Over the course of November, 2023 thru 2025, we have purchased 3-4 golf carts for our use and recommended them to others for purchase. I could not be more dissatisfied with their service, which they told me was excellent at the time of purchase. We've had to take each one that we purchased back for service. They stayed for extended periods when we needed them for our use. The reason we were given for the long duration was that they simply did not have personnel to service them, as we were told when we purchased. Great customer service. Bought 12v batteries for my cart. I didn't have a carrying handle, they only had two and gave me one. Theses batteries are HEAVY. The loaded the batteries up for me. Nice folks! read more

my golf cart is only 2.5 years old and you guesst it just out of warrenty. I took it the first time they said it was fix but it wasn't, so I took it back and now they want 6 to weeks before they even look at it. This is tootally unaxceptable, for a golf cart that is only 2.5 years old. read more

Company is listed as "Golf Cart Rentals" however, they DO NOT RENT golf carts. AT ALL. The person that answered my call was less than helpful, to say the least. When asked who in the area rented golf carts, his response was, "I'm sorry but I don't know anyone." When asked why do they still advertise that they rent golf carts, his response to that was, "We used to buy not anymore." So why not take it down and/or at the very least update your business listing on search engine platforms. It was this reason why I traded this business as 1 star. They're aware that multiple search engines indicates that they rent, but failed to take corrective measures to update those searching for "Golf Carts". It's not only misleading, but unprofessional and a waste of time. read more

I went in today to obtain a replacement key for my Club Car Onward golfcart. I had called in advance with the model to confirm they could help us, and they said they could. Upon arriving at the store, I stated exactly what year and model it was, and the guy very casually said "No problem, this key will work" and he sold me a set of two keys. Yeah, you guessed it....the keys did not work. So (same day) I drove all the way back there, optimistically hoping to obtain the correct key. I go up to the same sales associate, and I let him know the key didn't work. I *again* told him my golf cart year and model and he said "Oh, we don't sell keys for those models. We aren't an authorized dealer." I was amazed. I said "I told you exactly what kind of golf cart I had the first time." and he said "I didn't hear the part about it being an Onward". No apology, no sorry for your trouble. Just an excuse that he didn't hear me. When I asked where someone might be able to find an authorized Club Car Dealer, I was told to "Google it". Super-helpful, these folks. Anyway, if you have an Onward model Club Car, don't go to these jokers because they can't help you. If you have some other type of golf cart, don't go to these jokers because they aren't good at listening to you. read more

These guys really have a nice store and a fantastic attitude about their customers! There is a great selection of cars from different colors and models but the evolution brand is really their number one choice. All the bells and whistle's you need it a fantastically great price. I checked their prices out versus the competition and they were definitely in the ballpark and very competitive. Make sure this is where you go to get a new cart! read more
