I have only had two minor problems that were quickly remedied by the office staff. Minor issues. Normally I utilize this facility 3-5 days a week as I go by there each day. For the last two weeks the Marlboro facility has been having work done in the vacuum stations area. The old asphalt has been removed and replaced now. And are now in the process of installing 12 new modern vacuum stations. Which are currently not available right now, as more work is being done. The car wash tunnel has also had some upgrades too. They have removed and replaced the old car wash brushes and sprayers inside the wash itself. This new equipment is a welcome sight and provides a more intenese coating of soap and rinse spays. I am not looking forward to winter. But I know with these new upgrades. My vehicle will shine a bit more brighter. Thanks, Scrub A Dub.

Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.

I stopped by ScrubaDub on my lunch break last week with a car wash voucher from my car dealership…read more(oil change gets you a free wash, woohoooooo). I usually go to the one in Natick on my way home from the dealer, but the Shrewsbury branch is only 5 minutes from my work. The service in Shrewsbury is outstanding. The guys in Natick are really impersonable and get pretty passive aggressive when you pull out the free wash voucher. Regardless, I pulled up for a standard car wash in Shrewsbury, and the attendants there were extrememly nice, and they gave me a free 5 minute vaccuum token for after the wash! Apparently they do this for everyone, but I like to feel special. After the wash I got out of my car to vaccuum and noticed that my car was still really dirty... and I drive a white car. Simultaneously, I realized I had put my token into the "car wipe" machine instead of the "vaccuum" machine. The car wash attendant saw me make the mistake and immediately came over to help with not just one new vaccuum coin, but two! Just because! (: He also noted my dirty white car had not been cleaned the first time around, so he told me to pull around and I would get another free wash. Awesome! After my second wash, as I was finishing up my 5 minute vaccuum sesh, the attendant gave me a brochure promotion for $19.99 monthly unlimited washes. Each basic wash is $15, so if I go twice with my white car (that gets exceptionally dirty in the winter) I'll get my money back and then some! Definitely will be returning!

On 5/8, I went through the car wash and experienced a significant impact to my vehicle mid-tunnel that resulted in a flat tire. The staff onsite were kind and helpful during the incident and even offered to put my donut tire on for me, though they ultimately needed assistance from the neighboring detail shop to do so. I filed an incident report before leaving and was told corporate would contact me within 24 hours. When I asked what caused the damage, I was told that one of the spinning brushes had broken and a protruding piece struck my tire. As a long-time member, I was understandably hesitant to return after hearing that. Fast forward to Monday, 5/11, and the only communication I received from corporate was a generic email stating that my claim had been received and that the investigation process could take 5-10 business days. At that point, I needed to travel into Boston for work and knew I could not safely drive long distances on a donut tire. I brought my car to the dealership, where they informed me they could not allow me to continue driving on the donut because it could damage the AWD system. Since they didn't have my replacement tire in stock, I had to rent a car for the day. I immediately notified Prestige of the situation, only to be told that any expenses incurred before the investigation concluded were "on me" unless determined otherwise later. Two days after getting the new tire installed, I began experiencing heavy vibrations and a pull to the left, the same side where the impact occurred. I returned to the dealership and was told my alignment was significantly off due to the impact. I'm a single mother with one vehicle, and my children were in the car with me when this happened. My car is only two months old and was in perfect condition before entering the wash. It has now been 10 days with no meaningful support, no answers, and no resolution. While the staff at the Marlborough location were polite throughout the incident, the corporate claims process has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. Because of that, I will never be a customer again.
