My husband and I visited Tiff's Treats because we were looking for a quick dessert in the area. It was pretty good! They sell almost nothing but cookies. We ordered 4 cookies: 2 chocolate chip, 1 snickerdoodle, and 1 white chocolate chip almond cookie. I would most definitely order the white chocolate chip almond cookie again! I loved it. The other cookies were just good, not amazing. The great thing is that they warm the cookies for you. You can also order milk to go. Altogether, 4 cookies and a small container of milk was $8. Not bad! Service was quick and friendly. Do keep in mind that this is a cookie delivery service, so do not go in expecting to hang out. You can grab and go or have it delivered. It's a very sleek little spot. Overall, if I just really needed cookies I would stop here again. It was good, but not amazing. Good prices and fresh cookies. read more

The cookies are good but the business model for this franchise is not looking at the bigger picture of customer service. I am in sales and like to bring treats to my clients. Tiff's Treats would be perfect if they didn't have so many policies that throw up a road block to a smooth, stress free order. I like to order 8-10 dozen cookie in individual dozen boxes to give to my various clients through the day. I can't bring peanuts due to allergies and I can't tell you how many people would rather not have raisin cookies in the mix. Therefore, I ask if I can get 3 types of cookies in each box. (4 snickerdoodles, 4 chocolate chip, 4 M&M's=12) I don't care about them being warm and neither do my clients. I would like to order them in advance because it would save Tiffs Treats the hassle of having upset customers waiting on them to box 10 dozen cookies. The problem is, I can't order this way because they don't allow flavor substitutions for their online ordering. (Tiff's Mix, you have to take the 5 flavors they offer which include Raisin and Peanut butter which I don't want) So I have to go in to order them in person. It takes forever because they they have to prepare so many boxes and the line is growing long of anxious customers who only want a couple cookies. I ask if I can pay for them and let them box them at their leisure and I'll stop back to pick them us. (They don't need to be fresh out of the oven. They can take them from the case. I'm just trying to make this easy for others in line) It takes an act of congress to get this order completed and I typically still have to wait because "They don't supposed to do it that way". Meanwhile, I'm getting frustrated. Customers behind me are getting frustrated. They walk out because this order is so large and they don't want to be stuck in line. I don't come back that often because I get so frustrated. Can't someone at a higher level work out a solution that actually gives your customers a pleasant experience? You have a good product, people want to spend money in your store, but it is too difficult to do the simple things in your computer to allow for a good experience. Also on a side note, I usually get my boxes with a little bow on them which is a nice touch for clients to know they haven't been opened. Today, I was told a simple ribbon that has been on every box I have ever received was 'special packaging' and it's extra. I'll save my $200 I want to spend at Tiffs Treats and go across the street to dunkin donuts. I just don't have the time for all the headache and grief I get from what should be a simple task. You business model needs to be updated. read more

I feel very lucky to have a cookie bakery so close to home. I have been here multiple times. I've stopped by some times just for 2 cookies and other times I have stopped by for a dozen. I have also received one of their cookie delivery packages for my birthday. It was a box of cookies with a card and balloon that was delivered to my work. Other than my birthday gift that was delivered to me, I have never used their delivery service before. I do get a lot of emails for discounted delivery and other specials that they have going on, so make sure that you sign up for their email blasts. Every time that I have had Tiff's Treats I have not been disappointed. Their cookies are served fresh and delivered warm. And, to me, there is nothing better than a warm, gooey cookie to satisfy that sweet tooth craving.
