Awful! There's no place to pull over after the wash since it dumps you out onto a common exit right at the road so I didn't see what a craptastic job it did until I got home. The car is filthy and it did nothing for the tires. Just look at the pics. read more

Went to the touchless wash (on the side street off Washington st) today to do a wash. When I came out I wasn't that satisfied with the cleaning. There was a gentleman outside that I brought it up to. He had me go to the other wash on Washington st. He then came out with a bucket and brush and physically scrubbed the front of the car. He went well beyond then just giving me another wash. Place is the best! Will be going here from now on. Vacuums super accessible and work good, true touchless wash, dry, and wax. Nothing touches the car but machines shoot out ample soap, water, and wax over entire car. Dryer vacuums so strong car vibrates. This is the spot! read more

My expectations are a touch less car wash is for a quick cleanup between a professional wash. My car was quite dirty from weeks of snow and a couple days of melt off. My expectations were met and my car was sufficiently rid of dirt and salt. read more

Have taken my small truck here many times before but never wrote any reviews. Every time I used their ultra wash for $20. Each time it doesn't get it completely washed and looking great. This last time the left side got cleaned better than the right. Can't figure it out. But for a brushless car wash what would you expect. It's ok to go if you don't expect it to come out spotless. read more

Went here after I had just taken my car off roading! It was covered in mud and needed a good wash. I got the most expensive wash $20 hoping it would get the mud off. It did surprisingly well, but did not get all the mud off my side mirrors or the bottom of the car. I think if your car is reasonably dirty and not overly dirty like mine was this would have been perfect. I liked that it had a big clearance for my bigger truck too. read more

Ugh! This places car wash is absolutely dreadful. $20 for the extreme wash with spot free dry and wax. My car had water spots still on it as well as bird droppings. It does NOT look like I had it washed. read more

Was looking for a touchless car wash somewhere local, found this on the internet. Location in Hudson, not that far. Price listed was $13 for a "Superior" wash. First issue was no prices listed at the kiosk. Chose Superior wash, got charged $16. Pulled into wash, and it was NOT touchless. There were spinning cloth brushes. That is not touchless. And it did not remove all of the road dirt from the sides of my SUV. Total FAIL. read more

First thing you need to know is that this is a touchless car wash. No touchless carwash is ever going to replace a rag car wash, or even better yet a wash in your the driveway. The best thing about tidal wave, it is open 24 hours a day, and they do have an undercarriage wash. I was pretty indifferent about Title Wave car wash, it just seemed like another touchless car wash. Until we probably had the longest cold snap, several days of single-digit temperatures, in New England for a long time. Like a lot of people my car developed the winter shakes. You know, the vibrations you get when you drive down the highway. when ice develops in the undercarriage. I went to 5 car washes, all were closed, because it was too cold, but Title Wave was open. I selected the cheapest undercarriage wash. Drove out to the highway and the shapes were gone. read more

Not bad for a clean between the hand wash. Ok price, $15 for everything. It didn't do a horrible job and got all the suds off. But, the under wash seemed wicked weak and the drying process was one of the worst blow jobs I ever had. read more

I just spent $22 to get my grand caravan washed, granted, it was dirty from snow and salt on roads, but still, at $22 I expect it to come out clean. It is still filthy, with tons of salt build up every where (not just awkward spots. Never Again!!! read more

Second try, 1st time I had gone a while ago I was not impressed. went back to the old school brusch wash. This time I opted for the $15 - wash, wax and uncarriage clean option. Yes it is a couple dollars more than Washco car wash but believe it provided a far cleaner car wash experience. I would definitely try again. read more

My car looks just as dirty coming out as it was going in. If you want your car washed don't waste your money here because all you'll be paying for is to wait 5 minutes in a car park only to come out with the same dirty car. read more

I haven't been to this car wash in a couple years. They charged 7.00 last time I was there. I was shocked to see 10.00 for a express wash that's a 43% increase what is that. After the wash I got out to look not only over priced, but the wash was horrible don't go there it's a total waste of money. All I had on my truck was dirt from going through a puddle. read more

I just bought a nearly new, mint condition BMW, which I had shipped from California. It arrived with a pretty good coating of road dirt, essentially dust. This car being a big deal for me, and not wanting to scratch the finish, I took it to the Tidal Wave touch-free car wash here, assuming it would be able to remove dust. WRONG! After my first pass through, using the $15, next to top option, it came out looking about the same as it went in (i.e. pretty dirty)! I found the attendant, and he gave me another pass, free of charge. I didn't check it as I came out this time, but when I got home, I saw that it was only a little bit better, i.e. it was still quite dirty, (a stroke with a finger showing clearly how dirty it still was)... I can't imagine that the dirt it got on the road (essentially a thick coating of dust) was exceptionally difficult to remove. The car has a nearly new, virtually perfect waxed dark blue finish, which shows dirt, but no one would think it had even been washed recently! This result is, of course, totally unsatisfactory. read more
