The cherry version was also good, and featured a pleasingly tart tang. Finally, just for fun, had to sample the apple strudel. I liked the flaky pastry consistency better than the Kolache base, and was positively surprised by the strong cinnamon spice flavors mixed with sweet and tender macerated apple. Recommend this place if you're interested in sampling San Antonio's Czech baking tradition delights.

I ordered The West which has scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, and chipotle mayo. I picked a jalapeño cheddar bagel to pair with it. Oh my goodness - what a delight! My bagel sandwich had turkey bacon in it, and I was only able to eat half before I got full, but you bet I enjoyed the rest of it later. My cousin actually finished hers. She got the same thing but on a sesame seed bagel. Their main truck is over by Eightball Coffee, but their tent by Early Bird is apparently there pretty frequently. I live closer to Early Bird, so if I have a hankering for a good breakfast bagel sandwich, I know where to find one now.

While waiting the only employee in there told us she was out of milk for base, and dragonfruit for bowl. I asked for a refund and she had no idea how to, when she called her boss to ask how to do refund and her boss never told her how to refund, her boss just told her where dragonfruit was and had me waiting extra time when i had clearly wanted a refund. This is clearly a huge sign of very poor training, I do not recommend this location. Insane.
