I was able to fill up my water bottles at the water store while my shoes were washing. In the past when I've brought in items and would spend "FOREVER" sorting out shirts, pants, dresses etc. But when you come here it's done efficiently and quickly. The staff is able to go through all of the items super quick, pull up our account via phone number (and I appreciate that the conversation using my name) and provide me with a grand total and a time to pick up which is great. It's a little bit further but the quality of work has been great.
