Crumbl is such a fun concept for a cookie store, whenever I'm with friends we love to go check out their weekly cookies and do a sampling of them. They are always able to be very creative with their cookie concepts that it's hard not be excited when new flavors are unveiled. I've always had good experiences with the cookies themselves. The only critique I have is that with more popular specialty cookies themselves wait can be extremely long, even when ordering ahead of time for pickup. read more

Four issues: 1. Cookies I could get were good however we had to pick from what was left, they were sold out of almost everything. 2. One of the cookies had the cut off corner piece of a piping bag in the frosting that I bit into which was of course a hazard and very disappointing. 3. I called the location to let them know and ask if we could return cookie or how to handle, no answer of call back. Called again same day nothing, and again next day before deciding to go in whenever I could. 4. When I went to the location I took the cookie and the plastic in to show them. An employee took it and didn't express any concern instead started asking me when I purchases it because it looked old not from the same day. I shared I has been calling but no one got back or answered, she said we should have emailed them pictures, I asked how was I supposed to know that. She said she was the lead person and there was nothing they could do and threw it in the trash. No empathy for biting into the plastic or concern, she just walked away and went to the back. I was surprised how little she cared as a manager. As I mentioned the cookies we could get were good but watch out for plastic in frosting and hope nothing goes wrong and you need help, the staff was horrible. read more

The employee--who I can only assume has been trained in the dark arts of dessert disappointment--hits me with the most absurd news I've ever heard in my cookie-loving life: I have to wait TWO HOURS because the brownie needs to cool in the freezer? Excuse me, what? Since when does a WARM brownie require an ice bath like it's recovering from a marathon? I clarify, thinking surely this must be a joke. "So you're saying... I can't have my brownie fresh out of the oven? Like... warm? Like a normal, sane, hot, delicious brownie?" "Nope, it has to chill for two hours," they reply, with the indifference of someone who has crushed many dessert dreams before mine. So let's get this straight: I order a warm brownie, but it is policy to put it in a cold, heartless freezer instead of my eager, waiting hands? This isn't just bad customer service. This is culinary malpractice. It's an insult to brownies everywhere. It's an insult to me. You know what happens when you freeze a brownie for two hours? It loses its soul. This location is awful! Management needs to plan their day better by making enough of their selections available. They constantly SELL OUT by 4 or 5pm & don't honor an order that was placed but sold out once we arrived. Lately, cookies have been smaller than usual too. We have never seen a crumbl store SOLD OUT of entire lineup except 2 flavors!! Seriously! Do better franchise owner! Only positive is that the staff has always been friendly & courteous. read more

Received a box of these cookies for a Mother's Day gift, and literally had the nerve to eat almost all of them. They were so delicious and moist and full of flavor! These cookies are HUMONGOUS and definitely great for sharing with a group. Or you can be like me and hoard the deliciousness and eat them all yourself. Either way, I highly recommend them for a group or solo, or just to have the taste of a great cookie. Loved the flavors we got and really liked the ones with icing. They stayed fresh for about a week (not sure if that's a good or bad thing that it took me that amount of time to finish the box). Positives: staff was super friendly when we walked in. I loved the fact that you order at a kiosk that way you can get your cookies super fast by them only focusing on the orders. The oatmeal cookie was by far the best oatmeal cookie I'd ever had. It was so moist and chewy. It practically melted in your mouth. As far as the other cookies go, I was so disappointed. We ordered a toffee and a chocolate chip, we couldn't tell the difference between the two. I don't know if we accidentally received two chocolate chip cookies instead but they were both exactly the same. The Oreo one was okay, but I didn't really like the texture the Oreos became once they were warmed (it's just a personal thing). My husband actually really enjoyed that one, but he's a huge Oreo fan and will eat them any type of way. The big disappointment was the chilled sugar cookies. They were completely inedible, I actually spit my bite out in the trash can. I don't know if they accidentally mixed up ingredients or what but it was like it had salt instead of sugar but there was an overwhelmingly bitter aftertaste like pure vanilla extract. I don't know, I can't even explain it but we all spit that cookie out so fast. I feel like we had a bad experience which is unfortunate because I've heard so many good things about this place. read more

Rude blonde worker. I love this store and the staff--they're always nice, except for one blonde girl who was mopping the floor around 9:35 PM on December 7th 2024. When I walked in and smiled, she didn't smile back and looked visibly mad or annoyed that I had entered. While I was waiting for my cookies, a group of people were about to walk in and she loudly said, "Oh my God, bro," in an irritated tone. Cookies made with no love; that's what these are. Slapped together and artificially flavored sweets. We could taste freezer or maybe it was just old cookies in two of our cookies.
