By far the most frightening experience I ever had as a patron. I used the tailor, who did an awesome job. He was not the problem. He told me that the job would cost me $40. The scary old lady owner started yelling at the tailor saying that the job was worth more than $40. The tailor disagreed and the lady wrote up my slip for $40. She argued with me about the price and I had nothing to do with it. Later in the week when I went in to pick up the clothing, the man gave me my items. He took my credit card and charged me $40. The old Nasty lady started yelling for him to charge me $10 more. I asked her why and she screamed and said the tailor realized when I left that the job took more time and changed the price. She said "just look at all he did" I said that I recalled her being upset at what price the tailor gave, but that was agreed upon and it was the price on the slip. She started yelling at me so loudly that I asked her to stop. Her husband walked away and the man who took my credit card and charged me $40 just said, "take this and go". I could not believe the dehumanizing way in which this woman treated me. I came in pleasant with a smile and she started harassing me immediately about the price that the tailor gave me and that she reluctantly wrote up on my slip. I could not wait to get out of there. It is sad because the tailor did an awesome job but I am scared to walk back into that place. The lady instantly hated me for.no reason. I was there before this whole experience and found her husband to be on the grumpy side. But she really was criminal and threatening in nature. read more

We have been going to this cleaners for two months bringing in large amount of clothes each week. So in spending $200 a week at this cleaners you would think when one of my sisters had a hole they would be more friendly. The owner yelled at both me and my mother telling us to get out of his cleaners and that my family has no manners bringing this to his store and told us how dare we think that they made a hole in the shirt. He was not accomidating didnt even assure us it wouldnt happen again nothing. Mind you I did not curse but i did tell him he needed a class in customer service. The way he speaks to his staff is another distrubiing thing. I am in shock that a 60 year old man would push his chest up at woman while talking and addressing me in manner were i thought he was going to hit me. My advice is that no goes to this cleaners lets take a stand against people lke this . He refused to hear anything he shut down and let his macho nature take over mind you he was yelling at me like an animal as i was holding my five year old son. What a nice experience having my business suits dry cleaned by Tiffany Dry Cleaners ("TDC"). TDC is unique in that it picks up, cleans, then delivers your clean clothes to you. My clean clothes had a nice clean smell because TDC uses environmentally friendly solvents. TDC took great care to prevent wrinkling by packing my suit sleeves with plush pink paper and covering the hanger with sturdy cardboard. TDC further protected my clean clothes by covering them in clear plastic. There were no annoying tickets stapled to the tags inside my clothes. TDC went the extra mile and ironed a nice straight crease down my suit pants. In addition, the prices were reasonable. Thank you to TDC for the convenience and a job well done! read more

The owners are the rudest business people I have ever met. They have no respect or courtesy. More importantly, they lie. They scribbled a price on the receipt and charged me more than originally told - no wonder they are the only cleaners not to use computer-generated receipts. Finally, they RUINED my Burberry suit. THE WORST CLEANERS I HAVE EVER USED. THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE MORE THAN ACCURATE other than the 5 star review that the owner himself wrote. NEVER GO HERE, don't go if coupons or even have them wash your clothes for free if you ever had the chance. They are disgusting people and it is a despicable business. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES. After I was dismissed from 2 cleaners in Bellmore and Merrick because although they had signs that said same day cleaning, they said it was too late since it was 1pm! I am one happy customer!!! My teenage niece accidentally closed my jeep door on her very delicate white Lily Pulitzer dress the day before we were leaving on a cruise. The sleeve of the dress was covered with black grease. In desperation I went to Tiffany's because I saw it was under new management for help. Jeff was more then helpful, he got someone from his team and they said they would see what they could do, especially with only having that day. Well Jeff called within the hour and I said its ready. It now sits, ready to wear, beautifully cleaned and pressed in my closet!
