I've been seeing ads for Tiff's Treats and I happened to be driving by so I decided to stop in and check it out. Chocolate chip cookies with pecans is my most favorite dessert, but I usually only want them if they are homemade. However, Tiff's cookie is delicious. (I ate it before I left the parking lot). They warm the cookie for you and place it in a special heat saver bag, so if you do make it out of the parking lot, your cookie will still be warm when you make it to your destination. After my initial taste test, I've made more trips than I wish to share to grab a cookie or two. #dontjudgeme LOL read more

Before yesterday (4-6-21), I had never been to Tiff's Treats, I was a ride or die Insomnia Cookies lover. After today (4-7-21), I must say, I will not go to ANY other place for cookies. This location is within walking distance of my apartment, the cookies are always amazing, the recipe is consistent so I always know what to expect. Absolutely the best cookies and they are served warm! I always get chocolate chip...they are my favorite. Snickerdoodle and oatmeal raisin are good also. FIRST REVIEW: Firstly, I have to say that the customer service experience in this place was OUTSTANDING. The young lady that helped us was very nice and extremely informative. We were so pleased with customer service that we left a tip, now on to the cookies... We did not like them; although, we really wanted to. They had a pretty good variety of cookies, but when we tried them they were too doughy inside (looked raw) and was not crunchy. Mind you, they were warmed up; therefore, not sure if that had anything to do with it. The young lady at the counter was kind enough to let my husband try their ice cream sandwich. My husband liked it much better than warmed up. In our opinion the cookies lacked that sweetness cookies usually have. There was something lacking. Also, the cookies cost $1.50 per cookie Personally, we won't be going back. This place has great reviews, so, maybe we have picky palates. It's too bad it didn't work out. SECOND REVIEW: I would like to add some changes to my review. I was contacted by the store owner who offered to remedy the situation. Let me tell you guys, him and his team went above and beyond. Even though they don't deliver to my area, they made an exception and delivered a fresh batch of cookies for FREE! I wasn't home; therefore, the cookies were very soft and warm, but I decided to put them in the frige for a little bit. Guys, it was LOVE AT FIRST BITE. They tasted much different then when I got them at the store. The consistency was perfect; crunchy in the outside and chewy in the middle. I tried several flavors and they all tasted GREAT; the perfect amount of sweetness (I liked the chocolate pecan the most) I suggest to have these cookies delivered fresh to your home. If by any chance you're not there for delivery and they soften a lot, just put them in the frige for 5 min and problem solved. Not much to say except that the cookies are darn delicious! We stopped here with a sweet tooth after visiting a nearby tapas restaurant. I grabbed two chocolate chip pecan cookies while hubby went for a Tiff Sandwich (cookie ice cream sandwich) with chocolate chip and vanilla almond cookies. The cookies were warmed in the oven for 45 seconds before being served which made for ooey gooey deliciousness! The warmth from the cookies allowed the ice cream on my husband's sandwich to soften just right. They were great treats for the money too - $1.50 for cookies; $3 for the ice cream sandwich. I think it's safe to say that we'll be back whenever in the mood for delicious cookies. read more

I tried the peanut butter choc chip and snicker doodle cookies and not impressed. They're $1.50 each but they're small. The size of McDonald's cookies and not as good to be honest. The peanut butter cookie didn't even taste like peanut butter. Just go to the McDonald's drive thru you will get better cookies and prob fresher. read more

Really good cookies , but the employee accepted cash , and picked up the cookies with out washing hands. Don't come after 8, the man at the counter was not very friendly and seemed to want the last 90 minutes of his shift to be over. Best cookies ever. I'm from out of town but stop here when I'm in town. The cookies are so moist, even a few days after visiting. You can't just buy one. My wife loves the brownies. The manager at this location, I think her name is Mikayla or Michelle, gives me hope for good customer service in other growing businesses like this one. I received a dozen free cookies from Tiff's Treats from the management at my apartment complex as a gift. I was excited and I've heard a lot of good things about this company and I was excited to try them as I work in corporate and I thought about using these as gifts in the future. I was able to order online and they did have curb side pick up available within 45 minutes of me placing my order. I ordered a dozen chocolate chip. When I arrived for pick up the person who delivered to my car was wearing a mask. The presentation was nice in gift bag and the box was sealed and wrapped with a blue ribbon. The cookies are served warm in a foil lined box to keep them warm. I'm only giving 2 stars for presentation and for proper covid precautions taken. Unfortunately I did not like the taste of the cookies. I found them to be greasy and once they cool off, I stored them in an air tight container and they became hard and greasy. I would not order and pay $17 for a dozen cookies, this is very expensive even for gifts or corporate gifts and the cookies are not that great. They were the same as grocery store bought bakery cookies heated up. Not worth $17. read more

A friend sent this to us while in the hospital after my wife gave birth to our first child. This was a very unexpected yet tasteful surprise that really cheered us up.
