    A cleaner from this company broke one of the cabinets of the hinges and it was laying on the ground…read morewhen I came home Tranquil home offered to send someone to fix and proceeded to waste about 8 more hours of my time over the course of 2 days and the handyman never showed 2 days in a row The cabinet was fully functional before it was torn off the hinges and left on the ground One of the hinges was broken and the company kept leaning on that but the cabinet fully worked The cleaner didn't even clean my sink lol Just all together a really huge waste of my time and money since I have to fix the cabinet myself I have worked with them in the past and it was fine but it's truly not worth your time when sometime could be okay or they break something in your home and leave the house dirty I also had surgery around this time and got my house cleaned due to barely being able to walk so it was insanely disappointing to have -another thing added to my to do list -an apt that was still not cleaned -more time wasted with them scheduling a handy man who was a no show twice Not worth your time Not worth your money I can only assume if they didn't want me to review them on all review sites they would reimburse me for having to get the cabinet fixed

They do not force you into buying products. They use what you have, and do what you want. I had been in a home for 30 years and moved. I had not disposed of one thing from the old house. Everything was just thrown together. I had a garage filled with things. My closets were not organized. My pantry was not organized. I couldn't find anything in this house. My house is now a dream. Their help gave me the incentive to do some things on my own. I was lost before. I know I never want to go back to that confusion. I think even if you have just a small project, this company can help you. They never forced you to give anything away. They let you make the decision. They also were not judging. The lady was so sweet. I felt a genuine connection. I thought their prices were reasonable. You do have to sign up for a certain amount of sessions after they see everything. I think this is just based on how long they think it's going to take them. I had tried a few other people. They were not as professional. My house was organized well and at a much faster pace than others. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I honestly needed someone to hold my hand to figure out systems in our home to keep things streamlined and clean. I'm so glad I had Allison to help me!! She walked through different areas of my home to give me ideas, helped organize my entryway, dining room/lego table, kitchen, and kid craft/games, etc storage area. She used containers/baskets I already had and provided much more function and orderliness. She taught me along the way and it helped jumpstart my own organizational path. I also have a lot of paper and envelopes to store, in various sizes. Allison did a Zoom consultation where I showed her my office and told her about my needs. She put together a proposal and we got started right away. She came to my house (with all safety precautions in place) and measured the room and alllllll the items that needed to be organized - there were lots! We did some sorting, but honestly didn't get rid of too much. The most valuable thing Allison did for me was putting together a mockup of the room (multiple options) and a full list of everything for me to buy at Container Store and Ikea. The bins she choose were exactly what I needed for such specific things. We were able to repurpose a lot of the existing furniture which really helped my budget! Once I had everything purchase, she came back to help me put everything together. Having this room finally organized has been transformative for my business, my creativity, and my mental energy. It's now my favorite space in the house and I really love being in here.

Rachel took on the job and performed brilliantly. She helped me separate the clutter from the necessities, and then we found a place to put it all away. She also did a number on our living room. We have an awkwardly large couch, and felt a little frustrated with where we could place it. No problem! She felt out the room and took her time looking at the dimensions and all the furniture we were working with. Now it all fits like a beautiful puzzle. After Rachel left, my disorganized-chaos side came out to play again. WHOOPS! I found that a few things didn't quite fit my ACTUAL lifestyle (I thought I would hang certain things regularly, etc.).
