It's been a while since i last ordered at this location. Today I came back to order 3 drinks and they got one order wrong. I ordered wintermelon milk green tea but the drink had no milk tea in it. When i got back in the store for them to fix it, they added milk powder in that same drink but it still tasted so weird (and no apology for making it wrong either). When I got home, i shook the other drink (strawberry slush), and the lid broke and half of my drink spilled because the lid wasn't sealed well. What a waste of money! A pet peeve of mine is when places close early because employees are lazy and want to leave early. This is the 3rd time this established closed early on me. Not by 10 or 15 minutes, by 30 minutes. This was today, Friday, May 17th. I took my 2 kids with me, and as we were about to walk in, a group of 4 were behind me. That's about $70-$100. This business missed out on not including all the people who came before us or the multiple people who I'm sure showed up after us. If this is a regular practice, the owners are passing on hundreds, or I'm sure thousands of revenue, not to mention losing customers over it. When they are open, the boba is good, which is why I'm not giving 1 star. However, the establishment plays music with profanity at times when I have my 10 - and 12 year old with me, and the floors are typically messy, sticky, and unkempt. Employees could be friendlier, too, at times. Met a couple of nice ones at the register, but I've also met ones who are impatient, short, and rude. Bottom line, you better show up 2 hours before closing hours and don't bring children with you if you want a pleasant experience. read more

Hands down, best boba shop in the area! I love the variety of drinks they had and how we can adjust sweetness and ice. Service is pretty good but this place does get back especially during the school year around lunch because of all the students coming over. I highly recommend the Oolong MT! I usually get mine at 75% sweetness with Lychee crystal boba, If you are looking for more of a crunch with your boba, try the crystal boba. Be aware ! Employee there has poor hygiene. Yesterday I saw the young girl who accidentally put her finger into my drink. She handed me the drink. So I've tried a lot of boba tea shops in the Denver Metro area and this one has by far the best tapioca. Their boba is the perfect size and consistency, soft but slightly chewy. So delicious! As far as teas go, they have a great selection. After many visits, my two favorites would be their milk strike Japanese Matcha Green Tea and their milk strike Coco Cream Original Wow. I highly recommend getting any tea with their signature "wow" bubbles. If you're lactose intolerant, good news - they use Lactaid in their milk strike teas. I also love how they have an app. It makes ordering and pick up super convenient. When you order on the app, you can control the level of sweetness/sugar in your drink. I also love how you can request no ice because who needs ice taking up extra space and watering down this amazing goodness?! You can also add additional toppings in the drinks such as jellies, milk caps, popping bubbles, etc. Pro tip for the new boba tea drinker, shake your drink before puncturing the seal with your straw. It's been a minute though and as I was ordering, I forgot to ask for less sugar. I felt like I was drinking sugar tea instead of taro milk tea. I got a hot taro milk tea with pudding and boba. I love pudding in hot drinks. The boba was a good amount of chewy. This location is in a plaza and the space is pretty small. It feels like more of a take out than a sit down atmosphere. Just what I'd want from a bubble tea place. It was a nice surprise to learn that the mango related items come with mango jelly! I got the mango green tea with grass/herbal jelly at 50% sweetness. Having the jellies in the tea makes the tea sweet itself. I'm also a big fan of whatever grass jelly they use, it's very lightly sweetened and not overly "herbal" (I'm curious how many people actually order it). There's a lot of options, milk teas, slushes, yogurt and coffee drinks and more plus a ton of customizations that are easy to understand. It's all just flavored sugar water so it's hard to get wrong. I was so excited to have a boba place in Highlands Ranch, so much so that I visited this location the day it opened and 5 times since then and I can say I will NEVER be back. I will drive the 30 minutes to Aurora to place that runs with some sort of organization. Each time I have been it's been worse. I've waited longer each time, regardless of ordering online or how busy it was. The last time I went it was the last straw, I ordered for my family and I online and my order was scheduled to be ready in 10 minutes. Ok, gave them a couple of extra minutes and then when I get there there is a ton of people inside waiting. I wait for my drink for a few minutes thinking it's just a rush and so glad I ordered online. 10 minutes after I get there, the 10 drinks of the people who ordered after me are all ready and here I am still waiting. I ask the employees if my drinks were almost ready and they said they haven't even started making them yet! 20 minutes after I ordered AND paid for them! Then I wait patiently for another 10 minutes before the employee tells me he is OUT OF BOBA and it will be a 30 minute wait until my drinks are ready. THAT I ALREADY HAVE BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES FOR! After that I asked for a refund and the owner didn't offer any sort of solution or offered me my drinks anyways for the inconvenience. He also couldn't offer a receipt showing that he had processed a refund... How are you a boba place that runs out of boba?? Also how do you not make the online orders simultaneously with in store orders? Like i said, you'd think with 7 people staffed one person would be making boba in the 30 minutes I was already waiting or at least make drinks and give them to me without the boba?
