There is nothing like treating a special someone to some delicious, warm, and soft cookies that you can find at Tiff's Treats so you can imagine I was THRILLED to find out there was a location downtown San Antonio area. I really wanted to treat my mother for her birthday with some Tiff's Treats and this location made it super easy for me to come in and out to grab her cookie surprise. I was happy to find the location easily right off of what is THE Fiesta parade route where the parade floats and parade attendees watch the parade come by in April. Everything was clean, easy to get to, and easy to come in and out as the service was fantastic from the moment I walked in. My cookies were ready and warm and already waiting to be packaged up as soon as I got there. No immediate parking right in front of the door but just 12 feet away you can find parallel spots for free to park at so you can go inside and choose what cookies, milk, brownies, or truffle treats you want. I will be coming by to this location more often especially if I am coming in from Austin and want to grab some warm Tiff's Treats when I visit San Antonio and want to treat my family. read more

I could see why the rating for the quality of cookie that tiff treats serves is 4.5 but I wouldn't rate the service that way at all. It is most definitely a 1 star if that. I placed an order for delivery (we don't even live an hour away from the business, hence why we chose delivery, we thought it wouldn't take long to arrive to us). The delivery time alone was 12:45-1:30pm. We decided to place the order anyway which was at 11:55pm &' unfortunately didn't receive the order till 3:30pm. Almost 3 hours for 6 cookies. I know every business has its kinks to work out but this isn't the first time it's happened &' you would think by now they would find a better way to get their business to its customers since they've been around for so long. I would say if you're considering placing an order for delivery to make sure to plan in advance for a very LONG delivery time frame or just simply plan to pick up. read more

Omg you cannot go wrong with Tiff treats! I mean warm cookies to your door?!? Who doesn't want that. These cookies are always warm, always on time and always delicious. I really do not understand how the heck they are so consistent with their cookies. They are never over cooked and crunchy but always soft, melt in your mouth send me to heaven take my money over and over delicious! Even the next day the cookies are soft and delicate and just bliss!! I heat them up the next day and pretend they got delivered all over again! Their brownies are also so amazing and delicious! I walked in on a week day getting a midday pick-me-up dozen for our office. Usually have a pleasant experience at Tiff's Treats, but this visit felt a little off. The person helping me got a little flustered when I asked for warm cookies. I recognize that they get the cookies from the display case and warm them up and not that they were going to make a fresh batch on the spot. Took about 8 minutes to get, but they were worth the wait. I can't say better things about Tiff's Treats. I ordered on a Friday night at about 8:00PM and got it delivered to our hotel room around 9:30 with warm freshly cooked brownies and cookies. Those desserts stayed just as tasty 3 days later when I ate it again. I ordered the bundle with a dozen cookies, 4 brownies, 2 milk, and a pint of ice cream, and added 4 more brownies. And it was the best anniversary gift that I could've given to my husband. Tiff's Treats is some place I will continue to order from time after time because it's so stinkin good! Amazing customer service, they deliver, and it's always fresh! We order it at work religiously, and I order it for myself religiously as well. I ordered from Tiff's Treats one time 4 years ago for an employee's birthday. Every year in April Tiff's Treats bill my credit card company $50.00. Every year I write to Tiff's Treats and ask them to stop billing my account and I dispute charges with my credit card company. Every year my credit card company researches and reaches the decision that this charge is fraudulent and does not pay. I am getting very tired of this!! If you are going to buy their cookies, you might ought to pay with cash! Definitely not worth the headache! read more

If I were rating the food, I'd give it a 3/5. Totally average brownies. But the concept is what puts it over the top. I'm from a small town and stuff like this doesn't exist. For just a few bucks they will bring you 2 brownies. 6 cookies and milk. Or a whole mess of em for a party. It's easy, it's fast, it's cheap, and honestly came to the rescue. I love this place! I used to be a big Insominia Cookies fan but they don't have one around here, so Tiff's Treats is now filling that void in my cookie diet. I haven't tried the delivery yet, but when I've walked in to get cookies the employees have all been very friendly and had a smile on their face. My cookies were warmed up right in front of me and packaged in a cute bag. I'm a big fan of the TiffBlitz which incorporates vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookie chunks and topped with crumbled cookie as well. I can't get enough of this place! read more

My daughter bought me Snickerdoodle, they were awesome. Then I tried, the banana nut and I'm hooked.

This place is the best. The customer service is excellent and they're so patient while trying to decide what treats to get. We went right before closing and they we still so nice and happy to see us. Any of the chocolate chip cookies are always the move. But frankly anything from Tiff's Treats is the best. Will be coming back as soon as San Antonio is on the travel list. read more

Cookies are soooo sweet. Too sweet for me but that's probably a good thing for most people. One plus is that the cookies are fresh and warm. I've been to another place that does the ice cream sandwiches and the cookies are so much softer here. They also use blue bell ice cream which is always a plus in Texas. One thing that suck is there is zero seating. None. They should consider adding a few patio tables outside and maybe a little bar by the window. But they are new so maybe it's coming. read more

Their cookies are fabulous! I've ordered them for friends, special occasions, and sometimes just for myself and the delivery is quick and the cookies are always warm. I placed an order online. Specifically asked for extra crispy cookies. I got a warm box of cookies so raw & mushy they couldn't be picked up. They had the consistency of wet sand. It was as if they intentionally sent the mushiest pile of crap they could. When I called they were SO RUDE!!! Refused to make crispy cookies or remake my order *update* they did remake my order. It was just as mushy as the first order. I still could not pick up the cookies. Needing to eat cookies with a fork is just wrong. My complaint was addressed promptly. But I was basically told "this is how we do things. But here.
