs, but they are a necessary evil- I needed the guidance. There is a lot going at this place. I love the vacuums. They really SUCK, meaning they have a lot of suction power. That right there makes me want to come back. After my car was washed, I noticed I forget a towel so that I dry the few water drops. They do sell disposable towels, but I wanted something I can wash and keep in my car. Pros: Good price for an oil change, alignment, tire rotation and car wash Pleasant and knowledgable staff Clean waiting area (oil change and repair center) Vacuums suck (that's a good thing) Processes seem to be set up to get you in and out quickly Cons: Signs can be overwhelming and maybe a little confusing No reusable towels available for sale All in all, I think my car enjoyed the visit! Pulled up, gave the guy my ticket. I then said how are you doing? He just looked at me. I asked him when do I put the car in neutral. He pointed to the sign. I couldn't take it anymore. I said cheer up. He then proceeded to my car, got extremely close in my window and said, what you say? I repeated myself and said cheer up. He just glared at me. This is my second time interacting with this young man, both times he was so rude. Captain Kleen I'm sure is going to lose business due to this young man's unprofessional behavior. So as a regular customer who has taken my 3 vehicles here for an oil change and car washes regularly I was told I was not ALLOWED to vacuum first! Really? I tell Chandler I'm about to go thru the wash and even show him my punch card to loyalty rewards and he makes me stop vacuuming to go through the wash? No thank you!!!!!!! It seems as with any new business, this place STARTED OUT half way decent, But as time goes on, the quality deteriorates as time goes on. I've been to this place several , and as I stated earlier it was a decent car wash for $4. But, I went yesterday, and it didn't wash it HALF as good as it had in the past. Only 1 set of brushes touched my car & the set of rags that wipes your windows right before you exit the car wash didn't even activate. And to top it all off, after the machine finished "washing" my car, it left a film on my windows that I had to wash when I got home. Guess I'll have to find another car wash. read more

Here they have a punch card which may not be much to others but I at least get something for coming whereas at the other location that I was going to, the prices are a little higher and they have no customer loyalty rewards. An employee admitted to changing out and listening to my cds while he worked on my car, but not to stealing. Manager offered to make restitution by never did. As a former monthly club member I was extremely disappointed at the unprofessional manner by the attendant as well as management's response to my request for a rewash (I paid all the upgrades for two $20 car washes). My car came out fine my wife's car turned out terrible. (still had pollen dust all over underneath the wax upgrade)I didn't notice it until after I pulled into my driveway about 3 miles away. I came back within the hour and the attendant (without even looking at my car in his lot) said our policy is that after you leave the lot it's too late to get a rewash. At that point I got a little agitated and insisted that he at least inspect the car. He came out and looked at it and just parroted his earlier statement about their "POLICY" as if he was reading from a script. Well I also have a "POLICY". My policy is that I don't do repeat business with rude people that have no sense of the proper way to interact with customers when they're not satisfied. I also run a business and my customers don't get treated that way. In fact I would fire any employee that treated a customer that way for the cost of a car wash. I left a phone message for Alex at 678-290-3190 with no call back. Apparently he didn't care and just deleted it. Not surprising given that he trains his employees to be rude and inconsiderate. After leaving a second message about a week later I got a call from another person (not Alex) and based on their defense of their attendant and unwillingness to resolve the issue in a permanent way I elected to leave this review. With a little effort and virtually no real cost this could have been a positive review. I have now signed up for a monthly car wash plan with a competitor. read more
