Honestly, it's a soak off that came from hell. I went here for a soak off and my nails are so damaged because the lady filed off too much and there's a HUGE dent in multiple nails. I have rings of fire and my nails are so weak and damaged even though this has NEVER happened before. This is a result of over filing. Nails are weird and bendy. Not only that, she didn't soak everything off. A piece of my gel x was not soaked off and I had to file it off myself when I got home. Horrible service. The vibes weren't good as well since multiple people were lined up to get their nails done and she rushed my nails which caused this much damage. I desperately needed a place that could do good designs so I decided to give it a try. I'm super picky with my mani pedis but this place still managed to WOW me. The Christmas designs are so cute and very affordable. I felt like my technician really took her time and cared about the outcome. So I am now in the hunt for places in Brooklyn within .3 miles , chair massage must work as that relaxes me, pedicure under $25 and with safety during COVID. This place hit the spot. It's also economical. Pros: Location Is good. The French pedicure is $23 They have an automated temperature reading They used a new water liner on the pedicure chair. The chairs have covering on them see pictures The drying also is covered with an overlay. They used everything new to scrub my feet. They added this oil in the back of my feet Which I think is great. It's worth the $23 anytime. Regular is $18. Cons: This is a personal thing not a business problem per say: is not the best pedicure I have gotten (I can't explain it but I am used to a more square nail shape. Which btw is very hard to find the right person for me under my requirements. Lol so it's why I gave it a 5. It's a very small issue. I am used to choosing my technician that I like here is a round robin it seems. But I am sure if I continue to come I will find the best one and find a way to request her in her days etc. read more

Suki is amazing!!! Really, the best I have experienced and have been searching since moving to Bay Ridge about 7 years ago. She is an absolute perfectionist and takes her time to make sure your nails are beautiful every time she touches them. She is very artistic and her designs look like they were done by a machine - she does them freehand without a stencil or tools - just a tiny brush and polish. Now I know why Angel Gift Nail II across the street always has a wait - this place is pathetic! Sure, it's got the flashy new pedicure chairs and all these new gel colors, but honestly, they have no clue what they are doing! I showed up yesterday for a standard mani/pedi, and this petite girl took me to start with my pedicure first. She was mumbling to herself the whole time, when I thought she had a Bluetooth in her ear, but I saw nothing. When she started to cut my cuticles, that's when I knew we were gonna have a problem. She started to cut me with the scissors horizontal instead of vertical, so she was cutting my cuticles in parallel. It made no sense! Fine, I figured as long as she's cleaning up my nails, that's good enough. When she started to paint my nails, I could tell she was totally half-assing it. It was as if she was afraid to use her nail to clean up around my nail, so she avoided putting the brush as close to the cuticle as possible. From far away, my toes look okay, but I wasn't blown away. Then, for my manicure, the same thing with how she cut my cuticles. I was trying to look at the wall behind me to see if her mugshot was up there, but couldn't tell. I opted to try the new OPI gel shine, that is supposed to stay on for 10 days, which was another $3 tacked on, so I went ahead with it. Again, her painting technique was exactly the same as before - she was avoiding being anywhere close to my cuticles, as if she was afraid to use her own thumb nail to clean up the mess she left behind. When I pointed it out to her, she obviously had no clue what I was talking about. Needless to say - I went home, took off my polish and painted my damn nails myself, and left my pedicure. Moral of the story - this place is a SHAM! Avoid it at all costs! read more

I went for a regular pedicure and SNS mani and they did an amazing job! Joaquina was my pedicurist, and she took the time to really work on my feet (especially after I mentioned that I have very sensitive skin). I cannot remember the name of the lady who did my mani, but she also did a fantastic job with my nails, and just as I wanted them (there's just a little bit of residue left around it, but nothing that cannot be cleaned) Just be aware that you'll get charged a card fee, so you're better off by paying in cash! But overall it's absolutely worth your time and money! read more
