I haven't been to Orange Leaf since high school, but when a craving struck and with the knowledge that a nearby ice cream joint wasn't all that - OL was imminent. The place is just as I remembered, a dozen or so flavors (all matched with a well thought out partner in the event you wish to swirl two together in perfect harmony), and toppings galore. Which, you add yourself so you can get your palate down to the exact amount of gummy bears and Oreo crumbles. The cashier was super polite, and patiently explained any details I had forgotten, and the price was ok - something you, admittedly, have full control over. As for ambiance...I refer back to my previous statement that things were just as I remembered. A very strange, cold, and orange vibe. I am not a big fan of sugary food, but I had the cheesecake frozen yogurt with cheesecake bites on top. It was so good! The cheesecake bites weren't overly sweet. Worth giving a try! read more

We went here while we were waiting for a mistake to be corrected on our pizza order next door. It's about as good as I remember. I means it's fro-yo so nothing super special about this place. I will say that for two full-ish cups it was over $18. Which is why I'm giving three stars. For the average person this is expensive. We didn't mind because it served the purpose for us which was to busy our wait time, however, there are such better places that offer frozen yogurt that don't charge like this. Well after a long day on the Veteran's Day Circuit and a disappointing attempt at eating at the 54th Street Grill and Red Robin due to Long Lines, the family and I did one last analysis of the Freebie List and called it a night. But just as I started to fold up the Food List I spotted Orange Leaf and decided we'd nightcap on some Froyo. It was my first visit at Orange Leaf but with the Amazing Flavors and selections I knew it would not be my last. The Yogurt was Amazing and the Corporation decided to honor our Military and Veterans with an 11oz Froyo. Accompanied with Free Wifi and A Military Discount I've found a new Favorite Establishment in town to relax at during those Triple Digit 100 degree scorchers next summer. The management/owner of this location should reward them for their enthusiasm and excellent customer service. Impromptu Ice Cream Run. Babe wanted frozen yogurt and had been asking for a while but we never made an effort to go. I searched on yelp and Orange Leaf had the best reviews so we decided to give it a try. The inside was super cute and colorful. I was shocked at how clean the place was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a variety of flavors and some were dairy free for us lactose intolerant folks. However, I decided to be bold and get the pistachio flavored frozen yogurt because it was so good even though it wasn't dairy free. I indulged and really thought I was going to pay for it later but it actually didn't mess my stomach up at all. I'm pretty shocked. Nevertheless, enjoyed the place. Not going to lie, when we went to checkout, I placed the cups on the scale and when I saw the price I almost had a heart attack and ask babe "what did you put in your cup, bricks?" I truly appreciated the FREE 11 ounce Frozen Yogurt on Veteran's Day. The young cashier told us we could partake of any flavor we wanted as long as our cup weighed 11 ounces or less. Now it's pretty hard to make a self serve yogurt place unpleasant, but oh it's possible after experiencing this place... Came in here with my mom and sister and for starters there was no one at the front to greet us and so we were already confused as to where the testers were at so we could try some flavors. I walk to the front and this older lady proceeded to put gloves on and I had asked kindly if we could have some testers. Not a hello, not a thanks for coming in, just a " I know, Im making my way over there now." Ok I didn't know that a woman needed to do our testers for us being that I'm 23 I felt like I was a child not trusted to use the machines to pour my own testers. She made me feel uncomfortable and like we were an annoyance to her to ask for flavors and it was just a very unhappy experience. I will make the drive to go to menchies before coming back here. Customer service jobs aren't for everyone and she should reconsider her position. read more

Horrible service! The young male behind the counter needs customer service training. We have been there plenty of times and never have an issue unless he's working. Last time he accused my 8 year old daughter of tasting her frozen yogurt! This time as soon as my family and I walked in her gave us an ugly look and huffed! No hi hello no nothing he said where are the kids masks?! I told him nicely they are all under 10 and have never had to wear them before in here. He laughed and said "oh ya your the one who's daughter tasted hers last time!" I told him this ridiculous I'll be calling the manager and he LAUGHED at me and yelled "OK DO IT!" I left mortified. My family and I went on a Presidents' Day because the children were off of school. This place turned my wife (team ice cream) into a froyo fan. On the way to this place she was rallying for us to get ice cream instead. We're glad we didn't though. The froyo is so creamy that it is hard to believe it's not ice cream. My wife loved it and she hated froyo before this. The kids, they weren't hard to impress, obviously they loved it, but the adults were impressed too! Went here with my kids for a quick cool treat before hitting up the nursery. Walked in... cute and clean but no one at the counter. Looked around and no tart flavor... waa. Plenty others to try but no testers. A woman appeared and when my daughter asked for testers she replied she would be right over. They must feel that others have taken far too many tastes in the past and could not trust our threesome to hold back and handle the job. She asked each of us one by one which we would like to taste... this took a bit since we had to wait each time making us feel very awkward in wanting more than two each. Ok, we decided it was easier and more comfortable to excuse her and just take small portions of each flavor we may like and purchase it. $25.02 later and after trying to locate a 5star discount which clearly stated $2 off $25 she mentioned there were no offers. Orange Leaf is a family fav. We've always had great service here. We love the variety of flavors offered and the swirl option for flavors that go besr together. I also love the control you have on which toppings you can add to your yogurt bowl. They rotate flavors and toppings from time to time, but you can always count on Pistachio being a staple.
