Really easy and convenient! I love that I can drop the bag off in the chute at any time AND access my cleaned garments 24-hrs a day using door and locker codes. A couple of issues I have: I'm very picky about my white shirts actually being white, so I typically launder them myself and do "press only" here. Well, they tout their ability to keep white shirts white. Alas, that was not the case when I tested them out with one of my white shirts. I compared it to my others, and it's definitely that dingy, slightly gray shade. The other issue I have is, when dropping off the bag, there is no way to use the coupons the send me via email. I would go here regularly just for that wonderful Tide smell they have piped through the store! I love that they have a drive thru, 24 hour locker service, and delivery! It's also awesomethat they text you as soon as your order is ready and email you a copy of your pick up slip & receipt. Truly, the Rolls Royce of dry cleaning. Exceptional customer service from Taylor. I called ahead to explain the issue I was having and she noted it and gave me all kinds of suggestions. She also applied a 50% off first time customer coupon to my order and signed me up for free dry cleaning of a suit or dress on my birthday! I rarely leave reviews but this location has been incredibly frustrating. Their dry cleaning services are inconsistent. I am new the the area and was in need of dry cleaning services and this location was the closest service provider. I received two high value items back that were damaged and just recently they lost another high value top. When I called to complain I was gaslighted into believe I dropped my items off damaged and that I myself lost my top when I have receipts to show proof. I have called and called and I keep getting a "we'll get back to you" or "give it a few days to show up". Apparently they have a reimbursement policy for damaged or lost goods but I was rebutted by corporate and only given a refund for the price I paid for the cleaning. Their prices are also incredibly expensive compared to other services and the clothes never smell clean, they smell like dirt and chemicals. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward due to the lack of professionalism and regard for personal belongings and customer service. read more

Best wash and fold service I've used. We moved to this area a year ago and I was still traveling to our original wash and fold service. I got a coupon in the mail from tide but never used it. I still remembered that they were closer. Due to rushed time, I went to this place. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I was given a first-timer coupon that cut my services in half! I was also given a text message when they were ready which was in less than 48 hours. It's convenient because it's 6 minutes from my house, fast, and efficient. And then they have delivery service!Will definitely be using them again. I've already told my best friend who lives in the area as well and she started using them too. read more

The first time I tried to use a coupon, I put it in the bag with my cleaning. I was told they never received it. So the second time, since no one was at the counter when I arrived, I put my bag on the counter and the coupon on top of the bag. Again, they didn't apply the coupon. The attendant told me they've hired a number of new people who probably didn't know how to apply a coupon. Really? He was unable to credit my card - why I don't know - and offered an in-store credit. I don't go to the cleaners very often so it will be interesting to see if it actually shows up on my account. The after hours pick up is nice, the store is clean and they do a good job. I have used Tide Cleaners for dry cleaning and laundry services. All their services were done well, and the delivery was timely. Their electronic messaging works well. My only complaint was that the last time I was there to drop off my laundry I practically had to arm wrestle the clerk to get a receipt indicating how many items I had dropped off. He kept trying to convince me that I didn't need a receipt, when I insisted that I did. I explained to him that the receipt is the only record that I have that I dropped off 5 pieces of laundry and expected to get 5 pieces back. After at least 5 minutes of back and forth, I finally got my receipt. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Just got off the phone with them. They have lost a white dress shirt for our son. Today is Wednesday. We dropped off a pair of pants a vest and white dress shirt on Monday. We were told they would be ready Tuesday by 6. Pants and vest were ready last night. No shirt. Called three times today for the white shirt. They finally told us the truth. They don't know where the shirt is. It's not anywhere to be found. Then they want to tell us how they have a two week policy . The policy' is they have two weeks to find it. I'm beyond pissed. Will never use them again. Would never recommend them to anyone. About a year ago I accidentally left a little over $400 in my one of my pockets and dropped off my dry cleaning. Later that day I remembered and I asked them and they said they found nothing and they have a very strict policy about finding money and returning it, so I questioned myself whether I really left it there or not. It was my fault for not checking. About six months later I decided to leave a dollar in my pocket just to see what happens, no one ever returned my dollar, this time I understand it was just a dollar but if you have a strict policy about returning money the dollar should have been returned, I never said anything because I was in a hurry the day I picked up my dry cleaning. I still go there and like all the employees, Everyone is really nice and it's a very nice dry cleaners but don't accidentally leave anything in your pocket. read more
