I showed the nail lady my inspo pic she said i was going to be charged 130 for SHORT nails . i didnt have a problem with it but the fact that my nails came out NOTHING like the photo it was ugly and bumpy she over added top coat on my nails. i complained about how it rlly didnt look like the photo she said shell remove a flower from the nail bc it looked horrendous no type of effort. She was getting bothered at how i kept calling her out for how it was coming out but im paying 130 for something that looks nothing like what i wanted . also she kept saying weres her tip all up on my face like lady tip aint manditory . My second time there because the first time went quite well! I love to be pampered with mani and pedi once in a while and I'm pleasantly surprised to discover this place! Each time no wait, I made an appointment and they seem to honor it both times I went, so that's a huge plus for fast pace New Yorkers! I did not request anyone in particular but I'm glad both times even with different technicians they're both professional, friendly and skillful! I've been here twice so far. This was recommended to me by my cousin which is a constant nail person. I on the other hand is occasionally. I've been to many nail salons to have manicure done occasionally, this place has been great so far and with reasonable prices. For $135, I was able to get pedicure and spa massage plus my nails done. Nails can range starting at $35, depends on what is your requests. They do gel, acrylic and SNS. They have a wide variety of colors to pick. My nail stylist, Bella, did an extremely well job on my nails. I googled my preferred design, showed her and she did it. Not exactly the same but close enough to be the same. They were very clean and service was great! My favorite is the lemon design, she even added 3D like texture to it so it looks more realistic. She took her time into my design and did not rush through the job, which was a great thing would definitely recommend this place. It's best to make an appointment because walk in can be a long wait considering they are almost always fully booked on a daily basis. read more

Don't go here. The manicure, UV GEL, should last 3-4 weeks. The manicure I got in the beginning was great, from Yuna it did last 4 weeks. After that, Jessica did the nails they were manicured to be crooked, polish missing on the sides, nails broke less than a week later. This place is a hit or miss. I kept trying to give it another chance because I live so close but out of the 6 times min I've gone I always leave unhappy with how my nails look. Only two times I've like the way they shaped them; how thick they are.. I had to start getting gel because the normal polish would not dry on my nails and eventually would end up ruining my nails after hours of letting them dry.. not normal. I went yesterday and my nails should have only been 35 for a fill max and charged me 42, I'm not one for conflict so I just went along with it but that will be my last time going to this place because I am left with thick uneven nails that aren't even pretty for a heavy price.. it was a fill in so it shouldn't have been that much.. acrylic also nothing fancy so I just feel like at this point they are trying to rip me off. read more

I called them to make appt. they called me back and asked me to go there around 4pm waited 1/2 hour and tell me i have to wait another 1/2 hour. they didn't apologize and just asked me to wait outside in the pouring rain. I would give this a 3.5 stars, but I'll round it up to 4 stars because I did like my nails. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, and I didn't have to wait. I went for a gel manicure and chose a nude color because I always find it difficult to do light colors on myself. My technician was nice, but she didn't really guide me through the process. She was just pointing at things and I was just guessing what she was trying to get me to do. My nails came out fine, but if I look at them under the light, there seems to be some clumps. But overall, I do like them (if I look at my nails afar LOL). I may or may not come back because it was $25, which is just $3 cheaper than other classier nail salons in the neighborhood. read more

Tiffany arrived with other workers a little before 9:30. Other women came into the salon that the workers obviously knew. The workers exchanged pleasantries with the customers and at that time I was asked several times if I had an appointment. Tiffany, the manager said, I did not have an appointment. I protested and told her that I spoke with her. She pointed to my misspelled name in the appointment book. Without an argument, I walked out. I deleted the contact information from my phone. Before the management changed, I got a manicure here and it chipped within a day. I swore I would never come back to this place because of the quality. Just recently, about two months ago, my girlfriend told me to try this place again because the management have changed. Since then, I have been coming here to get color gel. Tiffany's Nail Spa have got many more gel color additions. They still have 20% off their services. The color gel is $19 for now. I'm not sure when the "grand opening" discount lasts for. Tiffany is my manicurist. One time, my gel nails chipped in 2 days. I went back and Tiffany did two of my nails over and didn't charge me. According to their policy, if nails are damaged or chipped within three days of service, they allow you to come back to get them fixed for free. I still gave Tiffany tips, even though they weren't my fault that they chipped. The gel nails usually last me about 2 weeks, which is normally how long they last for. With the wide variety of gel colors to choose from, I have a hard time picking a color. The drying machines for gel nails is quick as well and new. The drying time is a couple of seconds per finger...I love the new machines! read more

This is 2 doors from my son's dance studio so I was hoping for great things as he's there for 4 hours every Friday and it could be a good thing to do once a month. I had to wait a really long time and it wasn't really crowded. When it was finally my turn the girl said "manicure first" and I said no, I want my pedicure first. She said I had to wait for a pedicure. There were 3 empty pedicure chairs and I asked why she couldn't do the pedicure and she said she doesn't do them. Manicure was so-so. Ice cold water to soak my hands in. I tried the spa pedicure. The girl who did that was better but the chairs are really old so massage features aren't great. Pedicure was a little odd - hard to explain exactly why. If I was absolutely desperate and this was the last nail salon open in Brooklyn MAYBE I'd try it again. read more

I've gone here a handful of times. I really like it. My nails come out just the way I wanted them. The pedicures are great! They do an amazing exfoliant scrub on your legs and hot stone treatment. I've only ever gotten pedicures, gel manicures, and eyebrow waxing done and I have no complaints about any of them. The only downside (that cost them one star) is they are a little pricey. read more

Don't waste your time coming here for gel nail manicure. I came here for the first time for gel nails after a day one chipped. The third day second nail got chipped. I always thought that maybe because I got an unexperienced lady my gel nails got chipped. I went back there and I had all my nails done again with Tiffany for free. I went home satisfied thinking that I would have my gel nails lasting for weeks like it usually happens when I went to another more expensive nail salon. This is one of the best nail salon out of the many that I have went to. To be honest, when I first got there, I didn't think that it'll be any good however, Tiffany really changed my mind. The service there is fantastic. When I asked to do my leg, they used 45min to make sure that my legs are well done.
