I also like how they had a variety of options of not just the cookie flavors with ice cream flavors as well. This is located in a plaza with other shopping areas, so there was plenty of parking. I feel as if we received great customer service. in addition, I do believe that this establishment was very clean and followed any sort of health and safety guidelines. Oh this place is wonderfully delicious! The custom ice cream sandwich is exactly what you think and then some. You get to choose your top and bottom, cookie or brownie. Next, you select your ice cream flavor and finally your topping. There is a decent variety of choices which can make it difficult to choose. I selected the traditional chocolate chip cookie with toasted s'mores ice cream rolled in brownie bits. My husband selected the gooey butter cake with blackberry crumble ice cream. Everything was so yummy but it was way too much for me to eat in one sitting. So my advice is to come hungry. read more

Yummmmm. On a friend's recommendation, my husband and I just went to The Baked Bear and enjoyed ice cream sandwiches. We both got the salted caramel pretzel chocolate chunk ice cream, and I got a gooey yellow cake and chocolate chip cookie. He got a gooey yellow cake and iced oatmeal cookie, one of the cookies of the month. We got them warmed and smooshed. We are stuffed! The ice cream is delicious by itself. Fortunately, the restaurant has a restroom where we could wash our hands because we were dripping ice cream by the time we were finished! Highly recommend. Daughter got chocolate chip cookies with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Son got all cookies and cream including the cookie! I got GF chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and mini chocolate chips for a topping. Hubs says he wishes he would have gotten a different flavor ice cream but he was happy! Son says he liked it but wanted S'mores ice cream instead! Daughter says it was good! I would definitely go back, I was thrilled they had two GF options - choco chip cookie or brownie.
