In an area where there is a Boba tea shop on every corner you would think that they would do anything they could to attract customers. I went in on a slow day. I had asked for a tea with no ice And they said they would not be able to do it. I guess I'm weird but if you are drinking a Boba tea, I do not want the ice cubes to go up the straw and scratch my throat. I was told by two separate employees that this is something that could not be done. They even went to explain they recently got a new ice machine so that way it wouldn't scratch any one else's throat. So this is an issue they are aware of, and would not accommodate it to the customers discretion. So as a heads, up to all customers. Their drinks come with ice - no exception. read more

Visit the Kennesaw location today and it was OK...not as good as the original location (Duluth,GA). Let me explain. I'm a big fan of Tiger sugar and every chance I get I try to stop by and get drinks...my favorite is the pudding bobba drink...it is freaking awesome....so when I heard that they were opening one in Kennesaw...I was super happy since it is closer to me. The location is pretty easy to find with plenty of parking spaces...the place is clean and the people are friendly. NOW...THE DRINKS!! I order my favorite...Pudding with bobba and the wife order the #2 (bobba and coffe Jelly). My drink was basically ice ( 2/3!!) and the bobba was a bit on the tough side. My wife had the same complain minus the ice. One of the reason we like Tiger sugar is because the bobba texture is different from other places..it soft and chewy at the same time...nobody does it like it. That is what makes it stand out from the crowd.....not to mention the delicious milk tea or coffe and other awesome ingredients. So, my advise to the people that run Kennesaw Tiger sugar....make sure to follow the "mother Ship" (Duluth) ways...they really got the recipe right!!! read more

Since they are new, they are quite understaffed so far. I ended up going one of the first nights they were open so it was extremely packed, with people outside and everywhere. They didn't have much to chose from. About 3 drinks and coming soon ones on the menu. Though they aren't the best with service, it isn't their fault they're still learning and they are brand new. A little shop over by DSW & Bath & Body Works in Kennesaw. I really enjoyed my drink. I got the black tea latte with boba. The drink was balanced, not overly sweet & has a frothy consistency. We visited this place at Kennesaw today. There is a self-serve kiosk as soon as we entered the store. The glare plus the fingerprints on the screen made it very difficult to read the menu. While my daughter was placing her order on the kiosk, a group of customers came in. With the small waiting area between the kiosk and the door, the staff behind the counter offered to take their order instead. I ordered the regular taro milk, which is approximately 16 oz with oatmilk for an additional $0.50. The total came to $6.89 with tax. However, be aware that the kiosk automatically added $1.04 tips which brings the grand total to $7.93. I'm not sure if there is an option to remove the tips so please slow down and check carefully before scanning your credit card; don't let the people waiting behind you intimidate you. As soon as I selected what I wanted, clicked check-out, I scanned my credit card and it was done. It was too late by the time I realized the added tips. Almost $8.00 for a 16oz beverage is a bit high, in my opinion, plus it was not particularly sweet. read more
