I made an appointment on 6/18 for 6/24 to have an oil change at my work location. Day of appointment I received a text message stating that the oil change could not be done due to the make of my vehicle. I have a Volvo C70. They have done oil changes before on my car. I know some Volvo motors are required to use different oil, mine is not one of them. When I picked my keys back up, I noticed that I was the only one getting service that day. So I have to wonder if that was the reason as well. read more

They did a descent job for the amount of time they had to work with. My only complaints is that the wheels weren't wiped down after the tire shine was applied and whatever they used to clean the floor mats must be silicone based cause they were extremely slippery getting in and out of the vehicle. read more

Our family has used Lube2Go's car detail service for years. They are consistently excellent and reliable (except 1 time when our appt got dropped years ago). Both times were great, except for one thing. The cleaner or polish they use on the rubber floor mats is very greasy, and it causes our shoes to get greasy, which causes the brake and gas pedals to get slippery. Not very safe. I have to go and use oil remover to restore them after each cleaning. Change your method for rubber floor mats please! read more

I have used this service 3 times now. I schedule a day and time and they come to my house. I have 2 dogs and 2 children, so my car gets pretty dirty and hairy. The interior car cleaning on my 2016 Honda Pilot is immaculate. I highly recommend. read more

I have been going to L2G for the better part of 10 years now - for both their oil change as well as Detailing services. Most times visiting one of their locations but have had a couple visits to my house which is convenient. In short & Most times: I am always VERY Happy with the results. As is the case with any business, sometimes a certain person does a bit of a better job than the next but for the convenience and price point, it can't be beat. The owner is a super nice guy and always looks to do the right thing - I am happy to give him/L2G my repeating business!! They have kept all my cars in great shape over the years. I had an appointment for 11 am and my car was completed as promised by 1 pm as I shopped around in the mall. This is a mobile service so you don't drop off your car to a business building like you would at Ziebert. The pricing is also much lower, $99 for the detail and I gave an $11 tip. My dashboard, seats, floors, windshield, and exterior were much cleaner. After I got home, I saw a few missing areas in the car, so I used an Armorall wipe to clean it down myself. It was dark in the mall garage so I didn't initially see the marks until I had left. Overall I'm happy with the work/service for the price I paid and would use Lube2Go again based on this experience. read more

I used a coupon that I got from LivingSocial. I had a little trouble finding them; they are located in the parking garage outside of Macy's on the first floor. The work they did was excellent and finished a little bit under schedule. It was nice to be able to spend the time in the mall while waiting. I also sat on a bench outside of the mall to enjoy the nice day. I was very impressed with the work and would absolutely go back there again. My car looks brand-new. Update: I went back again today (3/23/19) and was SO impressed with the work done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The attention to detail was outstanding. read more

Went to the Solomon Pond Mall location last Saturday. Dropped the car off, as others have said it was hard to find the location. It is an actual store front, rather 2 trucks parked under the Mall's garage roof. Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 employees on their cellphones talking about "bailing" a boyfriend out of jail for "vehicular theft and driving while intoxicated" they very rudely told me they were in the phone and if I wanted help to "go over there". We drove over to two other employees who were busy as could be. They eventually stopped and checked us in from information on a hand written ledger. Our car keys were put into an unlocked box in a truck. An hour and 20 minutes later I received a text stating the car was ready to pick up. Well when we picked up the car we were shocked at what we saw. No detail was paid attention to the areas between the seats and the third row was completely overlooked. I contacted the company via their "contact us" button on their website the very next day and have heard nothing back from them. It has been over a week. The groupon was $99 for the $270 service. I don't believe what we got was even worth the $99 let alone the full detail price. I am unimpressed. read more

Wow - what a disappointment! This "Deluxe Detail" is not deluxe at all. The car was barely washed. Bird poop and road dirt all over the place. Also, they sent me an alert that my car was done, but when I came by 45 minutes later, it still wasn't done. Save your money and get a real detail elsewhere. I love the clean fresh smell of my car after an interior detailing from Lube2Go. I first found them something like over 10 years ago via a Groupon, and had used them yearly to give my car a refresh whenever it got a little grimey (I was a nanny and driving kids around can get your car sticky, and cheerios smushed in and crumbs everywhere) and everytime I brought my car to them for a cleaning, it was like getting a brand new spotless shiny car back. I love that they use steam cleaning which leaves no chemical smell. I had tried another car detailing place closer to my house, but the chemical smell it had afterwards was so bad, I decided it was always worth the extra drive to take my car to Lube2Go. Fast forward to now, with my first baby on the way, I wanted to get my car sterilized clean before installing the car seat and getting the hospital go-bag ready, but I had since moved further away. I was willing to do the drive and spend some hours walking around the mall while waiting for my car, and then lucky me, I discovered they now come to your home! Yay that I am within their travel radius, and they came to me, and did my husband's and my car. My husband was so impressed, and so happy with his car, and I of course knew the amazing quality to expect, and still was SO HAPPY to stick my head in my car and breathe in the fresh non-stale smell cuz my car had been sitting more over the years during the pandemic. read more

My husband's company offers detail services on-site so I thought it would be a convenient way to get my car detailed. My cost was $125 and I was disappointed with the exterior of the car. The "Deluxe Detail" was supposed to include cleaning and hand waxing of the exterior. When my husband brought my car back to me I noticed that all the black scuff marks on the car were still there. This was the primary reason I wanted the car detailed. My husband had to rub these out for me when I got home with bug/tar remover. I have had cars detailed many times over the years and never had to clean the car when I picked it up before. read more

This is for the Beverly location. Ugur was super nice, as was the woman helping him detail the cars. They get 5 stars for customer service, but 2 stars for quality of work, hence a total of 3 starts. I purchased the full detail for a sedan groupon, $220 for $99 to try out their company. I was very impressed when I saw the car in the garage (but I came to find out that the darkness of the garage made it look good.) The console was sparkling and the steering wheel felt clean and like it had something sprayed on it. My shifter base still had a crusty stain on it that I easily scraped off with my nail. The interior smelled good, but I saw that my side view mirrors had spots on them, they were forgotten. This got me down, and so I started to examine the rest of the car once I got home in the sunlight. I looked at the side of my seat and saw that there was a crusty stain that I managed to scrape off, so it should've come off with steam washing. I wonder if the steam washing had even been done. Similar stains on the front of the seat. The view from above was great, but it was when you looked closer that I grew to be disappointed. The carpets still had stuck in sand/dirt in the driver's area, backseat area and even the trunk, not a whole lot, but enough to not look perfectly clean. That's what a $220 detail is for, right? To make your car look sparkling and untouched. The area in between my door and seat also had crumbs left. I had a general gau's sauce stain on the backseat area, that is now gone, but that was to be expected since it was an obvious stain seen from the top. My rims had been scrubbed, but there were some white soap? spots left over that had dried to look like dirt. I've never had a detail done, but I've seen my boyfriend's car come back from the Audi dealership after getting some repair work done and his carpets looked better than mine. I even told them that if my boyfriend was impressed by the work they did on my car, he would take the Audi here. I don't think that will happen. I really wanted to like this business and return again to pay the full price for future details, but it just is not worth $200. My carpets, nor my upholstery were shampooed. read more

I showed up 15 minutes early for my 3:30pm Monday appointment, but no one was there. Called, texted, and waited 35 minutes - finally left a note, but still no response! After 2 days, was able to contact owner and he offered to reschedule at my home or work. Did get a great piece of detailing work on my SUV the same day in Marlborough. They do need to fix their appointment communication issues between the website and employees onsite. read more

This place is not as bad as other reviews say. I got a groupon for interior and exterior detail. Amanda called me prior to my appointment and wanted to check if I could come earlier. It is a bit difficult to spot them at first but she guided ne throughout and was friendly. They hardly took 30 min and detailed my entier car (despite the cold weather). They were very thankful that I came early and didnot even accept a gratuity. They could have done a better job with the seats and the inside of the front and the back windshields. I booked an SUV detailing through the corporate account where I work. We get 50% off so I was charged $137 for an SUV. I then saw online I could get a coupon for $99 through Groupon, that was disappointing. My appt was scheduled for 1/3/19; that morning I got a text from Ugur saying due to rain they could not detail my car. It only rained until 10 am, but whatever. So we rescheduled for 1/9/19, that morning I texted Ugur to confirm and was promptly told he had to reschedule because of limited parking at my work. Rescheduled again to 1/10/19. My car was fairly clean to start with, my motivation was for the deep cleaning. Included in the deluxe detail is vacuuming/shampoo of carpets along with cleaning the leather, cleaning and treating rubber trim, dashboard and vents. I think you can tell by the pictures how none of that was done properly. I could have gotten the same results at a gas station car wash on my own. Thoroughly disappointed and will not se their services or recommend them to anyone!! read more

I have attached pictures! I have reached out to Ugar the owner for a refund and I have yet to hear from him! Not even an offer to do over!
