When I walked in there was no one in line and one worker making drinks for the customers that were waiting. The other worker was too busy writing the menu out in their display case. She did not look up once to greet or acknowledge that I was there. Once the other worker was five he helped me with my order and made my drink. While I was waiting for my drink I watched as a line formed and she still did not stop to help out her coworker. He basically took the order and made the drinks himself so it took awhile. I ordered the Strawberry Coconut Smoothie with boba. Tasted more like a strawberry milkshake with a hint of coconut at the end. The boba was overcooked so it did not have a nice chewy texture. It was more on the melting texture and had the flavor of water. This drink was highly disappointing. The spot itself has a cute setup. Their atmosphere is always so nice. The drinks are always good too! I think they might be on the sweeter side for me...but the staff it's always helpful, especially when you don't know what to order. My favorite drink is the Hokkaido milk tea with the salted cheese creama. I know salted cheese sounds weird, but it really brings out the flavors in your drink! I've gotten fruit teas, milk, teas, blended drinks, and none of them were ever disappointing. My daughter wanted to go for a boba. Well actually, she wanted to do something other than stay home all day. So I asked her what she wanted to do, and predictably, she said get boba. It's Sunday, so there's no telling if anything will even be open. The nearest boba place by the house isn't really authentic. They very clearly use powder to flavor their drinks. The other places we are familiar with are way across town. I want to find a good go-to place relatively near the house. I've seen Tiger Boba before, and know it's been around for a couple years or so. That's a plus sign. The other plus? It's open! Me and the 2 oldest head on over. There's a fairly decent amount of people inside. And in the 10 min we were there, there was lots of foot traffic. I ordered The Hulk from the Wild Tiger section. There's no description other than it comes with strawberry popping boba. Big fan of popping boba, otherwise I would have gotten the 4.0 which comes with green apple jelly. I love green apple. I would come to learn via phone call later that The Hulk is made with Redbull, lychee and one other ingredient I don't remember. The reason I had to call and find out is because my wife took a sip of my drink and immediately had an allergic reaction. Her first thought was that it contained green tea, which she is allergic to. She knows there's something that triggered her allergies, but we don't know what. Quick phone call for the ingredients and that's when I learn about the Redbull. Because of her last job, she is not a fan of energy drinks at all. They create arrhythmia's in your heart. The other ingredients seemed inocuas at first. They were just fruit based after all. But after some digging, we learned that lychee can trigger allergic reactions in people allergic to pollen. Not the fault of Tiger Boba. We didn't know after all. I do think that all boba's on the menu should show the ingredients though, unless I missed something somewhere. Allergic reactions aside, I think we have found our spot. We can go there and hang out, play some tic-tac-toe, my daughter can color, my wife can people watch, etc. The other competition in our family will be mangonadas, which is a lot closer to the house. Just saying. But as long as my kids are into boba, and they want good boba, this will probably be our spot read more

I got the horchata ice latte and it's honestly better than another coffee shop I know, haha!! The barista was super sweet and helped with what kind of drink I am looking for (caffeine is a need when it comes to drinks). First impression, this boba shop has very nice, bright, beautiful vibrant colors and fun hit music playing. Very welcoming vibes. As I entered I was greeted by all 3 of the ladies working made me feel even more welcomed. I looked over the menu and I was drawn to their Top Tiger (specialty drinks) drink menu the Dirty Tiger which included boba and coffee pudding. I was looking forward to trying the coffee pudding to feed my caffeine addiction. I had asked to reduced the sweetness level. I waited less than 3 mins to get my drinks. The sweetness level was perfect to my liking. The coffee pudding tasted exactly like coffee and was all soft and tasted fresh like the boba. I was so happy. Like similar boba shops they have many toppings and you can adjust the sweetness level. They have teas, smoothies, mojitos, ice teas, ice cream, milk teas and sweet treats. I had a great experience, the staff was wonderful, the shop was beautiful and clean and my drink was spot on. This place did not disappoint. I'm so glad to had stopped by.
