There isnt a whole lot of seating on the inside, but they have a couple tables outside thankfully. This place I've been to a couple times and it tends to be a hit or miss. Sometimes the brown sugar Boba isn't stored properly, so it taste slightly sour other than that if they adjust the right amount of brown sugar to your Boba, it can be perfect. That being said come early in the morning because towards the end of the day, it's not that good because it's not as fresh. Good spot for milk tea but can be hit or miss. My brown sugar milo was good as always but the strawberry was a little bland this time around. They went light on the strawberry so it tasted like milk with a dash of strawberry. Otherwise I would say a good place to go in Kennesaw and more authentic compared to competitors around. There are so many tea options in Atlanta so I wouldn't drive here just for this but if you're nearby, worth a try. Drinks were kinda expensive for how much tea you actually get. $5.50 for an entire cup of ice, scoop of boba, scoop of little pearls & scoop of pudding. It's a 12 oz cup I think so your liquid to solid ratio is a few big gulps. Tiny bubbles will give you a 32oz tea with light ice for like $7 with your pearls, etc I don't think they had any drink customization like less ice, or less sweet. The menu is small so basically one main drink mix & they add different toppings to it like chocolate malt, espresso, boba, pudding, etc. They sometimes sell brown sugar popcorn but were out today & they also have a few cute keychains. Boba is chewy and fresh. My friend got the hello kitty strawberry crème special, it tasted like the crunchy strawberry pocky stick - delicious and creamy! Price point: 4 stars: $6 Is kinda steep when $6 will get you a vinte whatever at Starbucks. Tiger Sugar has finally come to Kennesaw! This location is pretty small. Even smaller than the Duluth location I think. The seating inside is not the most comfortable as it's mostly high stools at a side bar. But they do have several tables outside for more comfortable seating. We were lucky it was warmer outside yesterday otherwise I don't think this is optimal seating during winter time. We passed by around 7:00 and noticed it wasn't busy. We didn't walk in until around 8pm and they still weren't busy so that was nice! I think this location is a lot less busier than the Duluth location. They don't really have menus or signs so you don't really get to see what drinks they have available until you reach the front register. We ended up ordering a large #1 Brown Sugar Boba with Pearl and Cream Mousse, a large #4 Brown Sugar Boba with Espresso + Pearl + Cream Mousse, and a regular sized T2 which was Taiwan Golden Oolong Tea with Brown Sugar Boba. For three drinks the total came out to a little over $20. Also, they cannot do sugar adjustments for #1-#4 on their menu. For the rest of the menu they can adjust the sugar level. The brown sugar boba drinks all come with boba AND pearls so I think it's just a mixture of larger boba pieces and smaller pearls. So just keep that in mind! All of our drinks were ready within 5 minutes. We all enjoyed our drinks! My friend really liked his Taiwan Golden Oolong Tea. Usually he enjoyed this tea because it's not too sweet. This is the first time he tried it with brown sugar boba and he said he enjoyed the drink even more this time around. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our Brown Sugar Boba with Cream Mousse, Pearl, and Espresso! They actually put a shot of espresso in it. It has a nice coffee flavor for sure. My boyfriend generally does not like sweet things but he enjoyed this drink - I don't think this is sickeningly sweet like most brown sugar bubble teas can be sometimes. My little brother loved his Brown Sugar Boba with Cream Mousse and Pearl. This drink is creamier and sweeter than the espresso drink in my opinion. I like this drink more. In comparison to the Duluth location, I feel like this location has less sweet drinks which is my personal preference - though I could be wrong as I have not been to the Duluth location in awhile. I have mixed feelings about this place. First with the positives. The drinks are pretty good; my wife likes them enough to have cravings. The downside is the long wait time and not allowing take out orders by phone. And don't get me wrong, the long wait time isn't caused by a long line. The past 4-5 times I visited, there were only about 4 couples in front of me, and no big group orders. I feel like the long wait time could be somewhat remedied by allowing people to place drink orders ahead of time by phone. My experience at Tiger Sugar was very mixed. On the plus side, the actual boba drink was fantastic. Maybe the best in the area. My wife makes it her mission to try every Boba place around, and to date her favorites have been Queen Tea and Sweet Hut. The downside is everything else. It took 18 minutes to get one drink! We'd never have waited this long. The workers appeared to be going as fast as they could, with no downtime at all, and it still took 18 minutes for them to get caught up. Something is definitely wrong in the kitchen if that's the fastest drinks can get made. On top of the slow speed, the layout of business is terrible. There's practically no area to form a line to order, as the counter is 2 feet inside the door. The screens above the counter don't have the menu ... they just play videos on loop. So you can't actually see the menu until it's your turn to order, so it makes every move very slowly. The screens above the counter need to be a menu! Nobody cares about watching a looping video of people smiling outside a Tiger Sugar. All in all, cramped building, no place to form a line, feels claustrophobic, limited outside seating, and you can't see the menu. But the drink was fantastic. read more

I went there and ordered Pudding Brown Sugar Boba Milk with coffee jelly. This confectionery drink tasted sweet, but not too sweet. It tasted just like in heaven after the first snip, especially if you like milk tea. It contains brown sugar, milk tea, coffee jelly and pudding in it. The only con is all drinks are only come in one size and that cup is not that big with the toppings and ice in there. They only have 8 drinks available on the menu at the moment because of the new opening. It shown 4 additional drinks will be coming soon.
