Back the next day doors locked again during opening hours. Sill not in a hurry. Came back day three was finally able to get my clothing. Next time to pick up clothing a few weeks later. Computer system was down and couldn't get clothing. Came back a second time. Gentleman working was in a surly mood, not at all friendly. They have signs up to be kind to their employees because of staffing and pandemic related issues. But the staff also needs to do the same. Picked up my clothing today. I was so happy to see the young lady of color. ( I really have no idea what is PC today ) She is always so friendly and funny and always makes me laugh even at something as mundane as a hypenated last name. They ended up saying they'll look for it and it's been another month almost and no update. So glad I paid $70 for them to ruin my jacket, what a great first impression.

Unfortunately, that was not the case. This is the worst hemming job I have ever seen. One pair of my orange pants was hemmed using bright pink thread, which is clearly visible along the hem. The stitching wasn't even secured properly--it started coming loose while I was standing in the store speaking with the staff. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told I would have to wait to speak with the manager, John, because he wasn't in the store that day. After paying $57 to have three pairs of pants hemmed, I now have to pay to have all three pairs redone correctly. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the alterations and the lack of an immediate resolution. Based on my experience I would not use them for alterations.

This is unacceptable and should not take this long for anyone to respond to an issue that you all created. Chris called me today after this post to insult my intelligence. He acted clueless and told me the dress looks fine to him. Well, I have pictures. He told me I was not getting anything from him and that he deals with this type of stuff all the time and that there is a disclaimer posted in their store and on their receipts. My dress was white/ivory and it is gray! They do not appear to be registered with the Secretary of State and are not accredited by the BBB. He hung up on me three times and told me to talk to his attorney. I, absolutely, have no problem with doing that at all. He is unprofessional and cannot articulate a clear thought or sentence and should not be handling customer complaints.

Even my own regular cleaner in Carmel could only offer me a $35 charge and one to two weeks time frame before it was ready. :( Most of the dry cleaners I spoke to couldn't have cared less about my situation. I needed it "yesterday" for a video shoot we were going to do. I called Bolden's and told them the story of the wrinkly green screen and my urgent need for someone to press it. The lady who answered the phone at Bolden's was kind and genuinely seemed to care. She asked me how soon I could get it to them because they were shutting down the steamers at 2pm. I told her 10 minutes and took off from the practice to get there. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome. I was asked for my name and phone number, and then asked if I could give them 15 minutes? Could I give them 15 minutes? What an AMAZING difference from every other cleaner I had spoken to over the last several days!! Yeah, I could give them 15 minutes. Fast forward fifteen minutes and the green screen was pressed and beautiful. My cost was $8!! Guess who just got a customer for life? Bolden's did! When I asked if I could leave a tip for the person who pressed the green screen, I got a smile and a kind laugh, and I was told the owners do all the pressing. I was told this was a family business, and they really did care about every single one of their customers. I cannot tell you how happy I am and how grateful I am for Bolden's. Thank you so, so much!

The building is clean, actively being attended to and the employees were very kind. Machines require quarters, $7.75 for a 6 load washer or $5.25 for a 4 loader. Extra large dryers are $.25 for 5 minutes. There is an ATM and a quarter machine on site. Don't plan to buy a soda, but if the vending machine doesn't eat your change and gives you an extra quarter back, that's mine. Consider it a personal gift from me to you. The 5 year old pictures of the "food bar" and games are definitely outdated.
