Looking forward to using their service for years to come.

For the past year, All American Pool Servicing was "taking care" of my pool. I am a new pool owner…read moreand relied on having a knowledgeable company to keep my pool clean and always ready to go. Apparently Daniel and his are very new to caring and servicing pools from my experience. There was always an outside factor on to why it was not his fault the pool had algae or that he was spending so much on pool chemicals. During the month of January he suggested my pool needs to be drained due to the amount of chemicals he was spending to keep not just my pool clean but others as well. Pool was drained by the previous owners February 2025 and he could not understand why the pool levels were not correct when David came to service it. Pool was drained by us and cost less than Daniel said he could do it for. I reached out to Daniel 4/12/26 regarding algae build on the walls and steps of my pool. I asked that the pool be given a thorough scrub to get the pool ready for the summer. David came over Monday, April 13th and stayed for 9 minutes, leaving the wall and steps still full of algae. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously so I terminated my pool service with Daniel via email on 4/17/2026. I asked that I be taken off of autopay immediately to avoid being charged on the 1st, he replied "Will do". Come May 1, 2026 I was charged 120$, unbelievable. I reached out to Daniel 5/1/26 to get a refund and was told not sure why you were charged and refund takes 5-7 days. Today is 5/18/26 and I have yet to get a refund from him. I had to call my bank to issue a dispute charge as he did not even read nor text me back on 5/14/16 to see what was going on regarding the refund. I am not the only person he has not refunded. Check the other reviews regarding this company. Please use this company if you enjoy subpar service, listening to a silver tongued snake talk your ear off. If his website still says veteran owned, do not believe him. His former business partner was the veteran, not Daniel.

He showed me our QDR basket, that was so full!!! It ripped, and about 10 lbs of debris in it! Which means the year and 1/2 I had pool troopers, means they NEVER emptied it! Truthfully, the guy working for them, has zero qualification for a pool, and clearly did not know there was a basket in the QDR. But for that reason this company deserves 1 star! I think they have zero knowledge requirement to hire, and their service shows!

The cleaners rarely show up on the day they are supposed to so half the time I leave the gate unlocked unnecessarily for them to have access. My pool was green was the past 6 weeks and they didn't do much about it. Water had to be drained because CYA levels were so high but they didn't tell me that because they don't have a repair tech to drain and fill the pool in my area. This caused me to hire an outside company for the drain and fill. Today I was suppose to receive my regular chemical service but nobody showed up.... Called support 20 mins before close to see what was going on but got the answering machine. Safe to say I will be servicing my own pool from now on. Update to reply by business manager: There is no "major leak" in my pool. The water bill is less than $90 a month like it has been for the past two years. If there was a leak it would cost hundreds of dollars a month. I also add no chemicals to the pool on my own other than the 3 bags of shock I used in order to safely drain my pool water. Everything you suggested as the reason for my poor service isn't factual.

We switched from another maintenance company as they started charging any/all chemicals they used…read more I was not given the opportunity before the new charges to understand, they just showed up on the billing. Not a happy camper. We have enjoyed our pool maintenance from Cool Pools, they ensure its in excellent condition. Always provide any pricing before hand which give us the chance to look it over.

Final pre-resolution update…read more I find it bizarre that an individual who was adamant that I not let Leslie's know that they had mistakenly given me a $200 part for free (I questioned the warranty transfer and while Leslie's said I was due the part Aaron explained at length why I wasn't but told me "don't sweat it, Leslie's is a big company,") alleges and infers I was out to take advantage of a small company. I have zero desire to take advantage of anyone, and I also have zero desire to let anyone take advantage of me. I do know that it is not uncommon for those guilty of something but not wanting to admit it to deflect and distract. And if one reads what I wrote vs. what Aaron did, along with some appalling grammar and spelling (including my name) there are a lot of personal attacks and unfounded accusations. All I will say at this juncture is that I repeatedly tried to resolve this amicably and reasonably, I was not ecstatic about the work, I hoped despite some hiccups that it was solid, a LOT of my own time has been wasted on this (which certainly feels like I was and am being taken advantage of, because I'm not ok with the current state of what's in my yard as a result of this "company," and I am 100% not ok with them sending someone I've never met to do work they don't guarantee, explain or support,) and at this point I wish I'd dealt with a bigger company in the first place. Note-I wouldn't have been at Leslie's in the first place hunting down the part if the tech from Cool Pool's had had the part he promised. And after a third trip to Leslie's by yours truly (and another conversation with them about the warrantied part bc I wanted to be sure the employee who supposedly mistakenly comped me the part didn't get in hot water bc it retails for $200) I really was at my wits end literally working for the pool company who was supposedly doing a job for me. It benefits no one to let those who don't honor agreements and cut corners get a free pass to charge (and take!) whatever they want while refusing to guarantee their work or even communicate respectfully with the customer.
