Let me start this off by saying that I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews but I had such a bad experience that I felt the need to warn any other brides from feeling as defeated in their bridal appointment as I did. My appointment was this past Saturday. My experience at this bridal store was horrible. When myself and my party entered, we were told to pull some dresses that we liked while we waited for my consultant. My consultant told my party to "calm down" with all the picking after they chose 3 dresses and never introduced herself to my family. My consultant at didn't seem like she was listening to any of my preferences. The situation seemed like she was choosing dresses that she liked. Throughout the appointment, she continued to pull dresses that were, over budget, the wrong material ( she kept pulling dresses with so much tulle) and overall not my style that we discussed. Every dress she pulled was either 6 sizes too large or 4 too small so I was unable to get an accurate depiction of what the dress was going to look like on myself. I am not a picky person but it truly was awful. Every critique I had about the dress, was followed by her saying that it could be fixed with a strap or removal of beads, or a completley changing the structure of the dress or some other very expensive alteration. While I did appreciate her trying to fix the problem, she never differentiated from the style of dress that she pulled ( that were huge, heavy and had about 15 layers of tulle). My consultant never helped me by adjusting any of the dresses, ( she also never helped me put any of them on either). She never helped fluff the train or hold it so I could walk. My future mother in law had me attempt to tuck the material between my legs to see what the dress could look like on her knees. Her reaction to my family having to help was was very aloof. She also didn't seem like she had a very good knowledge of the inventory of the store. She would leave me on the stage in a dress that was very uncomfortable for several minutes while looking for "just the dress" and return with the exact same style that i had told her I didn't want. I stated what I wanted several times to her. I didn't even leave the dressing room to show my party a few of the dresses and she would argue with me. The last and perhaps the largest issue I had was that all of the dresses either myself or my guests chose were continuously intentionally placed to the back of the rack to try on by her. When my mother and cousin moved them to the front, she moved them to the back again and seemed annoyed. When my mom asked " can we please see her in this dress?" after about the 9th dress that I didn't like , my mom was ignored and was given a sour attitude. This was my second bridal appointment ever trying on a wedding dresses and I can tell you that if I hadn't had such a positive experience at the shop i had been to earlier in the day, I would have been in tears and this would have ruined the bridal dress experience. I'm writing this review based off my terrible experience in the hopes that the shop management will read it and make some major changes in how they treat their customers. read more

I just ordered my wedding dress from Tiffany's Bridal. I am a plus-sized bride, and was initially not looking forward to shopping for my wedding dress. I was terrified and walked into my appointment already feeling defeated and like I would have to just settle for anything that fit. Sharon, the owner, worked with me directly. When I walked in, I was surprised to see that she had an entire rack filled with beautifully diverse dresses of all different shapes and styles that were in my size. I tried on many different dresses and she was so professional, compassionate and kind to me. She never once made me feel like I would have to settle for simplicity because of my size, instead she guaranteed me that we would work together until I found my dream dress, and she did just that. She treated me and my family with such respect, and made me feel so beautiful and special, and she even helped me come out of my shell and have a bit of fun! She threw accessories and creativity at me with each dress to show me that any of the dresses can be made even more unique with some fun additions. My dress is more beautiful than I ever could have hoped for, and I absolutely cannot wait to marry my best friend wearing it. I am beyond thankful and proud to now be a Tiffany's Bride! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany's! The staff are very friendly and the dresses are reasonably priced (up to $3,000 I believe). I visited here about a year ago to pick out my wedding dress with my bridesmaids. They were very accommodating to my large group (7 of us) and Sharon did a fantastic job helping me find my dress. I tried on about 10 dresses before finding the perfect one! I had done some research on designers before going to my appt and was interested in the Essence of Australia wedding dresses. It worked out great because Tiffany's was actually having a sale on all of their Essence of Australia dresses! Most of their appt slots are an hour long. You go through and pick out dresses that you like and then the person who is helping you will also pick out some dresses. I actually ended up going with a dress that Sharon picked out! I also went here to help my bridesmaids pick out their dresses. Once again, the service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. All of my bridesmaids got a discount on their dresses because Tiffany's was offering specials during the month of Nov and Dec. If you are recently engaged or looking for a dress, make sure you stop by here! The customer service is amazing and the dresses are absolutely gorgeous. read more

We took the two hour trip to visit this shop for my Mother of the Groom gown and so glad we did! Sharon had worked to have a sample of a gown that I had liked online, and after trying on several beautiful dresses, the search was over and I knew my original choice was the right one. Buying the gown online might have been more convenient but there is just no substitute for service from true professionals, and for knowing that your dress is authentic and of highest quality. They are so knowledgeable and freely share their advice and tips while making you feel so at ease. Could not be more pleased! read more

I don't understand the appeal of this horrible place. I have had 3 visits here, all pretty "meh". The first visit, I came here with my best friend (bride) and her family to try on dresses. What should've been a welcoming, exciting entrance was instead greeted by a very matter-of-fact greeting that felt very impersonal, especially when we asked for a few extra chairs. The woman helping us definitely warmed up after an hour, but it shouldn't have started off on the wrong foot. The last time I went there to try on a few bridesmaids dresses. They were notified prior to me coming (by another bridesmaid) and expressed how it wouldn't be an issue for me to come by and try a few on. I arrived at the store and explained that I was the one they were expecting to come by and try on the dresses from the bridal party. She said "well we have other appointments but if you're self sufficient you can try a couple on..". I could literally hear crickets in the store because there was no one else in there that they were helping. She pointed me to the section of the designer I was looking for and I did the rest, no clipping or helping. After I tried them on and had two in my hand, someone rushed right over to take my payment, conveniently. Then, the next day the bride told me they lost my order...... maybe if they didn't do paper only, that wouldn't have happened. arrival of the dresses: -bridesmaid 1: the dress came and did not fit. She had to get it taken out. When asking her how her fitting went with Tiffany's months prior, she said during her fitting, she was told "I don't know just guess your size" while filling out the paperwork. Even though they measured her and that's their job to get the correct size ordered. -bridesmaid 2: the sample dress that was tried on was grey and the dresses for the wedding are pink. When she went to pick up the dress, she tried on it and an employee bursted in without knocking and all she said was "oh we aren't goin in this room!". She was so flustered she barely looked at the dress and left. She tried the dress on again, and noticed the padding was wrinkled on the breast of the dress. She took it to Nordstrom to get altered (same time as I went) and the very experienced alterations employee was blown away not only that the size was completely off, but that the wrinkles on the padding was not able to be ironed out, and even tried removing some of the wiring. Nothing helped. My friend felt hopeless and embarrassed to possibly be stuck wearing this on the day of the wedding. So, as a last ditch effort, she paid $96 to try to fix the dress, with no promises from Nordstrom since the dress is such horrible quality and the padding is, in the words of an employee, "the padding used for a bathing suit"...... WHAT. -bridesmaid 3 (me): I am a size 2/4. When I went in and had my horribly awkward forced fitting by myself (the story above), she took 2 seconds to measure me at the register and said "I think you're a 8". I encouraged her to look again and said I was not. She said "well they run big". I mistakenly trusted a company whose job is to measure to the best of their ability to dress an entire wedding party. The dress came in and on the receipt was the wrong wedding date, for 10 days later. So now the wedding is 3 weeks away and we just got the dresses last week. Which that wouldn't be an issue if I didn't have to alter it but of COURSE the dress is swallowing me and I had to rush with bridesmaid 2 to Nordstrom and to find an experienced professional to correct their problem. She was appalled at my dress as well and couldn't stop mentioning how off the sizing was (2+ sizes). So there I was, spending over $100 on alterations. The alterations were $20 less than the actual dress. Totally an avoidable issue if we had simply been sized correctly by Tiffany's, even after speaking up about my size sounding incorrect at the time of placing the order. Please save yourself time, money, and respect and do NOT go here. UPDATE: we took the dress to Tiffany's and they said they would fix the dress. They mentioned we should have brought it by in the first place and I explained that we didn't because their policy on the receipt was so aggressive. Tiffany's was my second stop (out of what was supposed to be four different appointments) to look at wedding gowns. Long story short, I never went to stops 3 and 4 because I found "the one" at Tiffany's! I'm not a girly-girl, and I went in saying I didn't want anything "too fluffy, too poofy, too lacy, or too embellished." Not exactly the easiest task for a wedding dress salesperson. My consultant found a gorgeous dress that met all my wish-list items. The lights actually went off in the store as she was helping me into it - a true sign that this was it! I didn't expect to have "a moment," being the not-so-girly-girl that I am, but this dress brought me to tears. I can't wait to wear it in March! read more

All I have to say about Tiffany's is "YASSSSS GIRL, YASSSS!" I bought my wedding dress from here as well as three of my four bridesmaid dresses. Starting with my initial appointment back in January up til the week before my wedding, I had an amazing experience. My consultant Ellen has been a huge help from day one and was the sweetest, most caring that I could ever hope for. I'm a plus-sized bride and can be very insecure about my weight. After bad experiences with other bridal shops and that awful David's Bridal, I had all but given up hope that I'd find a wedding dress my size. Ellen and the other ladies made me feel comfortable and confident and worked diligently to find the perfect dress for me and by gosh, they did! Also, because I was uncomfortable with the idea of a strapless dress, they had their seamstress craft a jacket from material matching the dress to go over it! It looked absolutely beautiful in my wedding pictures. Some of the previous bad reviews on here had me scared but now I see that maybe some people have extremely high expectations going in. Throughout wedding planning, I learned a lot about the industry, such as how wedding and bridesmaid dresses are sized according to European sizing and how if you "buy" a dress, it's not going to come to you immediately the next week. It could take months for you to receive your dream dress, so plan accordingly. Yes, there are a couple of hiccups within the shop, such as an obvious issue with profiling customers but there only seems to be one older employee that's guilty of this. Misinformation can be an issue as well, but that's to be expected in an environment where you have so many customers and employees. Again, I had a good experience with Tiffany's. I suggest you give yourself enough time to order your dress and do alterations (at least 6+ months) so you aren't stressing over it arriving in time. Adjust your expectations before going in because this isn't like shopping at Kohl's or any other department store. read more

I came here with my bridesmaid to look at dresses. I was beyond excited and have been eyeing their designer dresses online through links that Tiffany's Bridal provided on their website. I booked an appointment through their online portal which was simple and easy. We arrived and browsed through the bridesmaid dresses on display. There were plenty of dresses to choose from and all in various styles. Sharon, who hosted our appointment and is also the store owner, was very helpful in suggesting dresses but came off very blunt and not nice at all when answering questions. Sharon also kept disappearing on us so I often ended up having to clip the bridesmaid dresses myself to make them fit- which as a bride.. I was doing the job that I came to have serviced. We had an appointment at 4pm on Saturday March 24th. They close at 5pm, so... EXACTLY at 5pm, they shut off the music and in a way it made us feel like "okay we're closed now- can you leave?" It was silent and quiet and very awkward. We did end up choosing a dress and was being explained how the girls can come back to get sized... but I figured since we were there, we should just get sized then and there. I feel like they suggested us to come back some other time because they wanted to go home. Which left me and all of the girls feeling unwelcome. We did end up getting their measurements done and left at 5:15pm. Days later, I sent an email asking about a different dress that they had on their link page to a designer. Turns out they don't carry the new line of dresses... Sharon offered to call the designer and see if they could do a loaner program and said she would get back to me soon. I responded back to her email saying I would greatly appreciate it. It's been over a month since that email, and I haven't heard back from her. I read reviews about how unfriendly the customer service is here but I decided to give Tiffany Bridal's a shot anyways. I didn't get my wedding dress here and I think that may have had some influence why I wasn't treated so kind. Just purchased my wedding dress from Tiffany's!! I went in Saturday and am so happy that I found the dress that was perfect for me in one day. I went back today to try it on one more time and I was good to go!! Tiffany's has many, MANY options and I was so grateful to Jennifer, my sales attendant (I think is the word?) who sifted through them with me. I showed her pictures of what I was thinking about and she picked a good variety of similar dresses as well as a few dresses she wanted me to try on as well after seeing my body shape and asking questions about the wedding plans. And I am SO glad she did!! None of the dresses in the styles I thought I wanted were feeling great on me. She saved one dress for last that was not similar to what I thought I wanted, but I tried it on and that was definitely the one! She purposefully held it to the end because she knew that if I tried it on too early in the process I probably would have nixed it (and she is probably right). She walked me through, subtly getting me to a comfort level with embracing my shape instead of focusing on covering up what I am self conscious of. And the result was feeling truly confident and beyond excited for my dress! It was such a comfortable and enjoyable hour and a half getting to the right dress with Jennifer. I highly recommend requesting her if you want someone who will be incredibly nice and patient with you, but also give you honest feedback if you want it. Also, the dress I ended up with was well below my budget I had given her. She could have given me a dress closer to my budget but you can tell she really cares about getting you to the right dress for YOU, regardless of anything else. read more

Nothing wrong with the dresses or options necessarily , but just rather the passive-aggressive treatment from the employees because we had a lower budget. My sister (the bride) was told "you wont be able to find much at that price" and basically made her feel like a burden when she asked to move forward with her appointment- ps she informed them of her price range prior to making the appt. She then proceeded to rush my sister in and out of dresses without much inquiring about her preferences. My sister overall, left there feeling downtrodden and embarrassed (for not wanting to spend 1000s on a dress she'll only wear once) when this should've been an exciting day for her. I'm tired of the snobby attitudes that bridal boutiques have towards people who are even a little money conscious. It's condescending and not a good vibe for a place that is supposed to be around celebrating love. So thanks to that attendant that made my sis feel so downtrodden, that she chose to skip going out to dinner with us and went home to be alone instead! The bride was able to look around the store first and pick dresses she wanted to try on, but when none seemed to be sparking the tears, the consultant made a suggestion and it ended up being her dream dress !! Tiffany's was AMAZING! When setting your appointment ask for Cara Long, she is hands down the most genuine and sweetest there is! The process of wedding dress shopping was overwhelming for me to say the least but she made me so comfortable and was so patient with me! Not only did I try on the whole store but she truly listened to what I wanted and even pushed me outside of my comfort zone a little! Tiffanys Bridal gets one star only because I couldn't give lower. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment time. We were actually the first appointment at opening. So we waited patiently outside the shop. At 9:59 they were still ignoring us. They had a customer inside the shop already so I'm not sure what that was about. When they finally opened at 10:05 we were greeted with a forced hello and smile. After being given a consultant we discussed what we were looking for, price range and showed some photos that we had printed out. We were told to just look through the racks and pull what we wanted to try on. Really!? I would have expected the consultant to pull items based on her knowledge of the inventory to match what we were looking for. We had no idea what we were looking at on the hangers. Then the bride had to share one podium and mirrors with another bride and her consultant. Extremely awkward for the bride and it cut in to her appointment time. After 3 or 4 dresses our consultant seemed to give up trying. She wasn't listening to what we were asking for and the dresses went from bad to worse. Nearing the end of our appointment time and with the bride almost in tears we simply left. I will add a note that our second store of the day was a WONDERFUL experience. The consultant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of her inventory. We found a dress after trying on only 3!!!! read more

I have always had high standards, however never willing to pay the price! I have the pnina tornai taste, but not the $$ for pay for a $10,000 dress! I wasn't willing to sacrifice my wedding dress!! I came to Tiffany's wanting a pnina tornai look, but only wanting to pay no more than $1,000! I realized that what I wanted, didn't exist! I found an amazing dress on sale for $450 but still was missing the "bling" I wanted. It was amazing quality and fit me perfect, but didn't bling enough. They recommended that I have the pieces attached separate to create a more unique look! After many disappointing visits to other area shops, I had a wonderful appointment several months ago when I purchased my wedding dress from Tiffany's. However, when I went in today to make a final payment on my wedding dress, I had a very frustrating experience. There were two employees standing behind the counter where payments are taken and there were two clusters of individuals being helped. So, I waited behind two women in what I assumed was a line for about five minutes. A lady who may or may not work there came up to me and asked me what I was doing there. I told her I wanted to make a payment on my dress. She said "Oh, you're probably in the right line" and walked away. Moments later, the women in front of me finished up and walked away. I approached the counter and a woman who works there looked at me in a very annoyed way. I informed her that I wanted to make a payment for my wedding dress. She stared at me like I had an arm growing out of my forehead so I repeated myself and further clarified that I wanted to make a final payment on my wedding dress. She told me to go to the back of line, which was apparently on the other side of the counter. I'm not sure what exactly made the line I was standing in no longer a line when I got to the counter, but I listened and moved to the other line . The other line had swelled to about 10 people, with some holding dresses. Instead of spending 30 minutes of my Saturday waiting in line to give Tiffany's Bridal my money I left. It would have taken 1 minute to swipe my credit card. Also, nobody wants to pay a business hundreds of dollars, so maybe make the process a little less unpleasant and inconvenient. I was pleasantly surprised by how many beautiful dresses they had in my price range (under $2k and preferably under $1500), across a variety of designers. Jessie was very helpful throughout and she pulled several dresses for me to try based on my opinions about the first three. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE After having a horrible experience at David's Bridal, I went over to Tiffany's Bridal and finding a lovely dress on sale. My consultant, Ashley Roberts, was awesome. She was super nice, listened to what I wanted, and wasn't pushy at all. I was more than happy she got the commission in the end. Tiffany's let us put half down on a $1385 dress (on sale for $100 off), and then they ordered it. Tiffany's was SO much better than David's Bridal - it was calmer, MUCH better customer service, and the dresses were lovely. I'm seriously considering NOT choosing bridesmaid dresses from David's simply so I don't have to go into that place again!!! The only reason I gave Tiffany's 4 stars instead of 5 was because their policy is that I had to stop trying on dresses once my appointment time was finished. Since I drove down from the DC area to try on dresses there, I would have liked more time. Other than that, a wonderful experience! read more

Tiffanys was a fabulous experience for me! It was one of the most fun aspects of wedding planning and SUPER relaxing. I worked with Sharon, and my experience was simply amazing! My dress shopping: it was a Saturday and they were really crowded, but it didn't stop Sharon from spending a TON of time with me. She helped me pull dresses of all sorts, including styles I hadn't tried on before, but all within my budget. She patiently helped me try on all of them and watched as I methodically thought my way through them. Walking into Tiffanys, I honestly didn't think I'd walk out of there with a dress from my first appointment, but I did! My mom, mother-in-law, sister, and I had an amazing experience shopping at Tiffanys and LOVED Sharon! But the amazingness doesn't stop there...in the following 9 months, I went back to Tiffanys several times, and every single time they blew me away! I was able to schedule an appointment with Sharon when my dress first came in to see it and try it on. She took pictures of me, talked me through various hair & jewelry ideas, and really treated me like her own daughter...which meant so much to me because my mom lives too far away to come up for a fitting. My alterations appointments went well; one was a little stressful because the dress was taken in too much but the staff immediately resolved the issue and the dress stayed on schedule! And the icing on the cake -- when I went to pick up my dress to take with me -- I had been REALLY nervous because I was flying with my dress and was worried about it wrinkling...Sharon packed it herself, reassuring me all the while that it would be beautiful and perfect and not to worry. She even helped carry it out to my car! I would (and already have) recommend Tiffanys to everyone shopping for a wedding dress...the experience was just amazing! This place is terrible. They convinced me to order a bridesmaid dress 3 sizes bigger than what I normally wear because that was what size I was "measuring as". Of course when I got the dress I was completely swimming in it..I'm convinced they had me order a bigger size so that I would take it back there to get alterations and they could get more money from me. Nope wrong, I am taking it somewhere else to get altered. All they did was piss me off. read more

After going to several bridal shops, I found my dream dress at Tiffany's bridal. They have a great selection in a variety of price ranges, which allowed a bride who had no idea what I was looking for (like myself) to try on many different styles. The consultant was very helpful and even assisted me in getting into the dresses. They even have a deal where it's $100 off any dress that is over $1000. When it came time to get my dress altered, the seamstress seemed very knowledgable about what needed to be done to make it fit me like a glove. The dress turned out absolutely amazing! read more

I loved Tiffanys! All of the bridal consultants are very friendly and make you feel very special. I went there a few times while looking for my wedding dress and even had the owner as my consultant and she was lovely. She was very knowledgeable and had a knack for knowing exactly what you are looking for. No one was ever pushy about buying a dress and they didn't feel like a bunch of salesman, only that they truly want you to find your dream dress. The shop itself is very cute and exactly what you imagine going into a bridal shop, they even have a little runway you can walk down to see yourself walking down the aisle. They have a wide variety of dresses, designers and styles and they have great prices. I 100% recommend Tiffany's and have been telling all of my engaged friends to go there! read more

At first, I was a bit disappointed that my dream dress wasn't available in the color I wanted or a size I could try, especially since I emailed my size and preferred color when I made my appointment. My only other experience has been browsing through David's Bridal, so this is definitely different. I went in assuming they would have a couple of sizes for each dress. It's okay though because I do believe the dress picks the bride, and man did mine pick me out. I LOVE my dress!!! I can't wait to try it on in several months. My assistant, Claire, was an absolute doll. I truly appreciate all of her help. Even though she was new, I think she did a fabulous job. She was so nice and attentive. I appreciate Stacy helping her out as well. Kudos to Ashley, as she helped out my matron of honor and bridesmaids. At first, I wasn't sure how it would turn out but she's great at what she does. When everything came together and she expressed how she really liked it, I knew we had a winning combination. Definitely worth the trip and dealing with traffic!!!!! read more

Tiffany's was the first bridal salon I decided to schedule an appointment at. I was bringing 5 people with me and wanted to make sure we had plenty of space for everyone which we definitely did. I got to work with Sharon who is the owner of the shop and she was FANTASTIC! She let me and my girls browse around first and pull dresses we thought matched what I wanted, then we narrowed them down a little from there. She truly listened to what I had liked so far, what I didn't like, what material I was looking for, etc. She helped me try on each dress, making sure it was pinned correctly each time to get the full effect of how it would look on me even if it wasn't the right size on the sample. I've found this is hugely important because sometimes you may decide against a dress because of the sample not looking right on you, when it would actually look perfect in your true size. When I found my dress, I initially tried it on in a size too small and although I LOVED it, I was concerned it be would too restrictive since it felt so tight. Sharon assured me it was just due to the smaller size and found me another sample (same dress, just a different color) that was a few sizes too large, and pinned it on me to show me. Had she not done that, I might have skipped out on my dream dress. It was PERFECT for me and I'm so happy with my choice. Sharon walked me through every decision from the veil to the belt that I loved, and explained every next step I should expect moving forward. She event went over the alteration costs I could expect. I am so glad I had the chance to work with her and it was such a great experience. Plus, Tiffany's had SO MANY beautiful designers to choose from in quite a large range of prices. I went to Richmond from DC to dress shop with my best friends. Tiffany's was the 3rd and final shop we visited and it was the best out of those and DC shopping. The initial appointment was effortless. The lady helping me clearly was a pro, so nice, patient and knowledgeable. Sher really listened to me and never rushed me. Staying late with me - turns out I lucked out and had the owner formy appt. The last dress I tried on was my dress but I needed it in two months. She jumped through hoops with the designer, kept me updated on progress as it was shipping. Then she went out of her way to meet me at the seamstress with my dress to accommodate my travel from DC. She buckled my shoes for me, she took photos for my mom that couldn't be there, she offered earring options. I could go on forever. Sharon and her staff are amazing, attentive, sweet and genuinely interested in making you feel beautiful and perfect. I made 3 trips to Richmond from DC and every drive down 95 was worth it! She instilled trust from the first appt and delivered on it all the way through - carrying my dress to my car and sending me off with a hug! read more

Soon after I got engaged, we decided that we were going to get married in little over a month! As you can imagine, it puts a crunch in time to find a dress. Tiffany's bridal worked with me to squeeze me in. My consultant was the absolute best of the best that you can get. Her name was Cara Long. If you schedule an appt there, make sure you ask for her! I had also gone a couple months earlier with my friend for her dress shopping and found my dream dress on the sale rack in the basement. When I e-mailed a picture, they said they couldn't find it. When I got there, Cara not only helped me try on 500 dresses (it seemed like it) but made sure that my voice was coming through the most. Then she went and looked for my dress in the pic and FOUND IT!!! She was an angel placed in my life specifically for that day!!! She is amazing! read more

Always a bridesmaid... You know how the rest of that saying goes, but I'm not complaining! I enjoy being a part of my closest friends' special days and love, love, LOVE the bridal attire. From the fancy white dresses to the three-piece suits, it's always amazing to watch everything come together on the day-of. That said, not all bridesmaid dresses are pretty, and rarely can you wear them again (despite what people tell you). Thankfully, Tiffanys proved the first part of that statement wrong. One of my oldest and dearest friends decided to explore the bridesmaid dress options at Tiffanys during her wedding planning. Being the supportive and excited bridesmaid, I accompanied the bride-to-be and her sister to Tiffanys for the ultimate bridesmaid dress try-on sesh. When I say this was the ultimate try-on sesh, I mean that we tried on more dresses than I can even count. Seriously, it was like I'd come out wearing a dress, do a little modeling for the bride, and as I went back into the fitting room to try on another style, her sister would come out in a different dress. Then as her sister went back into her room, I'd come back out in a new one. And on it went, just like that, until we found a winner. Of course, we narrowed it down to a few options that her sister and I both tried on before the bride-to-be was ready to say yes to the (bridesmaid) dress. The dress she ultimately chose was flattering on every bridesmaid (and by no means do we all have the same body type) - strapless and flowy with a defined waist in a deep purple color that perfectly aligned with the fall-themed wedding. It was beautiful, and still is beautiful sitting in my closest anxiously awaiting the day that it gets worn again. Now I can't promise it will ever make a reappearance on my body, but I can say that it is definitely a beautiful dress. The consultant we worked with at Tiffanys was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't rush us, nor did she pressure us to choose a dress. I think both of those qualities contributed to the bride's decision to pull the trigger during our visit. All of the ordering was smooth, none of the sizes were incorrect, and all of the bridal party details were kept straight - very important when the bridesmaids are scattered throughout multiple states. The bride did not get her wedding dress from Tiffanys, so I can't speak to the bridal gowns or consultations, but I am fully confident in recommending Tiffanys to anyone looking for bridesmaid dresses. read more

I'm so glad this wasn't my first bridal dress shopping experience or I would have given up. I had a 4 o'clock appointment, I got there about 10 minutes early to look around. When I walked in I was completely ignored. I had to flag down 3 different people and tell them in here for my appointment-still ignored. I was about ready to leave when someone finally listened to us and realized we were here for an appointment. My consultant was Wendy. She was very rushed and asked my 5 questions in a row trying to find out what I waned. She didn't ask who the three women with me were either, she didn't care. I described a dress I was looking for and said I'm open to other options-wedding dress shopping is supposed to be fun right? As soon as I told her my budget her attitude changed, probably because she saw her commission check decreasing. I think $1,000-$1,500 is a lot of money for a dress but she made me feel cheap. I told her my budget and she took me to the basement sale section which I don't think customers should even go down there. I found 2 dresses to try on so we went to the dressing rooms. As I was changing she was in and out of the dressing room and every time the door opened people could see me in my underwear! I tried on the two and decided I didn't like them and then she just left me in the dressing room. I didn't know if she was getting more options or what was happening. I waited a few minutes then decided I should get dressed. When I came out the room I saw she was at the desk doing something completely different so she was obviously done with me. We left and no one even noticed, no thank you or goodbye. This store made me feel cheap, discouraged, and worthless. That is not how a bride is supposed to feel! Shopping for a wedding dress is supposed to be fun and exciting, if you want to feel special do not go to Tiffanys bridal. They are the ones who are worthless read more

Wendy of Tiffany Bridal was phenomenal. Having many years of experience and expertise, she truly makes you feel like you are the most important person and does not rush your fitting just to get to other appointments like other shops I have been to. She made me feel hopeful and like the most beautiful customer!!! She listened to my opinions and thoughts on each dress. What I really liked most about her was that she examined my face after each dress I put on and didn't waste time in a dress that just didn't seem to fit my personality or my liking. They size you and take your measurements but they don't make the dress to fit your measurements. They make the dress that is "closest to your size" so then, you have to pay to alter it after you've already paid for the dress. Brides, please, let your bridesmaids know this before you tell them to go get sized for their dresses. But, I must say, the dresses are beautiful. read more

I wasn't sure what style I wanted and she did an amazing job helping me find different things and narrow down what I was looking for. There were a ton of dresses to choose from in a variety of styles. They even offered to get a dress that wasn't in the store loaned to them from the designer so I could see it. I had seen a beautiful Justin Alexander dress online last year and Tiffany's Bridal seemed to be the only place who had the sample so, despite no Yelp reviews (which I had been using extensively for bridal salon recommendations), I took a chance. I live in DC but made the trek down to Richmond..I am so glad I did. Through the whole process the people at Tiffany's have been wonderful. I had my appointment with Kate. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying something. She took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for and was super knowledgeable about the dresses and the wedding business in general. I ended up buying the Justin Alexander, the dress came in when they said it would, they were very responsive to all my questions and really a joy to work with. Despite the drive from DC for all the appointments and fittings, I would totally go back there again. They have dresses in the $1000 range and up. They don't require a credit card to make an appointment and are willing to use clips and things to make the sample fit right (I'm looking at you Betsy Robinsons). The salon is spacious with plenty of room to move around and the dressing rooms a good size. They have a good selection of dresses and the racks are all against the wall so it is easy to see what they have. read more
