I have given it a few tries in the past year and have been disappointed with the quality and service. I picked up several items and was charged more than expected and questioned why they charged me for a dress and not a shirt. The gentleman that assisted me said you'll have to call Tonya back. I said, but this is a shirt and he said I don't have any control over that? I did not have time to dispute it. I then took a queen down comforter, and I was told it would take a week to get it back,which I understand. I was text within two hours of leaving saying it was ready. I said what happened to the week out. She said oh I had time to do it today. I questioned if it was professionally done and she said OK. I will send it downtown and have it done??? I also had a five dollar coupon taken off at drop off. Tonya said when I went to pick up the item that the five dollar coupon was not honored. Both Tonya and April were very rude and as a matter of fact and not customer service friendly, I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere.

First time I had dropped it off, it was barely cleaned at the bottom. I had them redo it, and it was cleaned better the second time and I was satisfied. It was returned with a slight rip at the top where the dress had folds, mind you I had only worn it for a few hours on my wedding day and I'm almost certain it was not brought in that way. Also I had dropped it off with a garment bag and it was lost during cleaning and not returned when pickup came the first time or second time and I was told they would look for it after the manager had called after I had requested a redo. I had gotten my dress out of state so the bag was branded with a bridal shop from my hometown, sounds silly, but it had minor sentimental value. There's no way I would've dropped off my white wedding dress without some sort of protection while bringing it in, plus I had a decorative hanger that was returned to me. There's no way I would've dropped off just my dress and hanger, but not the garment bag. Really upsetting in more than just one way.

This is unacceptable and should not take this long for anyone to respond to an issue that you all created. Chris called me today after this post to insult my intelligence. He acted clueless and told me the dress looks fine to him. Well, I have pictures. He told me I was not getting anything from him and that he deals with this type of stuff all the time and that there is a disclaimer posted in their store and on their receipts. My dress was white/ivory and it is gray! They do not appear to be registered with the Secretary of State and are not accredited by the BBB. He hung up on me three times and told me to talk to his attorney. I, absolutely, have no problem with doing that at all. He is unprofessional and cannot articulate a clear thought or sentence and should not be handling customer complaints.

When I returned to pick it up, the suit was pressed--but the spot was still there, untouched. No explanation, no follow-up, just a suit that looked slightly crisper but still had the same issue I came in with. If you're looking for basic pressing, ZIPS might suffice. But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.

I was trying to figure out what to do with my 2 old down pillows which I really liked, but didn't want to throw away. I noticed on CC's website that they have a method of cleaning and rejuvenating them. I had a Valentine's Day coupon so I figured, why not? My two old down pillows came back like new in two days! The feathers were removed, cleaned & sanitized. They were then stuffed into new soft ticking. For less than $18 each I got back two essentially new down pillows.
