DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! HORIBBLE SERVICE!! I took a brand, new top to be shortened 5" and hemmed. I returned in 1 week and they did not put the slits on the bottom in, even though the tag stated to put the slits back at the hem. I was told to return in 3 days. I returned to find the slits on the bottom are 1.3/4"- baby slits. The slits SHOULD HAVE BEEN 4" JUST LIKE IT WAS AND this brand, new top has 2 (grease?) spots on the front. This brand, new top is RUINED!!!! The woman behind the desk couldn't care less and told me to talk to the owner. She didn't know when the owner would be available. Pass this place up. read more

Really nice people to deal with. They listen to your needs. I took a 25-year-old jacket in to have The zipper replaced, and they have someone who does that. I would have liked to have a heavier zipper, but maybe one could not be gotten. It only cost $15. read more

I previously had average experiences at Dove cleaners. Their dry cleaning is average and their laundering is below average. But I took a Brooks Brothers shirt there to have a small rip fixed. I asked the woman there if they did repairs or if I should take it somewhere else... After charging me $16 to repair a small tear in my shirt, I got it back only to see it has been absolutely destroyed. A $90 Brooks Brothers shirt had a patch used to repair it and looked like a blind person took a sewing machine to it. The unbelievably rude woman didn't help when I tried to talk to her about it. I learned my lesson: don't bring your tailoring items to a dry cleaner if you expect them to not get ruined. read more

Had my lab coat dry cleaned and a pair jeans repaired in the seat (crotch). I thought they did a good job on both. The jeans, repaired on both sides to repair a small hole (.5-.75 in.) and to prevent another on the opposite side, were repaired for $12 and the coat done for $6.50. I have found it is really difficult to find a cleaner and a tailor near me, so I recommend this place after my first visit. Service was friendly and inside was clean as well. I'll be back. read more

I like to bring my shirts and suits here when I need them dry cleaned because of the quick on-time service they provide. They also do wash and fold service which is really convenient. I just moved to Forest Park and needed a dry cleaners. This place seemed to be convenient, so I went there this morning to inquire about dry cleaning two jackets. The woman looked and said..."Down coat...$35". I said "Down...?" because I'd just gotten the jackets and weren't aware they were down. I wanted to ask her if the price was for jackets vs. full length coats as it seemed a little high, but I never got the chance. She looked right at me and said, "You want it cheaper? You wash it yourself." I don't know what experience this woman has had in the past with customers, but that's a surefire way to ensure that this potential new customer never comes back. And BTW, I found another place less than a mile away where the person actually greeted me, quoted me half the price, and *gasp!* wasn't rude to me the second I showed up. read more

But you know when you move to a new place and things like taking your clothes to the cleaner don't occur to you until you have a pile of laundry the size of Wyoming and your usual dry cleaning place is 15 miles away? I had a pair of pants hemmed and a pocket fixed as well as cleaned. Came out great. Parking is a bit tough there as there isn't a lot and it's on a one way street with a busy intersection. The woman that checked me in was extremely nice and pleasant. The woman that I paid and picked up from wasn't thrilled to be there. Would go back to have clothes tailored or hemmed. read more
