Oh this place is wonderfully delicious! The custom ice cream sandwich is exactly what you think and then some. You get to choose your top and bottom, cookie or brownie. Next, you select your ice cream flavor and finally your topping. There is a decent variety of choices which can make it difficult to choose. I selected the traditional chocolate chip cookie with toasted s'mores ice cream rolled in brownie bits. My husband selected the gooey butter cake with blackberry crumble ice cream. Everything was so yummy but it was way too much for me to eat in one sitting. So my advice is to come hungry.

Yummmmm. On a friend's recommendation, my husband and I just went to The Baked Bear and enjoyed ice cream sandwiches. We both got the salted caramel pretzel chocolate chunk ice cream, and I got a gooey yellow cake and chocolate chip cookie. He got a gooey yellow cake and iced oatmeal cookie, one of the cookies of the month. We got them warmed and smooshed. We are stuffed! The ice cream is delicious by itself. Fortunately, the restaurant has a restroom where we could wash our hands because we were dripping ice cream by the time we were finished! Highly recommend. The young people working were very patient and helpful to us rookies!

Maybe ice cream is just expensive these days due to inflation but $9 for a 2 scoop waffle scone just seems outrageous to me Most ice cream specialties on the menu were $9+ which doesn't seem like a good value to me The ice cream itself was good though but definitely not something I'd get often I also got a dozen of their day old cookies at $13 & that was a great deal! Actually, cookies at $2.5/each isn't bad to begin with. I think tiffs treats is $2/each but they had some good flavors here like salted Nutella, bear tracks and Mexican hot chocolate It's right by Jinya so you can swing by for dessert and there's plenty of parking in the shared lot There isn't much seating inside and I don't think they had wifi or anything so definitely not a place to hang out but a grab and go

The cookie selection is impressive! And makes it hard to decide! The fun part is that you can mix and match! Then comes the next difficult hurdle... what type of ice-cream??? So many choices!! I went with chocolate chip and a Nutella cookie combo. I then had vanilla icecream so I could really taste the cookies. The portion is MASSIVE!! The cookies are soft, sugary good and with the icecream it is a perfect marriage of flavors for your palate. The sandwich is enough for two and if you get it to go take a spoon!! The staff is so helpful and patient with all the menu combinations. The place is bright and airy. It's fun because you can see the kitchen and all that they are baking. This place is a win win!!!

This shop is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The line moved quickly and there's some seating inside. I got the Mud Pie flavor, which has a creamy texture and is not too sweet. I want to come back and try other flavors like Toasted S'more's. read more

Stopped here for a sweet treat after lunch and I do not regret it! I am a sucker for some cookies and ice cream and what better way to fulfill any of that craving with a build your own ice cream cookie sandwich. I feel like they had a great selection of ice cream and cookies that were fresh/homemade. Both the ice cream and the cookies held so much flavor. I also like how they had a variety of options of not just the cookie flavors with ice cream flavors as well. This is located in a plaza with other shopping areas, so there was plenty of parking. I feel as if we received great customer service. in addition, I do believe that this establishment was very clean and followed any sort of health and safety guidelines. I really enjoyed this place so much and I am definitely going to be making another trip back soon! read more

Blown away by the size of these Ice Cream Sandwiches. We all took 1/2 of it home for later. Hubs got chocolate chip cookie top and bottom with vanilla ice cream. Daughter got chocolate chip cookies with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Son got all cookies and cream including the cookie! I got GF chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and mini chocolate chips for a topping. Hubs says he wishes he would have gotten a different flavor ice cream but he was happy! Son says he liked it but wanted S'mores ice cream instead! Daughter says it was good! I would definitely go back, I was thrilled they had two GF options - choco chip cookie or brownie. Both were also vegan but I'm more concerned about the gluten. The staff was excellent; focused, quick, and attentive. The space was small for a Saturday night and they were packed with people!! There was no available seating so we took it home. We will definitely go back, maybe during a time when it's not as busy!! read more

The team member that took my wife's and mine order was fantastic! We tried samples of the different ice creams and they were all pretty solid! I ended up getting the blue cookie and cookies and cream cookie with the coffee (maybe called mudslide) ice cream and my wife got everything with dark chocolate! The cookies were fresh and delicious - definitely ask to get them warmed up! The cost was nearly $20 for two and if we're being honest was way more dessert than we could ever handle. Next time we'll Probably just get one order and split it. read more

delicious oh my word the combination of the warm cookie and the cold ice cream was perfection. I was in love the second I took a bite. I got the bear bowl and it was really good. I got s'more's ice cream in it and was so good. the combination of flavors resulted deliciousness. the service is fast and friendly. The gooey butter cookies are so yummy. The staff are friendly and patient (lots of options and lots of decisions!). It's a cute spot perfect for a treat. It's a real challenge to get these younger kids* to be manner-able they are to privilege, to entitled. The gentleman on the back row with the glasses never turned around either. Customer service is a must & it's part of the business. It helps keeps businesses open & keeps paychecks for employees. Train your staff to greet their guest, smile (even if they don't want to) or have them to seek employment somewhere else -a place where they are NOT seen! Clean the area where you store the mix-ins-it's dirty pull it all the way out and do a deeper clean. Toss out those old looking products & reclean the jars! The front line should be spotless. I am a business owner & I also could be a "secret shopper", you NEVER know who is entering or exiting your establishments these days I only came here because my Darling Daughter wanted to spend an evening at one of our favorite spots-the ice cream was good-we get the founders favorite with a twist. I happen to stumble upon it after I had grabbed lunch with my fiancé at a place that was right across the street. I don't even know where to begin, this place is quite literally amazing! The establishment is very clean, they have great customer service, and they have a number of phenomenal options to choose from when it comes to food, lattes, Matcha, other refreshments, and dessert as well. The place is very warm and inviting. At first, we were going to take our items to go until we saw all of the different areas to be able to sit and enjoy our dessert. I plan on going back here soon and bringing some friends and I'm going to try a latte, and the chorizo burrito because that sounds so good! When the drink arrived I had to confirm it was pistachio because I saw chocolate everywhere. The staff immediately recalled that I did not want whole milk and told me he had to re- make my drink. This place isn't brusters. First of all, i got chocolate on my pants!! Now i have to wash my pants!!! next my hands r stickty!! The hot fudge was EVERYWHERE!!!!! However, i have great napkins from brusters that cleaned my hands. BUT the cookie was ok and the icecream was good. I would definitely recommend making it from home but if you have no money from icecream and cookies then buy bagel bites.
