Originally, I gave them a good review, but their service deteriorated over time. Last week the guy came and barely brushed and cleaned the pool and left no chlorine. This week, was a complete no-show. Once I watched the tech not even take a water reading. Of course, this could be one bad tech, but the company is taking my money and should be monitoring their employees. The sad part was I thought they were going to be good in the beginning, but turned out to be another brush-and-run company. The search continues. I cannot recommend at all !!!! read more

We contracted Swim Happy to replace our pool filter. Price wise, they were identical to other bids I received. What set them apart was a 3 yr warranty vs 2 yr all others offered. I later found out the manufacturer warranty is only 2 yrs so not sure how the extra year will be honored. During the install of the new filter we later found some leaking when pump was running. I contacted the owner who promptly dispatched a tech to come fix the issue. Took them a couple of trips but I was satisfied with the owners response to correct the problem. read more

My rating would be 3 1/2 stars if available. I recommend this company. They get the work done and thus far with a nudge and a few instances of lack of communication the service has been solid. I had a Pentair cartridge filter style pump installed in 2022 and the work was solid. I just had a light installed along with a drain and refill. The pros for this work are that after my follow ups the work was completed successfully. The Cons, the workers/installers aren't very communicative at all. I had no idea if there were any issues with the light install and it wasn't until I checked it and it didn't turn on that anyone bothered to address the issue which was a GFCI issue. The workers left a mess and failed to start the re-fill. When I reached out to the office the response was go ahead and fill it if they didn't. I mean little things like that keep this from being a better professional experience. Simple photos and a text to show "hey the work was successful" go a long way. The labor for the light installation was about $400-$500. So you can decide if that's too steep. So I recommend them with those caveats. read more

found this company on Yelp. got in touch with, they were impressive. signed the contract via email. they sent the pool guy. WHAT a disappointment. He tested the water, looked at the equipment, he forgot to brush the pool and left. I was at work, therefore I was not able to meet the guy during this first visit. I asked my tenant to send me pictures of the pool. I was not impressed by their work ethic, they shocked the pool, put a chlorine tab, and left. FIRST service. when I called they offered to send the guy out for an extra $65.00. He never completed his job yo begin with. Do not hire them unless you have the time to babysit. SwimHappy installed brand new equipment for my pool. It included a pool heater, iAqualink automation, filter pump, filter, chlorinator, and valving - the works. They were not the least expensive provider, but Kellen has outstanding customer service and communication, which is why I went with SwimHappy. They also were able to clear concrete debris from the vacuum line, which was imperative to get the system running properly. So far so good. We tried this company based on its positive reviews. We needed assistance with our pool equipment. My pool had a problem with the plumbing. I contacted 4 places. One didn't service this area, two didn't bother even calling back and then there was Diamondback pools. Tom came out the same day after his scheduled work. He even dragged his delightful wife along since we lived between her work and their home. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Had problems with pool not getting clean and installed new motor ourselves, didn't fix the problem. Found someone on Craig's list to come in and help. Replaced filter and piping. Still had problems, pool completely cloudy. Called SwimHappy and Kellen answered right away and came out within 20 minutes. Of course when he showed up everything decided to work fine. He didn't charge us anything for his time. Then about 30 minutes later it all stopped again. I called him again and he gave us advice on what to try next. I was very impressed with Kellen. He was very professional, squeezed me in when trying to finished clients before leaving for vacation, but didn't want to leave us hanging either. He gave us advice on what to try to fix our problems and that he'd be happy to come back but understood if we needed to call someone else in the meantime.
