Hmm... Can I make a review about dry cleaners sexy? No, but I may slip in a fart joke somewhere. I came here because I recently adopted a kitten and one brisk morning he decided to pee all over my comforter, it was awesome or maybe the complete opposite of awesome. I'm concerned with amount of pee that came out of this little guy, but that's another story for another time. I rolled in here with the comforter in question and briefly explained to the girl behind the counter what had transpired that very morning at 2am. Without batting an eye she marked the spot the on the blanket with a safety penned piece of paper and said, "no worries, we got this!". Interesting response, I mean do you get a lot of urine soaked comforters in here? If so, what's going on in Henderson? Anyway, I came back about 4 days later to get my comforter, and the smell of a kitty pee and the trail left behind were all gone. Yay, I won't wake up in the middle of the night and think my downstairs neighbors are cooking meth. This cleaning job was a little pricey and it did take a longer than I thought it would, but that's a small setback to remove urine from something I wrap myself up in at night. The girls that worked there were very nice! One shirt came out great with a stain removed. But my other 2 items that were designer did not come out well. One of them didn't even look like it was clean. It had hair still on it and a few strands of my dog hair and it was a black sweater. I asked for it to be shaved and that didn't happen. They said their machine broke and it was never replaced. Your a dry cleaner....this is part of the job! My other sweater was gold and it had black fuzzies all over it. No clue why! When your packing up clothes you should be looking them over to make sure the job was done and ready for pick up. Never going back. read more

Dropped off 2 new coats to them this past weekend, and I was sooo excited to see that they had 24-hour pickup available. The rep was telling me it's done with lockers in another unit, and I'd have to call them to schedule that. She also had to put a card on file for automatic payment once they were done cleaning and storing my items in the 24-hour room. Anyway, I called about a day prior to my coats being done to schedule the locker. Guess it was too early 'cause the phone rep said she'd only put a notation for the others about the locker, and she asked me for my card info 'cause she didn't see it on my account file. Eh? Asked her for instructions, and was told that I'd get an e-mail? Well, I didn't get the e-mail, so I called again. LOL. I've never worked so hard for laundry services. The new phone rep tells me that the items were moved to a locker. Again, I ask for instructions/clarification 'cause it's my first time, and I didn't receive anything electronically... 24-hour room is open all the time, and we'd just walk in, look at the posted sheet for our name with the locker number. The code to access the locker is the last 4 digits of our contact number on file. Great! Ended up being charged about $29 for two nicely cleaned, fresh-smellin' coats =D read more

I had just picked up my clothes today a few hours before I forgot i had other items that need cleaning. So i just came by again to drop my clothes off at drive thru like I normally do and i literally sat there for a good solid 10 going on 15 minutes and no one helped me. Sat there looking like an idiot. Mind you the door is opening and closing at the drive thru and i can see what they are doing....And two girls CLEARLY seen me and then they proceed to help the woman who had just walked in, I'm like wanting to jump out my car and cuss someone out. I had somewhere to be so i left. So because i decide to come through drive through do i get served last from a walking in the door customer? I don't get it. It sucks because i truly like this place! However I decided to give Tide Cleaners a try because it's down the street from where I live and they have great reviews. Fast service is the only reason for any stars earned. Just had one blazer dry cleaned for work and spots were left untouched on the sleeves and on the back. Almost like they only cleaned the front of the blazer. Dosen't even smell like it was cleaned. I really wanted to like this place because it was recommended by a colleague. Some spots are hard to get out, that I can understand, but all of them are hard to get out if you dont even bother to try. Maybe the fast turnaround time was because only part of the balzer was cleaned. With plenty other options for dry cleaning to choose from, this one just isn't worth the time or money. read more

Your location on Eastern Ave in Henderson, NV absolutely destroyed a dress I had left for dry cleaning. I was handed the slip part of the dress but the entire lace dress that was top on of the slip was missing. These two pieces were stitched together so how an entire layer of the dress could go missing is beyond me. Though the two employees working were courteous, they were not able to even provide me a refund of the $14 it cost to have the dress cleaned. I left the lone surviving piece of the dress at the location, along with my phone number, asking the manager to call me so we can resolve this. The employee told me they would leave a note to have the manager call me the next day. All of this happened on Monday, 3/8. It is now Wednesday, 3/10 and I have yet to receive a call. I feel like requesting a $14 refund and having an expectation for decent customer service is the fairly reasonable considering the dress you destroyed cost several hundred dollars. UPDATE: They called me to let me know they found the 2nd piece of the dress. They provided a $25 credit for my trouble. I had no plans to return but I feel like they made amends and I will give them another chance. read more

My daughter's friend accidentally knocked her salad (with dressing) all over her prom dress - there were big oily stains across the whole front. I took it to Tide hoping for a miracle. They asked if they could wash it if dry cleaning didn't work. I told them of course (if it didn't work, the dress would be ruined anyway). They dry cleaned it, the stains didn't come out, so then they washed it. Unfortunately, there were (what looked like) water lines all down the front of the dress - but the stains were gone. I asked if they could try one more time to get the lines out and they did - and the dress came out perfectly. So they cleaned it 3 times and charged me for one dry cleaning of just over $13. And everyone was so kind and so happy for me that the stains came out. Just lovely people and great service and I highly recommend. read more

I have had good service at this dry cleaners. I have Been using them since they opened and I've only had one item that they could not get the stain out. I am very satisfied so far with their work. I do wish they would give a discount on something that they couldn't get the stain out and the item is ruined. I hate paying 11.00 and then take it to Goodwill. Hey all, it is the new year and time to "clean" up your act. I just tried a new dry cleaner from my normal Maple Dry Cleaners and wow, I am impressed so far. 1. Location - This one is on the southwest side of Eastern and St. Rose. Plenty of parking, easy access. 2. Set Up - Totally convenient! You have a walk up, drive up and 24 hour area. I did the walk up and the service was great. They have Proctor and Gamble people there training the local staff. The 24 hour is a drop off and they can even put your cleaning in a vault for you, give you the code, and you can also them pick up your goods 24 hours if you set this up with them. How convenient is that! 3. The difference ! Price - Maple on Horizon Ridge and Eastern charges 2.10 per shirt after paying for the "Gold " Membership, and Tide charges 2.25 per shirt with no paid membership. Advantage Maple! Quality - The difference you get with Tide is that they will replace any shirt buttons for free, while at Maple, it may be included, but they never catch it and it is not done more than 90% of the time. Advantage Tide! Service - I really appreciated the personal service from Vesa and Dani at Maple. The Tide crew is fairly new, very excited, very professional. I will have to wait and get to know them better, but in meantime, Advantage - Maple Consistency - I have had shirts come back from Maple that were slightly torn, buttons cracked, buttons missing. At Tide, they use a 7 point check and while new, I sense that they will get it done. Based on my experience.... Advantage Tide On Site - Maple does most of their stuff I believe at the other facility they own across the street. Tide's is all at the location itself, very professional looking, very clean, modern and cool. Advantage Tide! Convenience - With a drive up, walk up and 24 hours "vault" like service, Tide is great and they are open daily. Maple closes on Sunday. Advantage Tide. Overall, I must say, go with Tide. The convenience is totally awesome and the minor price difference I believe you will be glad, GK says check it out! read more

I feel like I got robbed from Tide yesterday. My dear husband dropped off our bag with dry cleaning here because he decided to be obnoxiously loyal to this brand since we use their free laundry detergent (free as in free of dyes and perfumes, not cost-free). I objected because I know it is expensive, but nevertheless, he was nice enough to take the heavy bag to the dry cleaner when I was having back pain and planned to see a doctor on Wednesday. For whatever reason, he was not given an itemized receipt of what was dropped off nor did he tell me how much to expect to owe. I went to pick it up yesterday in their drive through (my back hurt too much for me to want to take the clothes from the store to the car myself so this is a nice feature). The staff person was very nice, but when she gave me the total ($35ish) I asked if they included the groupon that my husband gave her (he paid $12 for $25 off of our next order). She said yes. I thought to myself, there is no way we had $60 worth of stuff, so I asked to see the itemized list of what we brought. We argued briefly over the number of pieces (she counted the suit as 2 though they charge it as 1 on their price list, and she counted the laundry bag itself) and she claimed we had 2 orders and perhaps dropped a second order off at a different time (we only dropped off 1). She told me that Tide generously offered 50% off on one of the orders (I finally figured out they split this one order into two but it was from the same bag). So with 50% off some of the order AND $25 off, it was still $35?!?! Yes it was. I was not too happy but she put the items in my car and told me they would fix it if we found a mistake. I was miffed and went home. We calculated the original cost pre-discount and pre-groupon and it came to close to $80!?!?!? With NO coupon and NO discount at my regular place, Fifth Avenue, this would have cost $19.25!!! A 300% markup? Even for the nicer items (a suit for example), I would go Town & Country and it would not cost $13 for a suit! When I started to take my items off of their hangers and put them back on mine to hang up, I noticed that instead of the old safety pin and tag that I usually dislike from Fifth Avenue, Tide puts stickers with bar codes behind the tags of each item. They are melted into the fabric so I with my super sharp nails had to get a corner loose and tear them off with my TEETH because they were melted. Now I guess I prefer those safety pins because at least they are easy to remove. I do not think it makes sense to pay $12.50 to dry clean a dress when I could buy a dress for a few dry clean visits! Should I need to dry clean anything, I will definitely go back to my go-to places, Fifth Avenue for a decent job and a low price, and Town & Country for some of the nicer items (silk shirts, etc.) who still charge much less than Tide. read more

My first visit here was because of a Groupon, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I don't use Tide at home, and after reading about P&G in all of my marketing classes in college, I could care less about Tide. All of that aside, I am pleasantly surprised with the service I get from Tide Dry Cleaners. It's a little expensive, I suppose, but you pay for some of the convenience. You can drop your clothes off 24-hours a day. You can even arrange to have your clothes put in a storage bin where you can pick them up after-hours. There is drive through service, and if you pick your clothes up the old fashioned way (going in the store), someone ALWAYS offers to help you out (or better, just does it). I've had a few buttons broken or break during service and Tide fixes them. I've also received some discount coupons as well as samples of Tide (even though I see through THAT marketing gimmick). As I said before, I think the pricing is a little high. Also, the pricing seems variable. I've paid $80 for an order that I thought was going to be much less, and I have paid $50 for an order I expected to be much more. I haven't been here enough times and paid full price to have a real baseline. Side note - those values seem high but I am really lazy and only go here every 3 weeks or so. As someone else noted, Tide puts little stickers in your clothes. This is for them to keep track of your items and to match them back to your account. I get that, and I appreciate it, but I would prefer to be asked if someone could actually fuse a label into my clothes. If you come across a coupon for this place, definitely try it out. The staff is friendly and helpful, and your clothes end up smelling like you have money to burn on real Tide laundry detergent. What else can you ask for? read more

It's not as cheap as I would like, but it's comparable to other places. And the drive-up drop-off / pick-up is definitely convenient and nice. I never thought I would change dry cleaners as I was happy with the one I had been using for years... but I am so impressed with TIDE Dry Cleaners and this new concept that I will never go back. Even though they charge 25 cents more per work shirt, the difference in quality is worth paying double. My shirts have never felt so soft and smelled so fresh. Even my coworkers have commented. You do not even have to ask for special same day service... just bring it in by 9:00am, and its ready by 5:00. There is an after hours drop off and they are even open on Sundays !!! They check every shirt for tears and broken buttons and fix then for you without question. All the employees especially the general manager Chuck are friendly, courteous, and just a pleasure to do business with. Give TIDE Dry Cleaners a try and like me you will never want to go anywhere else. This is a great example of a company building a better mouse trap !!! read more

The prices are high for dry cleaning, but I have never been disappointed (I usually service my dresses and blazers here) - definitely use the online coupons and/or e-mailed coupons they send to you - otherwise, you'll find your bill being $30.00+, easily. I am very upset. We just moved here from Scottsdale Arizona and I used the Tide dry cleaner there a few times with great results and wonderful smelling clothes. I used another cleaner in Scottsdale Prestige cleaners and they were amazing and even Delias cleaners in Scottsdale was great! I figured when we moved to Las Vegas I would try the Tide cleaner here. At first they did a fine job with the few items I brought in. I had a leather Jacket that I figured I would take in due to musty smell and it needed a once a year clean.. The smell was still the same and they left a patch on the coat that they removed the color of the leather!!! That should have stopped me from using them... I thought well maybe it was my bad but my Husband assured me not.... So then I tried them for normal shirts and non damaging items... They left stains all over my husbands shirts!!! And the smell of the cleaner solution is nasty!!! Like a tomato juice and must!!!! Are they even clean?! I talked to the owner and he said he would make it right so this time I dropped off some of my clothes again.. Well I just picked up 60 dollars of cleaning so not cheap.. And there was blonde hairs on my sweaters and my jeans had been ruined!! Brand new Paige Jeans!!! I had worn them a few times but since they were indigo dark and 200 dollars I wanted them dry cleaned... Wow did I get screwed!!! Well I will most certainly go and have them make this right! My husband owned a business and I feel we gave them soooo many chances that weren't warranted. Our neighbors own a cleaner I am going yo use them! They best make this right! read more

came here to get 2 pants altered wow the bill came to $41 seriously just to cut the legs!!! found out they dont do it in house they sent it to some lady and she does it from home.. i wonder what lind of licensing is needed for that.. most places only charge less thatn $10 but of course they do it in house.. then part of the 20 charge for each pants was 6.35 for cleaning in which i told thm they were already washed n cleaned.. it took 7 days to complete.. i guess i should of asked if they do alterations at the shop instead if some ladys house!!! read more
