The door dash driver informed me after the second delay that they were giving him the runaround and then he overheard them sometime after that saying they didn't have my ticket in the back. A few more minutes go by after this update and now I get a door dash notification that my order is canceled. Bummed to have missed out on this opportunity to try a place with vegetarian options close to home but unfortunately it appears they don't have things together. For reference I ordered one regular burger and one veggie burger.

Delivery is free however, they do encourage if you're outside the loop a $50 min. order. It should be have brisket, carmalized onions, and cheese. What I got looks like a kid threw it together from leftovers. The meat isn't sliced but is composed of beef chunks. (Funny on the receipt it says "pot roast" instead of "brisket") The onions are sparse and the thin layer of cheese is stuck to the bread but not covering the rest of the interior of the sandwich. So, it's no surprise, but it wasting an enjoyable meal at all. I cannot in good faith recommend this business.

If you squint, you might be able to spot the meat. No BBQ sauce was added.

All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.

Also "promotions" don't seem to be universally known. On this specific visit, they gave me a 13th cookie free (baker's dozen) but other times this is not the case. Compare that to the other bakery I venture to downtown - they don't do cookies or lemon bars but their cupcakes are $3.25/ea or $1.50/ea for day old. They're also larger in size.
