The double chocolate chip cookies were not fully cooked- it was very obvious when in the box so the staff when placed into the box had to have noticed. Parking is rough at this location- they say curb side pick up but have no marked places to park to use this service. Tiffs has some great cookies just skip this location. read more

Enjoyed a recent stop at Tiff's Treats in Cools Spring area off Mc Ewen. Different variety of cookies that they can heat up for you if you prefer. The cookies were good, not too sugary but instead normal cookies. We tried a variety of flavors based on their rankings that show in order of popularity. They place the cookies in a nice box with ribbon and price seamed reasonable in comparison to other local bake shops. Size of the cookie is normal vs the extra large version elsewhere. I can't even imagine what the "rent" cost is for this particular location. Although the presentation (boxes and bags) had a very upscale vibe, my family felt the cookies were just "okay". That could be due to a very limited Valentine's Day selection. That said, the management team/owner goes above and beyond to make things right. I will absolutely give them a chance for my corporate customers. This review went from rough start, to a very satisfied one. This place wins because of the excellent customer service. read more

If you're looking for a batch of cookies for an event, this is an excellent choice. If you're looking for a special little sweet treat for yourself I would say there are better options. I would say that the cookies are like made-from-scratch homemade cookies that are done well. The peanut butter cookie was excellent. The chocolate chip cookie was good, but not amazing. The snickerdoodle was a bit dry, but that could have been a timing issue since we went a little late in the day. Oh, and their icing is really good! They have small containers of it and it is great spread on any of the cookies. If I was at an event and they had a table full of these cookies, I would make several trips to that table and would have no complaints. The cookies are good in a "just like mom used to bake" sort of way. But if I was out on the weekend and had a hankering for a sweet treat, I would go somewhere else for something that stands out as something more unique and special. Again though, if you need cookies for an event, this is a great option, and the customer service is very good. read more

Was in the mood for a small dessert and this place was near by. I ended up getting a white chocolate almond cookie and a regular chocolate chip. My mom had the white chocolate chip and really liked it. I didn't have my cookie until a few days later. It was great after a few seconds in the microwave. They had a few brownie options as well. I'm not sure if this is the location that delivered to my work today or not...one of our co-workers ordered some cookies from this place as a surprise for Administrative Professionals Day and a delivery guy dropped them off. The reasons were something about being robbed idk I mean spend some money and buy a time delay safe.
