I found this place on Groupon and didn't really know what I was getting myself into but I'm all about self care so here I am. I was able to easily make an appointment, I arrived a little early and was greeted by a lady who spoke little English (I asked a question and she had to put it into Google translate, so she understood me and I appreciated her making the effort to respond). I checked in on an iPad where I also gave consent for services (would prefer this being sent when I made the appointment so I can read over it and not feel rushed). I was walked back to a room and was given a towel and told to take my top off and get on the table. She stepped out and while I was undressing I realized that the walls don't go all the way up and very thin (think of a changing shade in a dress shop) so I could hear everything that was taking place in the room next to me. I will say that my head was washed very well but once everything was done and I got dressed, I was lead over to a chair and shown how to use the blow dryer and she left. Once again, language barrier, so I sat there for a minute wondering what's next and then I realized, I'm suppose to dry my own hair. This was a little far for me so I can't say I'll be back soon however my hair was really really clean when I left. read more

So, I went to get a foot/body/head(not included in the combo under this new management)90 minutes combo. I found out my guy who used to work here and the nice lady no longer work here and I was very sad, bc he was the BEST and the lady was so sweet! I used to tip him 50%, bc he went above and beyond and when I left there, I felt so good!!!! Well, anyhow. I'm going to be very honest and fair about this review based on my experience tonight. I was greeted by a young man and the nice lady(she's the owner)and they had me sign in on an iPad. I was lead to a space with a massage table and lied face down and I didn't have to disrobe, so I was happy. TBH, it's very nice and bright inside now. It used to be dark which was fine bc I liked the ambiance and it made me relax. So, I told the owner lady I liked deep pressure, so I got that out of the way. Initially, she started to work on me, but she had to pass me over to another lady and she was good, except I wished she worked on my neck and shoulders more, bc those places are where I carry lots of tension and it's been awhile since I got a body work. I was disappointed that she didn't massage my hands and fingers. Maybe, that's not included either and I had to mention it? IDK. All I can say is that this establishment is more like a spa as it's called Dreamy Spa, so maybe, it concentrates more on spa treatments rather than body work/reflexology like most of foot spas. The lady who took over was very nice and the head massage was good, but kind of fancy, bc she used all sorts of gadgets. I'm happy with simple head rub. I'm very easy and simple, but love deep pressure. I also like to mention about what I've noticed when they had me check in. I chose 90 minutes body/feet combo plus head, but there were no prices listed on there or anywhere inside the establishment. I don't know the laws in the city of Plano/Collin County in regards to posting prices for the services offered, but that's kind of concerning. I wouldn't call a red flag though. When it was done and I was ready to pay, it was $100(under old management was $70). I left her $25 tip which is little over 20%. She would have gotten more if she massaged my neck/shoulders, hands and fingers. I'm not sure if I will go back. If it'd been so fabulous and I felt sooo good afterwards, but I didn't feel like that after $125. I guess I need to start trying other places to find that best therapist. The past summer, I was constantly on my feet roughly 9 hours a day straight while stressing over modelling, school, and relationships, so I was incredibly stressed. I never thought about having a day to enjoy myself until I had a bad break up. Bless their paper flyers because after work I decided to check them out after picking a flyer off my car. BOY WAS IT WORTH IT! Sometimes I can't stop thinking about going back to this place because they really knead peace into your soul. Their service prices are great and I've always gotten every minute of it. There isn't really anything to complain about. They used Aveeno lotion to massage me, there's a basket at one end of the bed to place your belongings, it's a very peaceful dimmed room with music, and they are diligent in their works. They might lack a bit of communication due to language barriers, but they are super nice people! I was thanked for coming, got a water bottle afterwards, but they'll politely ask you to use cash next time you come which is totally understandable. There's a poster they have about tipping, but it was partially covered when I visited, so I'd pay attention to it next time I am curious about their tipping guidelines. Generally, I'm generous especially since the prices are already cheap and they are friendly staff. I recommend winding down for an hour here if you feel that you need it! read more

Place looks clean very basic with Asian style decor. People were nice. I requested someone who doesn't smoke, they gave me John. John was very nice and did a good job on me. He used traditional reflexology technique. It was good but nothing outstanding. I visited many places, so I know what awesome vs. great vs. good feels like. They also have stamp card- stamp each time you get massage. Once you get 10 you get one free massage. My only complaint (why I only gave 2 stars) is for the loud employees talking around me. Some of them didn't have clients and they didn't have any respect to be quiet so others can relax. That was pretty annoying. That went on for about 15-20 mins of my massage. read more

The more you tense up, the more it's going to hurt. Go in with an open mind and you'll be happy. They don't speak very much English, but I'm not a person that likes to make small talk with my masseuse, so that's perfect. At $30 an hour, this is a phenomenal deal. Came to this facility on Wednesday with a coworker for some much needed pampering. We're both in the medical field and lift heavy objects and have very physical shifts. If you're looking for a light relaxing massage, this is not the place for you, but if you want all the knots out, head to this place. Walking in, we were greeted and immediately taken back. We were assigned two massage chair/beds (which were very comfortable). The foot massage was glorious. The back massage was rough, but because of my career I have a lot of knots and tension in my upper back. The reflexologist used a lot of elbow, but made sure to check if she was using too much pressure. My back was sore all day Thursday, but today I feel like a new person. I left the facility feeling relaxed and exponentially less tense. Prices are great, and way better than what you would pay at massage envy. $30 for a 40 minute foot massage/20 minute back massage combo. Even better is that after your massage you aren't pressured to sign into a rewards club, or schedule again (like at massage envy). I would come back again. Well worth the price! read more

After cooking and cleaning all day the day and evening before, I absolutely needed a treatment but did not want to trek all the way down to my therapist (SHHHH, don't tell her). I have problems with plantar fasciitis, so feet pain is extremely problematic. I made an appointment that day and when I arrived, I was immediately ushered to one of the treatment tables. The facility was clean - it seemed almost new, the room had a faint glow and soothing music playing. It was a little daunting because the treatment beds are divided with curtains but then, I was only getting my feet worked on, right? It was a little disorganized settling in at first, and probably I contributed to it because I was unsure what to expect. I usually have a full body massage. My "therapist" bought a bucket of warm water to wash and soak the feet, then I was directed to sit back and relax. Oh My Goodness! Yes (yes, yes) all of the aches were slowly dissipating. I visit this location often, but today will be the last visit. My friend and I came in and were offered a 100-minute special. The massage was great as always. When we were ready to pay the lady would not accept a card as she said cash is easier for her. I always include a tip on top of services and did not have enough in cash for both services plus tip. She forced us to pay cash and demanded a tip for their hard work. I asked again to use my card and she said no, but then said she would accept services in cash and put the tip on the card. That is absolutely ABSURD! We paid in cash then the lady continued to try to see if we had anymore cash in our wallets for a tip. I have never had anyone demand a tip. This is a horrible way to treat a repeat customer. I will never return! read more
