Would never come here again. First off it took a couple minutes to come from the back when we entered. Then once the cashier came to the front there was no acknowledgement, no hello hey how are you. My husband and I drove past Tiff's Treats after leaving Cumberland mall and decided to give this little cookie shop a try. Thankfully they are located across the street from the mall in a less busy small shopping strip next to Jos A. Banks. There was plenty of parking available. The store is quaint and cute. Their payment method is cashless so keep that in mind. Customer Service was excellent. We ordered 3 flavors ,peanut butter, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. We were given the option of having the cookies warmed up which we said yes to. The cookies were placed neatly in a box and each flavor was separated. They even wrapped the box with an adorable ribbon. Our cookies were soft and delicious. I loved them all but my favorite was the peanut butter. It is hard to find a well made snickerdoodle cookie and Tiff's Treats nailed it. Personally I feel that these are the best cookies in town. The flavors were perfect, not too sweet and not too salty. Update. Husband says brownie was so-so. I was craving something sweet after lunch today and happened upon this spot. From the outside - it looked dark and I wasn't sure it was open (it was!), I walked in and the ambiance was just too cute! Loved everything about it. The woman that assisted me was very sweet and patience as I took my time determining what to get. Finally settled on a brownie and M&M cookie and Chocolate Pecan cookie. I ate on the cookies that evening and while I did finish them- they were not my favorite. They had an odd aftertaste/flavor to them. We tried 3 Brownies(regular chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, salted caramel and we ordered cookies. The best out of the 3 brownies was the peanut butter chocolate but they put chocolate chips all over the top which is really not my thing. I would have loved to enjoy a good classic brownie . Them cookiesss ...yummy!! We got a dozen of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and those were some of the best cookies I've tasted. They're made to perfection and stay soft for days . Cooooooookies! Me want cookies! I was pretty surprised when I arrived home to see a bag of Tiff's Treats sitting at my front door and couldn't wait to get inside to what was inside! Once I calmed down from all the excitement that someone thought enough of me to send a wholllle box of cookes, I read the cute card that came along with the bag and realized it was from my dear framily who couldn't be with me to celebrate my birthday. The bag had a huge box of cookies all wrapped up and tied with a cute little bow, a balloon, and another cute small bag with a bottle of 1% milk and another bottle of 1% chocolate milk to go along with the cookies. The presentation was so cute and the personalized card just made everything better. I opened the box to find an assortment of cookies that were magically alllll still intact and there were like three layers of them so needless to say there were sooooo many cookies in that box! There were chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and a few others that I have yet to try. They were just delightful and fresh and soft and just delicious! I am so pleased with my experience at Tiff's Treats! We have had Tiff's Treats delivered to us as a gift for us, so we just had to stop in when we were in the area! My son had the Tiffwhich Ice Cream Sandwich, made of two M & M cookies. I had a snickerdoodle and it was phenomenal, and so was my wife's chocolate chip cookie! I love that all of the cookies are served warm! The COVID-19 precautions in place are great as well! The employee was wearing a mask, and masks are required. I have placed a few orders from this location and have visited in person without incident. However, today is the last time I will go be this place my business. I walked in to get a couple of cookies to go. After waiting for the employee to finish with the previous customer I was told to wait another 5 minutes because she had to box up some cookies. Soooooo I was looking for a place to have a snack because I wanted a cookie so bad. So I saw this place on Yelp and it was so close. Now it made me think Insomnia Cookies so I said let's go. The only thing that was a down fall was I couldn't tell from open sign if the store was open or not. One of the best things about this place is that they stay open until 10pm and they offer delivery services! Have you ever been In your bed just dreaming of having something sweet?? Well now you don't even have to leave home. Simply pay a few extra bucks and cookies will arrive at your door! I have never tried delivery but I am sure it would be a smooth transaction. I have stopped in a handful of times for a treat. The one thing that is consistent with this location is service. The staff is always friendly and never forget to ask if you want your cookies warmed up. The answer for me is always yes! The cookies taste good! I am not going to say they are the best cookies in the world, but they are good and work to satisfy a sweet tooth. The price is like $1.50 per cookie. Very comparable to place like subway. The other plus is that they offer other items such as brownies and ice cream and even a few drink options. The only suggestion I have is to place a table or two outside. It would be a cute place to meet a friend or even have a date. Currently this is only a pick up and go spot. I am not sure if that is the case for all locations. Came here with my best friend after having a sweet tooth craving . Tiffs is small located in a plaza on the corner building but it's easy to find . It's very clean and well lit . It was quiet as we were the only two in the building with the exception of the staff. The woman behind the counter was nice and explained everything to us . I got the Starbucks vanilla frappe ( like the ones in the glass bottle out the store ..those exact ones ) and a chocolate fudge brownie that was to die for. My best friend tried two of each cookie . The cookies here are great! They always come warm and even after stopping by the mall for 15 min, driving home, and relaxing for a while; the cookies were still warm. I got the chocolate chip. They were delicious. They remind of homemade cookies from childhood. I attended the grand opening. So there were only 3 types of cookies being served which makes sense for a crowd. The only issue was that service was not well thought through. They had 5 employees at an outside booth doing practically nothing and only ONE person taking orders, cashing out, AND going to the back of the kitchen to pick up the boxes of cookies. And then after waiting in line another employee unpacks your cookies to see if you won a prize. There was a much more efficient way to do all of this. It was a bad customer experience that I heard several complain about. Other than that I think they will do fine with normal business hours.
