If I could give this place zero stars I would. First off i showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she said he could do it no problem. As soon as she starts she puts polish on the wrong finger so I asked if she wanted to see the picture again, she slams my phone down and tells me to stop. Then when she puts the gel polish on my thumb it starts to bubble because it wasn't dry yet. I point it out to her and she rudely yanks my hand and grabs her drill and drills almost all of my acrylic off and refused to put more on. She said it'll fix itself in a day or two, here it is almost three days later and they still aren't fixed I can move around the polish underneath the topcoat. I call today to ask for a refund and the manager rudely told me no and hung the phone up. In conclusion I'll never be back to this place ever again. Rude customer service and crappy work. Went in for SNS, she cut my cuticle and it bled. Not a big deal. What is a big deal, is that my manicure started lifting within 5 days. I stopped by to see if they could fix it and was told to come back in 2 days. Was then told to wait and they would fix it. They were not nice. Putting it mildly. She fixed the worst nail, not really. She put a coat of Shellac on it. I had a bad experience with them a few years ago. I thought I would try again. Never again. Place isn't really clean either. I went today and asked for a full set of coffin nails with regular nail polish. I was told by the woman who did them that it would be $5 more. (I can not remember her name). The whole time she seemed careless and rushed, I have acrylic powder on my fingers and i can point out several flaws in the nails themselves. Once my nails started drying the polish began bubbling, which means there were too many coats and they were too thick. I definitely do not have the coffin shape I asked for.. I came in for a pedicure that included a massage, hot towel, and lotion (which I didn't know till after the pedicure, they didn't show us any menus on the services) and I didn't receive any of that. I've been here before, but I stop going for years because i found a more relax better place to go. So on Saturday Nov 20, 2021 since I was in the neighborhood and needed my nails done i would stop here. So I got a dip powder on my nails left love it. The problem was I got my nail long n he made the powder super thin so later Saturday I broke one by snapping and one by reaching for my wallet out my bag. I decide Sunday the very next day I would go back n get it fix. Not only did the lady notice he made them thin she joke like you got be more carefully I'm like I reach for my wallet and it broke how much more carefully can I be. So I paid 70 plus she charge me 10 to fix. So guess what day 2 another nail broke at this point I waste 80 dollar. I will NEVRE go back again. read more

They did an okay job I got a full set of acrylics they're a little bulky on the sides and they take a drill to the natural nail which is a big no no for me stations are not super clean but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't had any lifting there's some bare spots on the sides where he missed the nail polish. He got me with the drill multiple times and everytime I told him he said he wouldn't do it again my fingers hurt very badly all day and the next day, they're not very welcoming and he really didn't listen to anything I said kept talking to the nail tech next to us and ignoring my questions or comments/concerns. The nails still look nice and as I said before no lifting even after 2 weeks but I do not think I will be returning. read more

I was totally treated like a second class citizen I have been using this salon for over a year now.. I have never walked in this building and paid for services without over tipping.. first off Michael kept letting me know that the new colors weren't for me only this other lady that walked in my usual girl was on vacation that I will miss dearly and a rough gentlemen that burned my finger twice and rushed thru my nails while speaking in another language to Michael.. when I went to the counter to pay after leaving the cash tip on workers desk when I paid there was a couple dollars in change I said will you please give that to him as well I had 3 people right behind me with a salon full of people and Mr Michael ridiculed and humiliated me as if I didn't tip and belittled me I was so embarrassed I will not be back and after talking to some of my friends one lady let me know that last time she went she wound up with a fungus because she got her toes done and apparently they did not use clean equipment.. over a year I spent there getting my nails done and I have salons closer to me but made the wrong choice investing in this man's company.. so after thinking about it I came home I called Mr Michael he let me know that it was his mistake that he thought I was someone else so either way I will not be back and shame on him for treating any tipping or any untipping customer the way he treated me read more

There are issues I've had with this salon but today topped it all. I'm a really nice person and give people the benefit of the doubt but I feel like I was taken advantage of today. I received SNS and a royal gel pedicure for both my niece and I on Saturday night - spent over $250 including tax (about $120 each) and gave $25 tip To each nail tech. It was a great time. But the following day, my chrome nails chip and break. I was at an event for a couple days, so I called that Wednesday and they said to just walk in for a repair, no need for an appointment. The following day after I called, I came in with my mom to get a repair and her a royal pedicure with cucumber wrap and hot stone. I was still waiting when my mom got done with her pedi. I asked Michael (front desk) if I can soak while I wait (15 mins into Waiting), but he said he wanted the tech to look at it first then decide. People walked in after me and started their sns while I still waited. I was told I would have to pay another $45 to get it fixed (45 mins into waiting) Told me she could do my nails in 30 mins total. I just took my mom and left. The technician told me my nails got messed up because my nails were old (Huh?? The nail tech drilled them down thinly before putting sns and gel chrome on my nails). It's crazy that I was blamed. I've been doing sns on my nails for years and never had a break like this. So not only did I have to wait, but I was blamed and was going to have to pay regular price to fix it. I go 3 weeks with SNS and no issues. Awful. So undoubtedly awful. I went here on a whim because I wanted my nails redone and didn't feel like going out of my way. I go to ambiance regularly. Like on a semi-weekly basis. Every other Friday, 430pm. It's not cheap, but after trying Tiffany's, I'm a firm believer in the fact that you get what you pay for. Yes, it's cheap. Yes, they have an infinite amount of colors for sns. But the place is a dump, it's over crowded, and I'll be surprised if I don't get some infection from being in there. My nails are scraped up, he went to deep into my cuticles. He burnt the open sores with products. My nails are different lengths, uneven, and bumpy. I'll never make this mistake again. The owner is so rude and short. I went and got my pedicure on Friday right after I felt something wrong after putting my shoes on. Monday comes around and my big toe still hurts and is starting to swell, I called and he said if it's not then give it some time the pain will go away. I advised him that it does not have to bleed for me to be in pain he then says I am going to have to cut this conversation short I have customers do whatever you want then hung up on me but not before he told me he was a McDonalds manager before and knows about customer service. The woman that did my nails was extremely rude with me. I don't know if she was mad because I wanted a basic gel manicure, not the SNS manicure they were trying to push. My experience with Tiffany's Nails was everything I could have asked for. Most of the time don't write reviews but my experience here was incredible. I normally go to more upscale and more expensive nail salons but I decided to give Tiffany nail salon a try since my friends were going there together. I was not let down all the workers were very kind and comforting they made you feel welcomed even if it was your first time. They joked around and knew had to have a fun time. I went 30 minutes before the appointment and they helped me right away. My nail technician was the sweetest girl I have ever met. She has been working there for over 25 years supporting her family so she was really experienced. She was so easy to talk to and was so nice and always smiling. So I hate putting a bad review but Im just shocked on how rude the workers were today. I went in with a friend. We got my nails done and mine were great but my friends were HORRIBLE. We went in to get hers fixed being very polite about it (even though we shouldnt have been). The owner was super nice and sat her back down with the SAME dude that did them the day before. He just filed them down and said good. She looked at them and answered no. That's when another work GRABBED HER PURSE and told her to sit with her. After that they started talking sh**. You could tell when they are looking at her and then a different worker stood over the chick that was "fixing" them and grabbed the nail polish and showed it to the others. She kept walking away and then coming back to stand over them. I couldnt stand it so I jumped up and stood over them as well till she finally walked away. They then told me I could sit down next to them. The way the nail polish is they had to use a magnetic to get it the way it should look. I asked what in the polish is in it to make it look the way it does and commented that its cool. The lady injored me. My friend is also in pain. Enough to where you can see that it is bothered. Her nails look better than they did from the first day but still isnt much of a change. You can still see her actual nails under the sns on the sides and there is so much of the sns built up under. I went to Tiffany's 01/03/2021 for my first experience. I got the guy in the middle section. My nails turned out extremely Terrible. I got Sns. It was all over my skin and cuticles, some nails are bleeding and in serious pain. so much extra built up sns underneath my nails that they didn't clean up. Also very uneven. Went back today 01/04/2021 they had the same guy try to fix them all he did was file the sides.. not good. They had a lady take over and she tried to clean them up compared to what he had done.. but the are still in pain and uneven and look so shitty. I spent $50 plus a $10 tip the first day. I have had my nails done usually by Ambiance Nail Salon but they were fully booked today so I went close by my house. I do not like my nails and one hand is worse than the other. The nail tech tried to blame it on my natural nails being "warped" but with any SNS or acrylic you can smooth and mold them HOW YOU WANT! I have never had speed bumps in my nails WHATSOEVER THEY HAVE ALWAYS FELT VERY EVEN AND SMOOTH EVERY TIME. I will never be back here. It was a last minute rush decision because it was Sunday and the other good spots were fully booked or closed. My pedicure was decent. Paint was not crisp. Good job cleaning my cuticles but overall I am UN pleased. $85 for about $40 worth of work to be completely honest. I need to stick to what I know for sure I'll never be back. read more

Just got SNS and a pedicure. My toe nails look rough and unfinished. The nail technician, I think his name was Brian, made a comment about my legs turning purple and my leggings being too tight which I felt was very unprofessional. He then did my SNS. I asked him to fix one spot and he seemed very annoyed. And said something about my nails being too short. I've had SNS and gel manicures and never been told they were too short. When finished my nails are bumpy and in even. A few nails seem like there are bubbles. Everything was very rushed. I would never go back. read more

I have been going to this salon for years with fairly good service. Today was the worse, I requested a signature pedicure and did not receive a foot or leg massage. The technician did not do a good job on scrubbing my problem areas and did touch parts of my feet. When I ask her to scrub them again she acted as if she sis not understand me only to find out from the owner she speaks English very well, which tells she ignored my request. I have been a customer at this Spa for about 6 years until June 6th 2019. I was told by the owner that he would rather lose a customer than a nail tech. I enjoy getting my nails done. I have had a pretty good relationship with this company until recently. I make appointments with the owner's wife Cindy who did my nails. The last 3 times I arrived for my appointment only to be informed that Cindy had another client and I didn't have an appointment. The last time this happen was on June 6th. I decided to stay and get my nails done by another tech per the owner suggestion . After getting my nails done I decided to ask the owner was my business still wanted. This is when things went bad I was told by the owner that I couldn't not receive services from the nail tech of my choice but his wife who usually does my nails is refusing to service me or speak to me for no apparent reason except she has the right to service who ever she chooses. I was told his wife Cindy wasn't going to allow the tech of my choice but I could receive services from another tech if I wanted. I have spent thousands of dollars and been a very good customers.,. No one deserves to be disrespected just because the business think they can disrespect you. This company chooses to treat people how ever they feel fits them. Another example is they have beer, wine, sodas and water but don't offer it only to a few selected group . The owner wife Cindy drives a BMW and/or Lexis which her customers pays for.. While there is a saying that a customer is always right isn't always true but neither is a business that treats customers however they chooses to treat people by disrespecting them and people continue to come and spend their money there. read more

I got a pedicure upon starting my pedicure and getting the dead skin off my foot the guy cut my toe with the big metal object he was using and it began to bleed and it took about 15- 20 minutes maybe for it to stop bleeding. They guy who i guess is in charge claims it was a corn... I HAVE NO CORNS ON MY FEET! I where it was cut at corns don't even grow there!! They even had the nerve to charge me for this service which i think i should not have been. Now 3 days later i have to hop around all because of the negligence of this establishment. Yes, the guy doing my toes was at fault but they guy at the front counter is just as much at fault because he's the one who claimed it was a corn. I always have to go home and re file my nails and paint or take them off. i went about a month ago and showed the lady a picture of what i wanted.
