My experience here has always been really good and really bad, so I always hesitate on going back. I always get the owner to cut my hair. She's really good, and has an opinion all her own. She's had training from Paris, and has been to various other places - ask her, and she'll tell you. Her specialty is coloring, but I've never had her color my hair. Now the scary part - getting my hair washed. I've gotten my hair washed twice by the same guy and both times the temperature was off - whatever. He gets my clothes wet, which I absolutely hate. He gets my face wet, which I suppose is sometimes unavoidable or to be expected. Anyway, I don't wear make-up there anymore. And they always try to sell me something, which I always fall for. =( I have also had my eyebrows threaded here. The lady that did that used a piece of string that was pre-tied to her neck and made me wonder how many other eyebrows it pulled from. Other than that, the experience was not bad. The shape was perfect, except it was too thin for me. The facility has been updated and renovated. I've been going since before the change, so I can say it's really nice - both before and now. Came as a walk in and was assigned to a Japanese lady. Fastest gel manicure ever. Barely removed cuticles. Didn't even clean the edges. I literally have pink polish all over my fingers. I asked her to clean it and she cut some off with the cuticle cutter Seriously! Edges have clear polish bleeding through. So disappointed. Told the front desk and she said I'll have her clean it. Too late. Was charged the full amount of $55.00 for a mess. read more

I was very impressed with the service and how well they treat their customers, but I was very disappointed on how long dip and tip took and I did not realize until I got home that my nails were lifted and they did not complete the whole nail with dip. I also think this place was very expensive and would not recommend coming here. read more

I have been coming to Tiffany's to see Pamila for a while now to get my haircut. (Please don't hate me if I spelled your name wrong lol) I had never before gotten a professional haircut, so by no means was I experienced in the field. But Pamila has always done an amazing job with my hair! From when it was super duper long and thick and I had horribly fried ends, to the day I showed up and told her I wanted her to cut it all off! She is amazing at making me look great, and taming my thick crazy hair! Most recently she gave me an A-line short cut that I absolutely fell in love with. Although you may find hair/nail salons on every corner, it is worth your time to drive here! The place is clean, friendly staff and great service. The owner is so sweet and very professional. If you have never tried threading for your eyebrows, definitely ask for it. You'll be amazed how fabulous your eyebrows will look. This place sucks. I went to Tiffany Salon and Spa for a mani/pedi. I never suffer from ingrown nails. I should have asked the male nail technician to stop working on my pedi as soon as I noticed he pushed a piece of nail under the nail bid of my big toe. I told him something didn't feel right and he either chose to disregard what I said or did not speak English. (I mentioned it a few times, felt like the complaining lady no one wants to be, and left it alone). I can't tell you how my mani was because I opted not to have it done. I let the girl at the register know how displeased I was and she told me she always gets great reviews about his work. He did give me an outstanding massage, however, I went there for a mani/pedi not a massage. read more

First time I make a comment on a place where I went to get service on.. I got highlight. haircut and blower done. The stylist was aggressive (bruta). She left bleach on my hair and just walked away to style another customers hair. I had to call her various times to make sure that my few has didn't fall off.. Very disappointing. $175 later plus a 20% tip. Next day I returned si that the owner could fix the uneven cut. Two days later I went to another hairstylist to give me another hair cut. Was very upsetting that I called earlier in the day to make an appt for 2 pedicures, so my sister and I can get them together. They gave me two appointments for 4:30pm. We arrived on time, but were made to wait 15 mins to be taken to our pedicure chairs, and it was to soak and wait while the technicians finished with other clients. It was ridiculous to wait so long when we HAD made appointments. Obviously they are not very professional. Mind you this was my second time going there, the first time I was a walk in and I waited 40 mins, that time I understood because i didn't have an appt. This time there just was no excuse. I decided to try this place out just because its convenient. Tina did my eyebrow threading which came out great. She also did my Gel manicure and pedicure. At first I was happy with it but after a week my nails started chipping. Usually when I get Gel mani's they don't chip until after two weeks. A little disappointed. -_- read more

Chi is amazing with eyebrows and just with her hands in general. She is very fast, efficient and hard working! She is the busiest person there and still manages to have me in and out in no more than 10 to 15 minutes. My eyebrows etc always come out phenomenal and perfect! I love Chi and love that she values all of her clients and knows them on a first name basis when you come in. She is always friendly and greets you the moment they call her over the loud speaker for eyebrows or whatever it is you need done by her. I know that she is the most popular in the salon because there are always a lot of people waiting on her. She never has you waiting too long for her. I've been a regular at this salon for over 3 years. The service has been slowly dwindling and is no longer worth going to. I usually do my nails here every couple of weeks but my last visit was the nail in the coffin. Somewhere between the under the breath comments and blatant attitude with loud scoffing I really don't know how these employees get any business. I went in today with another client to do 2mani pedis. The man that attempted my manicure was rushed, wanted to go home and acted like the entire process was a complete inconvenience. He didn't buff nails, barely cut cuticles and started applying polish when my nails were uneven and had jagged skin on the sides. I asked if he could fix the issue and he passed me off to someone else, said various comments under his breath and retreated to the back. The second person finished my manicure as the receptionist came over and asked us to come back tomorrow to do the pedicure. I've honestly never heard of anyone doing this before and if you don't have time for the appointments, don't book the clients. The manager Tiffany came over and asked what the problem was, the receptionist denied saying this. To be honest the whole experience was the opposite of why you actually go to a salon. If I'm going to be on high alert about someone barely doing their job and have to defend myself against the staff I'd rather stay home and put stickers on my nails and call it a day. I was very unhappy with my service here. I usually get highlights done and wanted to try balayage. I set up an appointment and when I came in the girl wasn't too friendly. I knew from beforehand it was going to cost me $200. I thought that would be reasonable for everything I wanted. Apparently my hair takes longer than the girl wanted to spend on me because it barely picked up any color before it was washed out. After my hair was washed, I was handed a blow dryer so that I could blow dry my own hair. That right there finalized for me how terrible the service was for the money that I spent. Chi chi chi! Been coming here for years! Love her! She is so sweet and nice and honestly I have only come here for waxing, my eyebrows especially! I have recommended about a dozen people to her! I've had a hard time finding a salon in Miami, and have had such bad experiences that I was willing to wait for my next trip out of South Florida to have my hair done. I saw this salon while out running errands and figured I'd give it a shot. I was impressed by the cleanliness and smiles when I walked in the door, and was made to feel right at home. Well, to start off, when we asked for the prices for gel manicure and pedicure, they said it was $55. Even though it was expensive, my friend wanted to give it to me for my birthday, so we made an appointment and came back 30 minutes later. My friend only wanted to get gel on her feet and normal in her hands while I wanted gel in both. They scammed her, and put gel on both while she was saying that she didn't ask for that.
